The staff is very friendly and seems to genuinely like the dogs. My dog loves it there and is so happy to be there and exhausted when he comes home from play. It’s also good to be able to just drop in without notice and leave the dog there for a day stay
When I bring Sage into Dogtopia, we are warmly greeted by name, and met by smiles.
The staff was really nice and helpful. I think it was a good experience.
I had taken my dog before, but this last time they couldn't find the additional individuals I had listed for pick up. Upon questioning they did find my husband's name. Made me feel a bit uneasy.
Did love that my dog was able to find another dog to play with this last time!
My dog LOVES the humans who work there so much. And the staff is so accommodating toward scheduling and other admin needs.
Friendly and competent
The people who work there go above and beyond, everyone is so nice. The property is very clean and it smells good. Most of all my Lily loves going there because she has fun and it wears her out
Wonderful care and am very grateful to have a place my dog loves to go to play and if out of town she is familiar and comfortable.

I had a very disappointing experience with my dog, Azula. I don’t believe dogs should be put in cages, especially when we are paying for a service that is supposed to provide care, supervision, and comfort. If I wanted my dog to be in a cage, I could do that at home.
Azula was left in a crate for a long period of time, and the cameras were turned off, which made me feel uneasy about how she was being treated. When she was returned to us, she smelled like urine, likely because there is no designated area for dogs to relieve themselves. I think the facility should have a proper potty area and better sanitation.
It also seemed like her water bowl wasn’t refilled, which is concerning. Basic needs like water access should always be a priority.
Overall, this was a bad experience for us, and unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. I hope these issues are addressed so other pets and owners don’t go through the same thing.
Pricing is tough for an extended boarding stay. But overall service was great for this stay. Thank you!

We Love Dogtopia!
Great staff, love all the fun little incentives they have, and our dog is in the best of care. We have been taking Charlie for nearly a year and he loves it (once we can get him through the door!). It has relieved so much stress knowing he is well taken care of at Dogtopia. Not to mention, he sleeps for a day after the fact!
The team at Dogtopia is phenomenal! They provide great care for the dogs and have always been responsive to our (human) needs as well. Communication is always clear and prompt and we feel appreciated. Highly recommend them for both daycare and boarding services!
Twitch is so excited to go to school. He can't wait to meet all his teachers in the morning and play with his buddies. He comes home exhausted and tail wagging and in a cuddle mood. I love being able to check in on him through out the day with the web cam and watch him run and play with the other dogs. And the little parties they throw for the dogs are awesome, Twitch loves the bubble parties.

Friendly staff. I love the drive up service which is quick and efficient. Having the nest cameras is a big plus for me as a pet parent. I love to check in on him as he plays with the other dogs.
The loving care and gentle treatment of all the dogs. Also the flexibility with scheduing day cares, and the variety of activities for the dogs. Shout out to Kary Ann, who is so great to work with. She listens to any concerns and takes care of any issues. You can really tell she loves all the dogs. I am really happy with Dogtopia Westminster and my dog loves to go there.

Lindsey did an amazing job grooming our mini goldendoodle, Duke. She made sure to communicate her plan and any areas of concern both before and after our appointment. This was Duke’s first grooming experience and we can’t wait to bring him back next time!

My dog is safe and active while there
Multiple times we've requested for nail trim services and we're assured it will be done, but on pickup that has not happened (but also not charged for it either). So, not that big of a deal but maybe just say that you guys won't do it? Happened multiple times, that's the only reason I'm bringing it up, otherwise, service is great and you guys are very friendly and treat all the fur friends nicely, having the camera is good to check-in on play time and events!
