The loving care they have shown to my three pups has been incredible. My furies had initially just been around one another. They get excited when they arrive to day care. Being able to also see them have fun with others is also so assuring. Thanks Doggtopia of Owings Mills MD.
Friendly caring for the dogs
- The pickup and drop-off waits are too long.
- Pricing is also borderline prohibitive. I want to keep coming but it's unlikely I can afford it much longer (unlimited monthly plan currently, the lower options are not worth the $$).
- My pup always smells atrocious after daycare. I bathe her weekly due to coming, but I honestly need to do it daily. She doesn't play outside at home, so this is entirely from daycare. $30 baths are wild when she only smells because of the daycare. I think unlimited plans should come with a free weekly bath.
Great customer service and caring staff! My dog loves going to doggy daycare.
It was a great experience in grooming! We had waited really to long because our last groomer did not do as we asked and my dog was not happy as well.
On this visit the groomer came out and explained what needed to be done as it was really past time for a cut. She explained the charges and why. The greet staf was friendly as well.
When I picked her up, she was very happy and well groomed. After coming home, she was running around and very playful.

All the employees are friendly and they interact with the dogs very well.

Dogtopia is a safe, fun place that we can bring our dog and we know he's cared for just as much as he is at home!! The facility is clean, the pricing is reasonable, and we always appreciate the flexibility when we need to bring him to daycare or boarding (or daycare turns into boarding!). I love that they have events during each month and snacks we can choose for our dog to receive. Every worker has been thoughtful and kind. We love seeing him on the webcam!
The staff are welcoming and kind. Our Doberman Rollo loves playing at Dogtopia.
Staff is always dialed in, kind and conversational. They always have a tab on my dog and give feedback about her. Clean facility, Webcams, well behaved dogs.
The front desk is friendly and able to handle most questions. If I have an issue with the app, and it is within service hours, I can call and if they're too busy to answer the phone at the time, they'll call back in a timely manner to handle the issue.
SUPER friendly cheerful staff, great hours, easy drop off location, and a separate room for the "littles". They also have bacon days, which wins Wyatts heart every time!
Dogtopia's staff are the best! Our dog is always excited to return for playtime and/or overnight staycations.

The facilities were very clean, the it also had a pleasant smell and did smell like a dog that needed a bath, it was clean and appeared that way, when the staff was handling the pets they seemed to enjoy being with them overall it is a nice place.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Winnie was nervous, however staff made her feel comfortable and I was as well.
Your staff personnel are friendly and accommodating and probably more patient with Elwood than he deserves. He's happy when I drop him off and happy when I pick him up.
A awesome experience for me and especially my dog! I have been a client of the Purcellville Dogtopia for over 3 years, and I would highly recommend them for daycare and overnight care. They are attentive, caring, and ensure that he has a great playtime. He leaves so tired after a fun day with his dog friends that he can barely walk out.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful! I can see how much they genuinely love the dogs they work with. My dog is always so happy to see them and has so much fun at daycare!
I love that everytime I visit Waco I know my dog Toby has a safe place to play! He has been going to Dogtopia since he was a puppy so I was thrilled while I visit at Baylor he gets to come here to play also. Great staff, very friendly and engaging with our fur babies!

The blueberry facial was so cute and the dogs smelled so nice after!!! Money and Penny did a lot of brain games and stimulation. I love how they put dogs in specific groups that best matches their energy and size
Most importantly if you board two dogs the second one is half off!

So friendly and kind and offers information to make things easier as never having used a dogie daycare before. Best is Bella is happy going there.
