The staff is friendly, dedicated and a pleasure to interact with. And they love my dog, which makes his time at Dogtopia so fun for him and stress free for me.

The personal interactions with staff, that they know my dog’s name. They are caring and flexible and have never been anything but respectful with me and Toby.
And Toby is excited to go. While he doesn’t understand “Dogtopia”, he does understand our term for it, “Dog Friends.” If I say that, he immediately runs to the kitchen to get his harness. He can’t wait to get in the door and barks until I leave. Like “leave so I can go have fun”.
With our upcoming trip we decided to board our dog. They recommended three visits before his big overnight. My puppy dog absolutely loved being here. I love that you can watch them on the cameras you're able to see them moving play. He comes home super wiped out but still very happy. I do love that they offer other services like the baths and full grooming as well as different meals for them. I definitely would recommend this place to anybody who needs to bore their dog or even just to get them socialized with other dogs.
Everyone is so friendly and they take such great care of the dogs! They are wonderful to work with and very accommodating! Our pups look forward to their days there!

All workers are happy all the time…..everyone seems to really like the dogs. Workers can remember pet names quickly
Pet parents are just as important to workers as the dogs themselves
Everything is clean and organized.
Love being able to see the dogs with web cam…..very entertaining. Boarding experiences have all been good…..I feel good about leaving my dog. Special snacks and photos and grooming all very appreciated.
My dog loves Dogtopia or maybe just the apple kongs.
The closing time should be until 10 pm if possible as sometimes we are not home and do not want to keep our pup overnight unnecessarily. Thanks.
We have been to Earthwise several times, but this was our 1st visit to Dogtopia. It was GREAT!! The staff was helpful and answered all our questions. They advised us on nail care for one of our pups that we didn't realize needed nail care more often. We will definitely be back for more spa services.

I boarded my dog Baxter at the Nimbus location recently. When I picked him up I noticed that he had a puncture wound on the side of his left rib cage. I didn’t notice it until I got home but a couple days later it became infected and swollen. He’s okay now and the swelling is gone but it would have been nice to know that another dog either bit him or clawed him. I know things happen but a phone call would have been nice.
