It can be a little pricey. If the prices were more affordable, I would sign back up again but due to life being life, I’m not able to :( I wish I could!
My dog loves it there, and a really friendly staff. They seem to care a lot about our pets.
The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They seemed to genuinely care about the dogs that attend their location.
Would like for dogs especially on nice days to be outside more. Not only to enjoy the fresh air but to go potty. Disappointed how staff encourages that it is ok for dogs to go potty inside and they will just clean it up. Also wasnt expecting my dog to be caged for "nap time" Glad i picked him up when i did considering it was for 1.5 hours.
Our dog has been there multiple times before. It has been a while, we wanted to book him for an overnight stay. The person on the phone said he would need a new eval to see how he does. We were ok with that. So we brought him and left him for the afternoon. I was quite SURPRISED when we were then charged for the visit! He was only there because your staff requested it. We did not bring him for our benefit or for him that day.
The people are amazing. My dog can be timid but RUNS in as she’s so excited to be there. LOVE the calendar of events as well and how they’re always keeping things interesting.
The trainers are so amazing with the dogs. They are hyper aware of each dog's personality and traits. They love my dog as much as I as I do! They also do so many fun things with the dogs, even ones like mine that just like to sit and observe!

I brought my dog in for the meet and greet, and without knowing ahead of time, I was asked to leave the dog for the day and have her interact with the other dogs (free of charge), I might add. I was not expecting this and was a very kind gesture and great customer service! I have been bringing my dog in for regular spa services and will be extending her time with daycare and eventually boarding for the summer! The staff is excellent, always cheerful, and passionate about animals.
Identify a need or skill for each one of the dogs and try to see that that particular skill or need is addressed even in in a little way by all caretakers. For example if a dog is isolated
Yeager absolutely loves going and spending time with the other dogs. He is a very social dog (both with people and other dogs) He would not like being kenneled the whole time like other boarding facilities.
I love being able to monitor him from the app, it makes it less of a worry leaving him.
Everyone is super nice and excited when we show up for boarding, but the most excited is Yeager. He literally runs through the front door to the hallway door when we get there.
Previously, I would have rated my experience a 9 out of 10. However, during the week of Spring Break, I noticed a smaller playpen placed within the toybox area.
While I understand the use of playpens in certain situations, I was concerned about the reason for this change during that specific week. Given the premium daily rate, I was disappointed to see my dog confined to a smaller space, especially while observing other dogs playing freely. Additionally, upon checking the live feed throughout the day, my dog appeared visibly withdrawn.
Initially, I considered the possibility of a behavioral issue requiring confinement. However, the extended duration in the pen seemed inconsistent with such a scenario.
Upon picking up my dog, I inquired with a staff member at the front desk. Unfortunately, the explanation provided lacked clarity, and I sensed uncertainty regarding the reason for the pen usage.
It would have been helpful to receive advanced communication regarding the use of the playpen.
Everything! The facility is clean and bright. Everyone is friendly and always go out of their way to make each day fun for the dogs. We know that our kid will be well cared for. And he LOVES daycare days! I like having the ability to see what he's up to during the day, on the camera. And the weekly events are great!
The staff are wonderful. The communication is good, as is the website. Location is excellent for me and my dog seems to love it.
Dogtopia does much more to work with and correct the dogs than other places - in a very good way.
