The supervisor inside the rooms could interact more with the puppies and dogs.

It is so obvious right from the first moment you walk through the doors of Dogtopia that the staff care so greatly about each and every one of the pups that come into their care, and they make sure that every pup and every owner coming into their building feels welcome! They are the reason that the dogs are so excited to go back to daycare each day:) They always have smiles on their faces and are always willing to work with owners to ensure their pup is getting the greatest level of care possible, making us feel more than content to leave our little fur babies with them for the day! They go above and beyond each day to do different activities with the pups, make sure that every pup is safe within the room, and with boarding and daycare, they make each dog feel completely at home in their facility (shoutout to those bedtime stories:)). Thank you to the entire staff at Dogtopia Northwest Edmonton for being our dogs' home away from home - we appreciate you so so much!

Convenient location, great staff, and safe facility.
Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My boy Jethro loves going in to play with friends or just to follow the coach around. I know he’s getting plenty of exercise because he’s usually exhausted and ready to curl up in his bed or on my lap for the night.
I especially like the staff that I met!! The staff seems to really like my pups- they are so excited when they RUN to the door!! But, most importantly, although they are happy to see me when I pick them up, they are exhausted, but smiling!!
I absolutely love the daycare aspect of it and the staff is great but the boarding fees are way too high. Truly wish I did not have to but I can’t afford it anymore and am considering another boarding place.
My pups are having a blast at doggie daycare. I’m pretty sure they would drive themselves if they could.

Very convenient…. from the front desk person, Ian, to the folks in the back everyone was so nice to my out-of-town dog. He adjusted well, stayed a couple of nights to play and have some fun. Highly recommend!

The staff is friendly and took time to get to know my dog and to answer my concerns. They've got some good measures in place for very small dogs like mine (5 lbs.) to keep them safe. Looking forward to bringing her back!
Friendly service and attentiveness to my pup
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Cookie came back happy and nice and clean. The undercoat was gone and her nails were trimmed and teeth brushed.
