I like the Webcam. When I tuned in, I saw a coach playing bubbles with my baby.

The 3 week training program is top shelf. Not only do they train your dog, but they train their owner. The daily progress and photos, they share with you, gives you peace of mind that your dog is learning and safe in their care.

Loved how clean it was. I also like the fact that I'm able to see my puppy in action. The fact that you have two plus trainers in a large puppy area working with the puppies making sure that they are all okay it's fantastic. Overall I liked what I saw my dog came back happy he was content and he actually smelled good and he didn't smell like he just came from the dog park. I really like that it's a safe environment for him to meet and play with other dogs. It's made me more confident in allowing him to meet other dogs knowing he gets along well with dogs his behavior is just being overly excited to say hi.
I’ve been extremely disappointed by recent issues my boyfriend and I have been experiencing at Dogtopia during pickup. Our dog loves going to Dogtopia, but recently taking her has been more of a hassle than it’s worth. I have an email sending to the owner that reiterates the following, but I’ll paste it here as well.
Over the past few visits, I’ve consistently experienced delays at pickup, including waiting over 45 minutes on Wednesday November 26th and around 15-20 minutes on most others pickups. I completely understand that things can get busy, but these wait times have become a pattern. It also doesn’t matter if I’m the only person waiting for pickup or if there are a lot of people waiting - it seems to be an issue regardless. On the day that my boyfriend waited 45 minutes for pickup, he was the only person waiting at the time. This is also a more recent issue that only occurs when a specific employee is working the front desk during the afternoons, and it’s not something we had experienced in the past when our dog first started attending daycare at Dogtopia.
I’ve also noticed on two occasions that I’m being charged for appointments or services that weren’t actually scheduled. This isn’t a huge issue, but when you add it on top of the time it takes to pickup my dog, it’s frustrating.
On top of that, I’ve had many interactions where certain staff seemed irritated when I asked about my dog’s pickup status or the unexpected charges. I know everyone has tough days, but it’s happened often enough that I felt it was worth mentioning.
The staff is extremely friendly and they made my dog very comfortable at his first day care experience.

The people at Dogtopia are wonderful. They truly care about the dogs and do everything they can to make sure their stay is safe and fun. They plan great activities and awesome treats. Cooper has been going there since they opened and gets excited when he realizes that is where he is going. We have used their daycare and boarding services and have been extremely happy with both.
Ashley and Michael always anticipate our needs with happy greetings and the entire staff takes great care of our puppy

The staff are always so friendly and welcoming!! When I drop off Daisy I know she is in good hands until I pick her up. She’s good and tired after her play dates!! 😊
