Dakota loves it there and I have already recommended friends!
Everybody is so attentive they treat my dog like it’s their own. He is so happy to go there. We are new to this, but when I say we are leaving to go there, he gets so excited. I’m so happy I found this place. It is absolutely wonderful if I can give it 120 stars I would.

My dog Toby, LOVES it there. Whenever he knows we are heading to Dogtopia he gets so excited . I like the people, I like the snack bar and I like the plan where he can go 4 times a month at a discounted member price. I haven't found anything I don't like
This is the perfect place for my fur baby when I need daycare, or simply when I think she needs some socialization with some other dogs. The employees are gentle and loving! I tell all my friends about Dogtopia!
I now have three dogs signed up with Dogtopia Albuquerque West. The management is always on top of my last minute requests and I couldn't appreciate them more. I love how excited my smaller dog was on second visit when he realized where he got to be for the day. That tells me all I need to know because he is a skiddish chi X.
The efficiency of the staff is excellent. Maya loves her friends and looks forward to getting there.

I really did not appreciate the customer service at the Fredericksburg, Dogtopia. The new manager Renee is very frazzled and not as organized or welcoming. She also made up a rule that you have to do drop off for boarding by 3 pm. I work and can’t make that happen. Her associate said that was just reccomended, but Renee personally called my phone to see where my dog was at 3 pm. I’ve been going to Dogtopias for six years, and I might have to find an new place to board my dog now.

The team is so friendly and really care about working with your pets. We started taking our dogs to the Dogtopia South Bay location in Torrance to help socialize and get more comfortable. One of them is a little anxious and is slow to open up to people. We can tell its already started helping him go up to others. They get so much energy out, they'll come home and sleep for hours. Great way for them to interact and play. The staff made sure we had a smooth transition when we started, very informative and patient. We couldn't recommend them enough!
At the Balls Ford location the staff is friendly and professional, and they genuinely like dogs!! It’s obvious. When my dog spends time at the Daycare I know she will be safe and her needs met.

Coco is always thrilled with her time at Dogtopia and exhausted the evening after a day there. When we arrive she can't wait to get through the inside door to see her friends and when we leave she always wants to go back in.
I love that my dog has a safe and fun environment to burn his puppy energy! My boy comes home so tired every time. He loves it!!

My dogs are always so excited when we pull up. They are greeted warmly and by name.
It is okay for occasional drop offs. Not a fan of the indoor set up. My dog comes home smelling. He had poop on his tail and a injury near his eye the last time I picked him up. I had to report this to the front desk. We are not coming back.
They were very professional and courteous with me and my dog.
Daycare tends to be expensive. It would be good to have another discount for those that go twice a month. Like purchase a punch card. Also would be good to have cameras during night hours unleashed has that. Also unleashed offers a punch card discount option.
