Caring staff and dogs are well cared
for. Supervision in each area is great. Facility is clean and runs efficiently.
Everyone is so friendly and courteous in addressing concerns of a helicopter dog mom of an almost 11year dog doing day care for the first time!!
The canine coaches are truly amazing who are conscientious, caring and detail oriented. They get to know each dog by name, their personality and make sure the play environment is supervised at all times. Activities are planned on a daily basis. Facility is clean, designated rooms are air conditioned, spa services available and daycare cost is reasonably priced. My dog loves going to Dogtopia East Daycare.
Northville Dogtopia fantastic! Adopted a 3 1/2 yr old maltipoo from hoarding situation...horrible separation anxiety...Staff have bee so very patient with 'both' of us as we try to juggle schedules to find best playtime as I try to give him some time away to realize I will come back...they have been so loving to him...first time had to literally drag him in...now he walks right in!..This place is an answer to prayer as we thought we might not be able to keep him with all the howling when alone..(we live in a condo with thin walls) Would recommend Dogtopia Northville to everyone who needs a break sometimes while 'training' an anxious, fearful dog...Lifesavers (for us both!) My dog loves to go to Dogtopia! She just spent 10 days there while I was out of town and she was just as happy and healthy when I picked her up as when I left her. The staff are always friendly and playful with the dogs and friendly with the patrons. The prices are reasonable and there are many specials.

Our dog LOVES visiting Dogtopia. I'm very impressed in the fact that the staff members know every dog by name. We have recommended Dogtopia to many people we have met at park visits.
We really like how the staff at Dogtopia in Plymouth are super friendly when they greet you during drop off/pick up. They instantly called Mose by name even though he was brand new to visiting them. It was like he was a “regular” visitor at Dogtopia. We boarded our 6 1/2 golden retriever for five days while we took a little vacation to visit family in SC.
Dogtopia sent us an email update on how Mose was doing, along with three pictures of a very happy pup. This made us feel very comfortable and at ease knowing our boy was being well taken care of. We loved watching Mose on webcam playing with the other dogs. It was a great experience for him to socialize and play.
We would highly recommend Dogtopia to other dog owners.

I love how excited Beau, my dog, becomes when I just mention Dogtopia. The staff is very knowledgeable as well as welcoming and calm and gentle with the dogs. The cameras are great so you can check on your dog at any time, except rest time. I have never heard any thing negative about Dogtopia.

The people are the best!
I had my baby Harley Bean there for a few months but have sadly withdrawn her. There were a few things that caused this desision. One due to her not having outdoor bathroom time she has brought that behavor home and has begun to use the bathroom inside and in turn our other dogs are following her. Another reason was I just did not feel she was enjoying herself. Everytime I would check in on her through the webcams she was always just laying there observing, she never seemed to really play much. The main final reason was the issue with fleas. I live over an hour from the facility and work another 20 mins from the facility and when I have to pick her up due to findinf 2 to 3 fleas on her it becomes an issue for work for me. I can not take days off or leave early without the chance of loosing my job. I understand the concern you have and while she is on medication to prevent fleas we live in the country and I can not look her over every morning after she jumps in the car to make sure there is nothing on her.
I did like the friendliness of the staff and the ability to look in on her while she was there. Anytime she went to have a spa day I always knew she would be pretty again (not her dirty country dog self).
I will recommend people to you I will just not be recommending yall to folks that live in the country only my city friends.
