The employees love for the pets
Everyone is so loving and friendly. I feel at ease when I can’t take Max with me that he’s safe and cared for away from home.

Everything! Primarily the people. Clearly all animal lovers, and they are kind to the owners as well! It is spotlessly clean, and it is hard to keep my dog in the car if I pass Dogtopia!
I had to call and request that my dog be given a bottom liner for his crate so he wasn’t having to lay on the bare grate floor of the crate. Then the camera of his room was malfunctioning the whole second day so I couldn’t see him.
Ryder gets so excited whenever he knows he's going to Dogtopia that day. He loves his friend and the Coaches and always comes home delightfully sleepy. I'm grateful for everyone at S. Summerlin who take wonderful care of my pupster while I'm at work.
A great puppy home when you needed.
The main drawback we have questioned is not being able to pay outside. Our puppy refuses to poop inside.
Our baby loves it here and is excited for every drop off. She’s also exhausted by time she gets home and sleeps like a true baby for the rest of the evening!
Staff is friendly, and always remember Max. Love watching Max on my phone.

Everyone at Dogtopia is so caring! I know when I am out of town that they will treat my two dogs like their own. I never worry about them when they are there and my dogs are always excited when we walk in the door!
How much you love my dog. I feel safe leaving with people that love him almost as much as I do.
I feel that my dog is well cared for by the staff and he is eager to go into the building so I know that he enjoys himself while there.

The staff are uniformly devoted to the dogs and the dogs to them. My dog loves going each weekday and even boards there without any complaint when we must go out of town. I find myself recommending the West Alabama location to complete strangers.
Everything! Everyone who works at Dogtopia genuinely cares about the dogs they take care of. I have two dogs that attend daycare 3 days a week and we always know that our dogs are safe at Dogtopia. We always know that when our dogs board there, they are in the best hands, with people who love them as much as we do.
All the staff knows my dog Shelby and they are good with her. She looks forward to going to daycare. We get 2 blocks from there and she is looking out the window.
I feel secure having Elvis stay in daycare & overnight. Everyone is so caring for all the pups.
I just dont love a full 2 hours for lunch and naptime mid day but otherwise, love everything about your facility as does my dog :)
I don't like that there is no outdoor area and the dogs just go on the floor. You don't have real kennels for boarding and no one is present overnight. I'm not okay with that. We found somewhere else that suits us better - where our dog will actually be walked outside, have a real kennel, not a crate, and be supervised 24/7, not just observed by camera. What if there was a fire? What if my dog got sick? Who would be there to help her?
We love our Dogtopia! The staff are basically human golden retrievers. 🤭 My child gives the staff two paws up 🐾 and has personally approved this post, 🐶 which is the highest honor coming from Austin. 😒 👑

The staff and the facility are outstanding. Murphy loves to go there. He gets excited every time.
Lucy loves to come and play with her friends in the Toybox. The holiday photos are always fun too. It is nice to know they are there if we need boarding. Very friendly and caring staff!
