I love bringing Riley there they play with him. He comes home tired happy.. his tail starts wagging the minute we pull up to the door.
The employees at Chesterfield Dogtopia sincerely care about the dogs who come to stay for doggie day care. They remember a dog’s name quickly and offer up lots of love and special treats and attention. My dog loves the extra attention, treats, and love.
The facility is clean and well appointed. There's 3 options for dog rooms so the group can match my dog's needs. I love the seasonal photos and report cards. Most of all I know my best friend is in good hands. He comes home tired and happy.

Everyone is extremely nice, the facility is clean, and the dogs love they're play days.
There is a strong odor of smoke when you come into the building. I don't know if that is from someone smoking or someone vaping, but it is evident to a non-smoker.
Other than that, my dog seems happy so far.
I did not like the energy or atmosphere in the Norwalk Dogtopia. The staff just seemed to just be doing a job and I sensed no true interest in the dogs. I saw through the camera and the dogs were just standing around doing nothing. There was only one piece of equipment in the dog room. I did not trust the staff, nor what they were saying to me. I left my dog for 2 hours or so and picked her up because I actually felt badly that I had left her there. I would never ever leave my dog there again. I have been going to the Dogtopia in Fairfield and the vibe there is totally opposite. The dogs look happy. The staff is engaged and there is a sense of true love for the dogs. I trust the staff and the atmosphere is happy.
The SMELL when you walk in is overwhelming. The staff is fantastic!

Friendliness, facility is welcoming and clean. Plenty of room for dogs to socialize. I feel it is safe to entrust my cocker spaniel in their care. I am so glad I found this place.
Great staff who really care for the dogs.
It would be nice if you could answer the door quicker, especially in the very early a.m. when we are all needing to get work. Perhaps have two people working at that time. As well, I’d like to not have my dog in the kennel as much as I’ve seen. I came from a different Dogtopia location as I have recently moved to Ahwatukee….and he absolutely was not kenneled as much as he has been here. It’s actually starting to bother me. I do see it more prevalent on the days where you seem to be “over capacity looking” per the amount of dogs. As well, I don’t see two attendants when there seems to be so many dogs. You asked for my feedback, I’m being honest. Compared to the last Dogtopia location, these are the issues I’m personally having.

Staff is very friendly, always greets our dog by name. I always feel like I can be assured that my dog is as cared for as when he's at home with us.

This company treats your dog as family. It is the only service I have used for my fur baby since i have had her (11 years). They know her and always make her feel extra special. Love it!

The personnel there really do love dogs….it is evident every time I drop my dog off & when I pick him up at the end of the day. I know my dog is closely supervised & well taken care of.

Pricing is very expensive. Staff seems quite unorganized; I had to bring my dog in 2 days in a row for “re acclimation”, then had to call to make sure she was all set for boarding (she was not).
The staff is just so caring and wonderful. My dog loves it there so much - she can’t wait to go in and she cries when we leave. Love Dogtopia!
Everyone is so friendly and seem to really love the dogs. I was at ease knowing my dog was occupied all day, rather than being alone and destructive at home. It's a bonus to be able to watch the Webcam. Extra bonus: Daisy came home exhausted!
The staff treat every dog as if they are their pets. They are phenomenal.
I understand that it is a corporate rule, but the fact that does are not appropriately sized in the playrooms is a huge problem, which leads to issues in terms of dog safety. There should be small/medium/large rooms. There are many, many dog daycare facilities opening in the area that seem to take more care in this regard.
