The indoor climate controlled play area is great as the fl summers can be extremely hot abd other places we visited didn’t offer this service. I also like the webcams

Everyone is so friendly! I noticed something concerning I saw on the web cam with my dog and another dog and it appeared to be resolved quickly. My dog looks happy there.

It is always unclear what the rates are for boarding and if any available promotions or discounts are applicable. Anything to make this clear would be very helpful
Friendly staff and good with the dogs
We have loved everything about Dogtopia from the very beginning. Our dog gets excited each time we turn into the shopping center. The trainers at Dogtopia are the best and know all of the dogs by name. They truly enjoy spending time with the dogs. Dogtopia is also very clean which is another positive about it!
They take care of the pups as they would their own, having fun every day.

I can’t say enough great things about Dogtopia DTC! From the moment we walk in, my dog is greeted with so much love and excitement. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and truly treats every pup like their own. The facility is always clean, safe, and well-organized, giving me total peace of mind while I’m away. My dog comes home happy, tired, and well-socialized after every visit. If you’re looking for a daycare that genuinely loves and cares for dogs, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!
Dog was scared of other dogs after visit. Didn't hear from care that something happened. But my dog who likes other dogs is now aggressive and scared. He'd been to boarding and daycare at other places before this. So it's the only thing I can figure
Love the ability to view my dog on camera throughout the day. Also love that the people seem to love my dog, and know him/me/my husband by name so it feels more personal and comfortable to leave my dog for boarding on longer trips.
My only negative is the price. Prices continue to rise and it’s not clear what that cost is going towards, as daycare does not come with any extras. For example on treat days, I still have to pay extra for those treats.
The staff is great, in the morning drop off they are always smiling, and Cooper is ready for them. .

My two golden retrievers love to come to Dogtopia. As soon as they see where we are driving up to they get excited and can’t wait to go play. That is very important to me.
My groomer was friendly and loving towards my dog. Everyone was awesome when I picked my dog up.
We love Dogtopia! Our dog is always excited and happy to be going to daycare, and we love knowing that the entire staff knows and loves our big guy. He comes home happy and tired. We also love that he can be groomed during daycare and that boarding services are available.
I love being able to take Gigi to Dogtopia! She loves all of her coaches. I always know she’s in the best hands.
