Staff is excellent
I don’t like that there is only 1 person in a room with all the pups. That 1 person is only cleaning after the dogs, and ignoring them as they hump or annoy other pups. There is no real play happening, they dogs just stand around. And I hate it that they go potty indoors, I feel like it teaches them bad behaviors that I don’t want my pup doing.
Want to make it better…
1. Have at least 2 persons in the room one cleaning and one playing with the pups, keeping them running, training, and off of each other.
2. Let each pup out for a short walk to get some fresh air and outdoor potty break.
3. Pay attention if a pup is humping others tell the owner that their pup cannot be doing that. No one wants their pup humped at doggy daycare
Friendly staff, clean facility. They work with my very enthusiastic dog.

The staff was nice but the entry area had a very strong and unpleasant odor. It also seemed like they just kept the dogs inside all the time. My dog came home thirsty and needing to go out very badly. Boarding options didn’t seem as nice as other places as well
Kit absolutely loves going to Dogtopia for both overnights and regular daycare. She gets so excited as soon as she realizes where we are headed. As pet parents, it is such a relief knowing we have a safe and fun place for our girl to spend time. She loves her friends at Dogtopia and we do too!

The staff is friendly & treats my dog as if she is the most special dog ever…..which to me she is! The place is clean & smells clean. I’ve seen on video how quick the staff is to double clean up a mess a dog makes by using the floor as a potty. Hey it happens, but the place smells clean! They do exciting events with the dogs, like crafts & photos. It’s like preschool for my dog with a whole monthly activity calendar. So I know which days I especially want my dog there. They offer healthy snacks at a reasonable price. I love how I can watch my dog on video. Paws down, it’s the best place ever! My Izzy loves going there!
Tyson always seems happy and the staff is very attentive when I am there or when I call to check on Tyson
I cannot recommend Dogtopia of Fort Myers enough! The entire team was incredible—so understanding, kind, and accommodating to our situation. My dogs had an absolute blast, and my Shepherd was actually pulling on the leash to get through the front door to go play. It gives me such peace of mind knowing they are in great hands. 5/5 stars!
A few things concern us with service at the Gainesville location. Personal are not consistently available or an inadequate number of personnel on schedule during opening at 5:30am and evening rush hours 3:30 - 6:00pm. Secondly the live video stream is offline more than its operational
I love this place, they have a wonderful, caring staff and my dog, Archer, looks forwad to going every single time.
Having webcams on the weekends to see our pups and know that they are flourishing in their daycare environment. If this is not possible, random updates from the staff would be helpful instead of needed to reach out every time just to check in on them. Random photos of them would help us know how they are doing with no webcams on the weekends.

Zippy is safe and well cared for. When I asked questions they are quick to get back with me. I love watching him on the video cameras playing with his friends.

Friendly staff and great service!
Dogtopia has been the safest most reliable place to leave our pups when we go on vacation. The only thing we do not like is that do not use the bathroom there well. My dogs want to go outside to use the bathroom, and they do not always let them out. They always go like crazy when we pick them up.
Arch has the best time. I know he is safe and well cared for!!
I like that the dogs are not in cages all day.
Maggie looks forward to her morning play times at Dogtopia. All of her four-legged canine friends are attended to with guidance and care.
