I love everything about them!! My pup is so happy there and doesn’t want to leave! The staff are so friendly and make Macaroni feel like he’s at home. They have daily activities for the pups to keep each day exciting and active. Macaroni had a sap day too and they made sure he felt safe and comfortable. He came home so soft and fluffy!!! I love them and am so thankful me and my pup found them!! Shoutout to Shae and Brandon for being so involved and loving to all the dogs there!

The staff is very personable and takes fantastic care of the dogs! They are willing to go above and beyond to care for the dogs and provide recommendations for groomers, things to talk to the vet about, places to take the dogs, and trainers. My dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia!

I am moving to Montana this summer. My dogs have never been to strange places before. They have never interacted with other dogs before. I knew I had to get my dogs acclimated to being in different surroundings and around other dogs before we drive across country this summer. Dogtopia has been the answer to my prayers.
Also, now when my house is being shown by my realtor to prospective buyers my dogs will be able to hang out for the day at Dogtopia.
Staff is friendly, responsible, facilities are clean and well maintained.

Dogtopia is a wonderful place for open play for our Beans. She is so loved and very well taken care of. We never have to worry about her because they treat her like family and she feels the same.

Reliable staff - Bekah is always willing to listen and accept instructions if we have any for the day, she ensures to add a lovely note in his food container to report if he finished it or not. Santi and Devynn always provide professional and friendly customer services ensuring clear and prompt communications.
Couldn’t find a better place to take care of your dog.
Everyone is very friendly. They are patient with my exuberant dog, who generally goes once a week. He has also been groomed there several times and has had a few basic obedience lessons. My dog clearly loves it there.

I can’t say enough great things about Dogtopia of San Antonio - Northwest. This place is truly like a second home for my dog—he gets SO excited every time we pull up, and that alone tells me everything I need to know.
What really sets them apart is their creativity and programming. They go way beyond basic daycare—there are themed days, seasonal photoshoots (the holiday pics are priceless), splash days, enrichment activities, and even fun little events that keep the dogs mentally and physically engaged. You can tell they genuinely care about giving each dog an experience, not just a place to stay. 
The staff is incredible—super attentive, loving, and they really get to know your dog’s personality. I always feel confident that my pup is safe, happy, and well cared for in their open-play environment. 
As a single dog owner who travels often, the membership/subscription option is a lifesaver. It makes everything seamless, and the savings on boarding add up quickly. Having a trusted, consistent place like this takes so much stress off my plate.
If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved, entertained, and treated like family—this is it. Highly recommend! 🐾
Jet loves coming to “school” which lets us know he is happy there. I like the fact that the staff seems to genuinely care about the dogs and everyone knows their names.

The staff are friendly and genuinely care about the pets in their charge. We’ve never had trouble securing a boarding or day care appointment. We appreciate the daily text updates while our dog is in boarding. While we don’t use the dog cam feature, we appreciate that it is available. Boarding fees are reasonable for the area.
