There are a number of reasons why I gave a lower score today. First, the staff was not very attentive. When I arrived, one staff member appeared to be on the phone on a headset, although she wasn't talking. The only other staff person was checking the dogs in and taking them back. She didn't say much to me. It was the same experience at pickup. I arrived, no one greeted me or said anything. There was one person waiting for his dog, and only one staff member running back and forth with each of the dog's items and then finally the dog. When she came back with my dog and his food, she didn't really say anything at all so I didn't know if I had to pay, or check out, nor where the rest of his items were (they were in his bag behind the front desk). When I checked the webcams, I saw my dog being picked up and carried out of view. After that, it seemed as if my dog was never visible on any of the webcams. Was he locked away in a kennel all day? I worry that he spent most time in a kennel, which is disappointing because I could have saved money and kept him in his kennel at home and had a neighbor check on him and let him out. When I picked him up, I could hear him barking non-stop which he typically only does when he is kenneled. Additionally, I sent him with lunch and dinner, with specific feeding instructions as his food is mixed with medication. When I picked him up, I was given back his dinner, which he should have been fed already. And his entire body smelled like urine. It would be nice to be provided with a full and comprehensive report about how he did at daycare.
Every single person i spoke to told me a different price. Very unprofessional.

Staff are professional, kind, attentive, and helpful. My dog has become more social and less anxious as a result of going to doggie daycare. I trust that he is in great hands when I drop him off.
All of the staff at Dogtopia knew my puppy and me by name after our first visit! The personal care you provide makes us feel so comfortable and trusting leaving Poppy with you! We love that she can have intro to daycare to get more comfortable with other dogs, and photo shoots and we’re looking forward to training classes there too!

The staff are always extremely nice and super helpful. The hours are very convenient for my work schedule. I don’t worry about Bentley during the day knowing he is in good hands and being taken care of. I love that I can check in on him during the day with the cameras. Bentley has friends to play with during the day and is able to get out some energy. I have been extremely happy with my experience and Bentley is always excited to go. As soon as we turn on the street, he starts making his excited noises and pulls me running to the door to see his friends for the day
When I first went for the “meet and greet” with my dog, I was so pleasantly surprised when the staff offered to keep him for the remainder of the day! It was a brief trial run that was very beneficial for me-it showed me that the staff was really invested in his care. All of my questions were answered and I had such peace of mind when I left my dog for boarding. Knowing that my dog is safe and secure and well cared for is paramount, and I believe that the staff at Dogtopia in Wheat Ridge is top notch!!
Bailey feels comfortable and trusts everyone over there. It’s hard for her to be comfortable coming from the place and state she was in. Everyone over there makes her feel loved and wanted which is amazing. They are really great people.
You guys have been just amazing in taking care of Max. It’s Max’s second home and he loves to play here. I highly recommend this place and will always be associated with you guys for Max’s day care and boarding..

I cannot say enough good things about this daycare! I drop my dog off here and there for doggy daycare and also boarding, and they are always so incredibly accommodating and flexible with my ever-changing schedule. Every time he boards or attends daycare, the staff is so kind and genuinely cares for him. I absolutely love the sweet feedback notes they provide—it gives me total peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. Highly recommend!
Haven and Xavier the staff there was very informative and I was comfortable with letting my dog stay. When I first walked in I was greeted and the front office did not have a dog smell.. My dog brody loves them already! Thank you guys for everything ❤️

I love how the staff always greet my sweet boy when he comes in. They get to know the fur babies and always smile when we come in. It’s so important, especially when our fur babies seem nervous coming in.

The staff last time did not inform properly what my dog ate or how he was behaving when i was picking him up. They were confused and later on their manager clarified that they were new joinees. The. My dog came home and started pooping blood - maybe he had got giardia or something from the overnight boarding. So it was not a good experience the last time.
