Everyone is very friendly and makes me feel safe, confident and good when leaving him. Tux is always excited to “go play”.

The staff treats my dog as though she were a special friend. Piper always is anxious to get out of the car and into Dogtopia to play with her friends. Also, at the end of the day, the staff gives me a report on Piper and her activity level. In other words, the staff and the care that Piper receives is awesome.

From daycare to grooming, everything is amazing!😍

I received a call that she contracted kennel cough while boarding. She didn't have kennel cough when she was dropped off. She hasn't coughed once since picking her up. Took her to the vet. The vet explained there is a 10 day incubation period. No symptoms or signs of Kennel cough. We believe she was put in isolation for no reason. Upon picking her up she wasn't bathed as I asked and should have been included. Furthermore, when I bathed Kiwi there were at least 10 pieces of poop in her fur that washed into the tub. So it begs a few questions... why was she in isolation? When she was in isolation was she forgotten about? I know I received a bit of a discount but this doesn't help the conditions she was kept in. This is sad as when we started with Dogtopia we felt that the conditions and her experiences were positive ones.I had our next bording already booked with Dogtopia. I am cancelling and I have arranged for care elsewhere. I look forward to a response as I will share my experience on social media in 10 days if I don't hear from you.

The staff is wonderful. My dog was recognized on her second visit and called proactively by name when she entered the front door. This made her (and me) feel so comfortable immediately. Everyone is so helpful and so kind. When my dog was scheduled to board the lovely front desk staff suggested I bring a T-shirt for her crate to help soothe her with family smells while she sleeps. (Some places do not allow you to leave any personal items during boarding.) I also appreciate that there is an outside play area that allows the dogs to get fresh air and sunshine. Highly recommend to anyone looking to give your “best friend” playtime and/or boarding.

My dog Charlie gets lots of playing time & exercise while being supervised. The staff is very friendly & flexible!

Rex loves coming to dogtopia he looks forward to it. He loves the trainers and all the love he gets from them he is so excited eveytike he goes

The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I feel that my dog is safe and well cared for while at Dogtopia. My dog is reactive and has a hard time socializing with other dogs. The staff has the skills to welcome him for daycare and boarding. They adjust to his needs while keeping all the other dogs happy and safe. He comes home happy and tired after spending time there.

I feel my dog is safe and well cared for when he is at Dogtopia of Overland Park. He loves going for daycare and I don’t worry about him when he is boarding there. All the coaches and staff are very friendly to him, and I like being able to check in on him by the webcam.

Richard, Tori, and espec RAVEN are great.. Our dog comes home tired and happy.

I have a Shiba Inu and I dropped him off on the 24th of March to get groomed (bath, deshedding, nails). They called me to let me know he was ready to be picked up. I showed up and he still had patches of hair that needed to de-shed and his ls were still long. They took him back to get blow dried and still not satisfied. Very disappointed with the service. I paid $80 for poorly done service. I was told to come back next week for free of charge. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone on staff is super friendly. You can tell they care about every dog that walks in there, and they take care of them well.

I like that we can watch our dog on the webcams and the room is large and relatively clean.

People there seem to generally like the dogs

The staff was so great! The young man who took Stormy back for the meet and greet was so kind. He took the time to explain the facility to me and Stormy took to him immediately despite her usual distrust of men. We will be back.

Dogtopia is a great place for Willow to socialize and play all day while we're at work

The employees are so friendly! You can tell they actually love their jobs ! They welcome my pupper, Ozzy, like he is one of their own! When you walk into Dogtopia it's like walking into a Kindergarten class only for dogs! It's colorful , it smells nice and the playrooms are clean and inviting! I love that the dogs get nap time and treats and they can be involved in weekly activities! I am going back in January for the winter months and I will be sure to enroll my puppy, Ozzy, back with Dogtopia! I love all of you guys and so does Ozzy! The first visit was misleading. I had to pay 20 dollars for the day visit . I thought it was free for first visit.
