Friendly staff!! If a problem arises they are always quick to resolve it. My dog loves going there, she has a better social life than I do. Great place for my girl!

You are welcomed immediately as soon as you walk through the door. Brett, Brie, Taylor, Destiny, Jillian and ED and Alex have always made us feel welcomed and have always been straight up with us about everything. Each one of them have always given us great customer service on and off camera and have always addressed any concerns we have had immediately. They have given us advice of what is safe to feed Latte at home and Jillian and ED have always told us when it was necessary to give our Latte a bath or a groom. I love that they don’t push their services on us. As Jillian said ‘at this point it is more of a want and not a need,’ and when the service is needed she will let us know. When we leave our little Latte at Dogtopia we know she will be left in capable hands. Thank you for the great customer service you guys.
Everything! They are so great with my dog and make me feel very comfortable leaving her with them the entire day.

Friendly staff, convenient location
Everyone was very friendly. Grover seemed to do well. He usually is not a fan of other dogs, but he did well.
I expected to be able to view the areas where my dog would be kept in person rather than just watching on camera. Perhaps I should have asked but all the signage saying staff only was off-putting to me. I felt that there were too many dogs in too small of an area. And from driving around the back of the building the outdoor area appears to be quite small. I don't feel this is a good fit for my dog.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very flexible about drop off and pick up times and have been great about fitting us in for spa services when needed
The team is so caring towards our pup! He is catered to like family and even though they care for many pups, they always make time for him. He lights up when he sees the members of the team he spends 40 hours a week with while we work. The activities/crafts/photos they do (i.e. flower pawprints and a photo with Santa) have given us precious mementos that we cherish! We will always make sure our future fur family additions will do well at Dogtopia for daycare so we can rest assured they are in caring hands while we work.

Staff was friendly and I could tell they really enjoyed their jobs and caring for dogs.
Was happy to see Molly socializing and working out some energy!

Staff and management has left. Need to hire new ones and please keep the culture like it was before.

Very attentive and I really like how the smaller dogs are separated from the bigger dogs.
Everyone is very friendly. My dog Cody loves the staff and his friends. Live when we pull up to the door Cody immediately knows we’re we are he walks me to the door. 😂
