We noticed there was a Dogtopia in our neighborhood and were encouraged to look into the daycare for our dog.
We were happy to find it to be a friendly, efficient and clean environment for our dog to spend the day with other similar dogs.

Everyone was very welcoming and we found the facility to be very clean and well run. Out dog loved it there and next week will be a boarder.

We love how you all have been so kind and loving to our pup, Kevin. You really go the extra mile to throw a ball for him when he needs to get his energy out. Instead of just putting him in a crate (although I know that is sometimes needed, of course). That’s really going the extra mile. Plus you know his regular snack! Wait times to pick him up and drop off are really quick, which is great for a busy work schedule. Thank you!

Professional staff! Clean facility
Jake lost a lot of weight. I think he was nervous sleeping in a cage. And didn’t eat much.
It took him days to be back to normal.
I’m not saying anything was done wrong.
It’s just not a good fit for us
That my dog is so obviously happy every time she goes to play there.
Improve the smell in the lobby. It makes me wonder whether the place is clean.

My pups have a great time there . I always get to watch them on webcams which is a big deal for me . They are totally exhausted when they come home . The front desk is really nice and know my dogs names . I’ve been to a few dog camps and this is by far my favorite .
My dog was attacked last week by another dog and incurred a couple substantial injuries, resulting in needing emergency surgery. Our dog is on multiple meds for 14 days and cannot run around or go for walks which is a huge challenge. We did not receive a call or email about this incident even after multiple attempts at reaching out to the owner. We have been loyal customers for years and are extremely upset and disappointed by this. We will likely have to move forward with this unfortunately. I must add that the staff there were very responsive and caring to this situation.

Very friendly and explained every thing they do there.
It appears that the dogs are carefully screened for sociability and I know from personal experience that they must have all their shots and be spayed or neutered. I very much appreciate the live cameras so you can see how your dog is interacting and that there is a trained handler with them. I feel that my dog is safe in this facility.
My hound Bentley thinks Dogtopia is the best place on earth. As we’re driving toward the building, he howls with excitement and when we arrive he leaps out of the car and runs for the door. When he enters the dog room, he jumps with joy on the person and then sniffs all his doggy pals. In the evening when I pick him up, he’s relaxed and happy. Dogtopia is a great place for an active pup—for which I am most thankful!

I’ve brought my dog Prince in for grooming twice while visiting family in Birmingham. The staff is lovely and they do an excellent job. Prince can be a bit touch about getting his nails trimmed, but they were able to get the job done.

Few hours after Meet&greet, I picked up my dog who smelled extremely stinky. I've used daycare service before so I know dogs get stinky. But my dog smelled really bad.
I took him to daycare today for second time.
I asked a manager that if I can take a tour inside facility, he declined.
I dropped my dog anyway. I was checking the live video how's my dog were doing.
I see dogs peeing on the floor, the guy used a mop to wipe up. Then I saw dog pooping before the guy notice it other dog ate it. 🤮
The other dog seems to had loose stool, the guy used a mop to smear on the floor 🤮
He was using the same mop to wipe other pee spots but I don't even know he rinsed the mop.
I just couldn't leave my dog there. It was DISGUSTING!!!!!😱🤮 I picked him up right after 2pm and canceled the weekly daycare service.
I should have known that's why my dog smelled so bad. Because the facility is filthy!!!

Everyone is so friendly! Mabel can't wait to go see her friends when I tell her it's Dogtopia time. Nathan was so incredibly helpful getting us all set up. I'm in and out of San Diego for work, so happy to have a place to bring Mabel when I'm here.
The dog attendants were great! Especially, in the toy box. Very attentive. This was the second time we’ve visited, and have been happy so far. Only thing, is that my dogs come back smelly.
Easy to work with- very friendly and down to earth. Not corporate at all. Reasons I just referred a friend to you. She felt the friendliness and ease without all the restrictions of previous place she had tried.
Owners are mature, hands be on and easy to work with.
So far, I've liked every component. It was easy to talk to someone when I first stopped by to learn more about the facility and how to get started. My dog Ravi's onboarding interview was comprehensive and reassuring and it was a pleasure to speak to both Peter and Melody. Ravi just had his first session on Tuesday and I chose to keep it short- less than 2 hours. My goal was to have it be an experience he could easily process and recover from- if necessary.
I'm happy to report- no recovery needed! The very next morning, Ravi walked me straight back to Dogtopia, where he happily had a chance to interact briefly with two of the employees who were with him on Tuesday. YAY! This is a great start for Ravi's daycare experience. More to come... .
