Ginger gets excited when we pull into the parking lot of Northville Dogtopia. She is greeted by smiles and scratching and loves it. She must get good care because she loves it!! That’s what counts.
The staff! They are very friendly, knowledgeable and provide a safe environment for my pup. He loves it there and he loves them.
Everyone is so nice to my pup, she loves going and seeing her friends. The staff is very welcoming.

I've been a customer for at least 6 years, and there have been a lot of changes - is it under new management? I use dog daycare because I am out of town, usually for work. It is expensive but I love my dogs and want them treated well. It is becoming less useful to me, such that I have started to look into other options because when it becomes more troublesome to use the service than the benefits it is not worth the thousands I am spending. Food was previously included in service. Now it is additional? This is an indoor only place, i have multiple dogs. I come because my dogs usually have a good time. I am beginning to feel like that may not be the case. I was called multiple times to pickup my dogs starting at noon when they close at 7pm. It makes me feel like my dogs aren't welcome. Maybe having a document upload online, or a place with notifications in the app for missing documents? Also, text communication option, or at least asking customers preferences on communication method. It is difficult for me in my line of work to answer phone calls.

I do have to say I was overcharged this last time and I thought I had it correct I’m charged $40 for the full day and I was charged $44. Please correct this and let me know when you have thank you Name removed with Chica.
Your operations manager was rude and dismissive and did not try to settle my dog to feel comfortable in your location.
Everyone is patient, kind and caring to not only Cooper but to his mom and dad. This was Coopers first sleep over and everyone was reassuring that he will do well. We received an update that evening and another when we picked him up. He definitely had a good time. Slept most of the day when we picked him up . Will be a lot less anxious leaving him for another sleep over. Thank you everyone for making yet another new experience for Cooper a positive and enjoyable one, not only for Cooper but for his overprotective parents 😃
Friendly, convenient, flexible, fun
The scent of my dog coming home was a bit off putting. I dont mind dogs smelling like dogs...smelling like chemical spray is off putting for me. For others maybe they like it. So perhaps having a choice is important. Other than that great first experience.

I hesitate to recommend Dogtopia because it is already overcrowded. It is a great facility and we love it for our pet Riley for socialization one day a week. But I wish the facility was larger or they had more rooms so they could spread the dogs out more. We’ve had to ask the people at our facility to wipe Riley down before we pick him up; otherwise, he comes home smelling of urine because there are so many dogs. It’s gross! It would also be great if they had an outdoor area where the dogs could get out for part of the day. We won’t use the boarding services for this reason - we don’t want Riley basically kenneled the entire time we are gone. I hope this is helpful.
The positive energy of the staff; easy access with the online app in scheduling daycare and spa appointments; and feeling Dogtopia is a safe place for my girl.
front desk staff is very friendly! The cameras are great to watch my dogs, and even the bathing, brushing option is a great add on!
I find it very difficult to schedule on the app, because I don’t get confirmations right away. I sometimes have to call later to make sure that the reservation has been accepted. Not sure how this can be rectified, but closer attention to coordinating the app and real time confirmation needs to be improved
Dogtopia takes care of my pup and every one of them that comes to stay. Everyone is friendly, courteous and cheerful.
