Very welcoming and my dogs love it.
The staff is wonderful, they truly care about every dog that comes there! And my dog absolutely loves going there.
All the people who work at Dogtopia are friendly and you can tell they truly care about your dog and they really get to know them.

My dog has only been a couple of times but I have been impressed with the staff so far. My dog is very timid and the staff all try their best to make her feel comfortable.
Great daycare and boarding for my pup ! It’s safe and I love how I can watch her play via camera in the room. I can tell the people at Dogtopia truly love dogs and my Maple girl which makes me feel at ease.
Caring and kind staff. My dog is safe and loved at Dogtopia. Facilities are very clean and he gets plenty of stimulation and dog and people friendship. Love it here!

Dogtopia itself is wonderful and I love how kind and patient the staff is, but if your dog is nervous about daycare, the number of dogs might be a little overwhelming.

Dogtopia in Thunderbolt is the best! I am comfortable knowing that my dog is well taken care of there. The staff is super nice and courteous too. Best part is my dog LOVES to go to Dogtopia!

Our Grady looks forward to staying at Dogtopia he loves the staff and playing with all the other dogs. He suffered a setback recently and has just returned, it is helping him regain his strength being with all his friends. We have always had a wonderful experience here, and the staff is so helpful and sweet to him. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.
The owner, Kelly, is very nice, and all the coaches at Caine are wonderful. They all seem to genuinely care about my dog.

Location, facility
The nest cameras were down or malfunctioning (slow to load images) this last week. The $20 precharge for boarding was not shown as a credit on my final statement upon checkout. The pre-measured individual baggies of food for six days is a little much to ask when you are trying to use less plastic.
The team facility are very nice and welcoming.
I am happy with my experience except my dog doesn’t do well with the crate.
