We love that the staff loves our pups. Patty is the absolute BEST! Everything is done with such care and so well run.
All though your staff is very friendly and my dog comes home tired, I do worry about his safety and care when he is there. He has gotten injuries, humped, and backed into corners with his tail in between his legs without intervention (we watch the cameras throughout the day). We've watched the cameras and seen him crated for over an hour because he was the 'instigator' which is fine but consistently over the course of an hour seems unfair. Then being told what I saw on the cameras is incorrect does not help.
We've discussed many of these issues with the staff, however, it still does not make it easier to bring him in the mornings.
We want to feel comfortable bringing our dog to your facility. Dogtopia is in the process of earning trust back.
My dog likes all the employees and lives to go to daycare.
There has been several changes to Dog toner since I’ve been bringing my dog here change is always good sometime the lack of communication is bad. Dr. Tony used to open up at six now there’s no telling what time they’re opening it up if there’s gonna be a change in schedule the time you open up due to people having to go to work or live all the way out in Athens or whatever the case may be personnel should be notified Not just sitting at your location from 555 till someone show up and at this time at 6:30 so right now the quality of what used to be here is going down new management. Haven’t actually introduced yourself or who’s who or what’s what when you paying your money for your pet is just like having a child There should be proper introduction and some type of care email
The staff, the facilities, just about everything. Molly races to the door when we get there. I have recommended Dogtopia to several people who were unhappy with their pet’s daycare.
The staff are wonderful with the dogs. They all get special attention and are very well cared for!

Most of the staff is really great. I've noticed a lot of new people as of late and it always makes me wonder why so much turnover.
I had a previous complaint that I felt was very serious connected to animal abuse, and the manager I emailed never bothered to respond. Not really great in my opinion. Somebody sends an email concerned about something... take a minute to respond.
Staff was polite and my lil doGGies looked grrrrreat after getting cleaned up.

We absolutely love the owners, staff, facilities, and overall protocol at Dogtopia of Harrison Ave! I'm always amazed by how meticulously clean and safe they keep the rooms and common areas--and in fact, this location has been awarded related certifications for these efforts.
The facility strictly adheres to vaccination standards and staff swap the water bowls even more regularly than what is commonly recommended. The products used are safe for the doggos when they are out, and then a deep clean is done once the dogs are off the floors. The facility also has sophisticated air filtering in-place for the humans and the dogs.
The coaches are specifically trained to work with the large groups of dogs and the puppies just love them. The owners and front desk staff are friendly, easy to work with, and very organized.
My dog does daycare, boarding, and occasional spa services and always has a great time with his pup and people friends there!

I like that our dog is with other dogs, learning from and playing with them. I appreciate that there are always adults with the dogs, that the staff know my dog, and that they are placed in a play area with attention to size and activity.

I have used Dogtopia twice now for boarding purposes and both times my dog came home sick + injured. She now has an infected paw which occurred under the care of the Dogtopia staff. I understand that i signed a terms of service agreement however i paid a very expensive price for her to be taken care of and i feel that she wasn’t. I was told that she was a rougher player and i feel that a decision should have been made to shorten her play time. Overall, i’m extremely disappointed and do not think i will be using Dogtopia again.
The team at the front desk are all very welcoming and helpful. We felt right at home from the moment we entered the daycare reception. We feel that our dogs are getting the care and attention they need.
