The girl working in my dogs room on Wednesday was very mean and aggressive with my dog and other dogs. My dog came home with bites to his face and an open wound to his neck 3/26/25

Our dog loves going to Dogtopia. She has changed so much with being able to play with other dogs and interact with other people.
The responsiveness of the team to any concerns the customers have. The monthly events and themes are exciting too.
My dogs receive care and attention that is just right for their personalities and needs. I love that I don't have to be concerned about them when they are there because everyone is so well trained and experienced in handling dogs. AND he comes home so tired at the end of the day - success!

Employees are extremely friendly and helpful. My dog loves running around with all the other dogs outside and in all the different playrooms. Drop off and pick up are super easy.

My dog particularly likes Thursday agility days. On other days he is sometimes a little bored. He is more interested in chasing balls than socializing with other dogs so the activities and setup is important to him.
Friendly and professional! We have an Australian shepherd and his hair cuts are always perfect!
I like the various programming and activities planned for the dogs. Makes me feel like i'm taking him to an actual school. For this pet parent, that's big.
