Unfortunately, it is not safe for our dogs or parents to go in the vestibule without causing high stress in the rooms. Everyone that goes back there does have to be certified in order to protect the rooms. It is only with best interest of our dogs that we have this policy. I hope you understand! Take care

I love that you take such good care of my dog! Getting another pool because ours was 'hogging' the small pool was so special. We did not worry about her being taken care of for the week that we were on vacation.
An outdoor area for dogs to go potty. As you use an indoor area this is causing confusion for our dog at home and having messes in the house.
It was easy to sign up and request dates. Management was very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel welcomed every time I drop my dog off. Great communication via email and text. My dog enjoys his time at DogTopia.

It's very convenient to be able to add spa services like a nail trim to daycare so I really appreciate that. I also love the online system for booking appts and like the cameras as well.
I do wish the cameras could zoom in more or have a follow feature so I could see my dog better.

Everyone has been so friendly. My pup is VERY crazy and excited when she meets new people and goes to new places. Everyone that I’ve talked to has been very understanding still tells me that they love having her in daycare.
