Love the owners, I can tell they very much care about pets. My dog absolutely loves going there!
We really appreciate being greeted upon entering the building. The staff is always friendly and kind. They kindly lead our 2 dogs to the rooms for their day of fun. We love the themed days, photo opportunities, dress up, special treat days and dog games they provide that stimulating the dogs.

Dogtopia has been a godsend (dogsend?) for our family! We adopted a young, high-energy dog who needs to run and play daily, and Dogtopia gives her a safe environment to do just that. The staff are very friendly and caring, and our pup is always eager to return. She goes inside with her tail wagging for every appointment and greets all the employees. She comes home happy and calm. We have also been pleased with their boarding and grooming services.

The key is that my dog enjoys Dogtopia. The has stay there many times as we have used them from their early beginnings. Our dog, a Lab likes the water feature and does spend the majority of his time wet.
The facility is incredibly well run, with a wonderful calendar of events and very friendly staff. My dog is over the moon to attend weekly. We could not be any happier with Dogtopia!
Hire more people so there is a better staff to dog ratio. Fix cameras so they dont constantly freeze. Put dog events on the website such as prom, picture day, dog of the week etc so people are aware of what is happening. Also dogs that are brachycephalic there should be an easier way and less stressful for the dog to get them in a crate

My puppy had so much fun during his meet and greet! I love the set up from what I can see. However, I’m still waiting on the link to be sent to me so I can see my puppy throughout his day. I love the fact that you’re flexible hours complement my shift work at the hospital, some of the places that I looked at sending my puppy clothes at seven which doesn’t work for me because that’s the time that I get off work. Since you guys close at eight this works very well for my schedule. I love the cleanliness of the facility and I like the positive attitudes that the staff have.
All of the people there are very nice helpful and everything goes very smoothly. Every time I go there.
My dog always has a wonderful time when she is at Dogtopia. I am able to check in on her when I want to with the camera system so it keeps my mind at ease.
Very disappointed with the service received dog shows with flea's. No personal interaction with animals other than clean and mopping place during the all time. Personal lock of training took me 2times in other to reach owner. I will like to terminate my contract effective today’s day on 17 July 23.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry to hear that sweet little Pete has fleas. As discussed on the phone, we suggest discussing with your vet effective flea prevention medications that will prevent him from being bothered by fleas in the future. Our indoor facility for play is a great way to avoid them.
Onboarding took an hour. Front desk staff was not trained my management to onboard correctly and struggled with nuances. My freshly bathed dog from the day before came home filthy and smelling horribly, to the point where it literally got on my clothes and car. Moreover, when I came to pick up my dog, they handed me the wrong dog. I would say in the very least give me a free grooming service.

I love the friendly and clean environment! Everyone at Dogtopia was so inviting and loving towards me and Lucas! I love that my pup is able to socialize all day with other pups and not just be in a kennel the entire stay! I think the cherry on top is the camera that allows me to check in on him when I’m away to give me some peace of mind! :) Thank you Dogtopia crew!

I love how much my dog loves daycare! She has so much fun meeting new dogs and running around! The staff are very friendly and take great care of everyone's dogs. I love how there are cameras and you get to check in on your dog. I love bringing my dog here. I tell everyone about this daycare!

The decision on what room to put Sandwich in seems arbitrary, it changes EACH drop off and with no communication as to why. I fear that there is not thought being put behind it and it she is just plopped into a room.
She "tried out" in the park and has been switched between Park and Beach with no explanation with each visit so far. I called on her first visit to clarify how the decision on which rooms gets made and got an adequate explanation. However, that person apologized for not communication the change and said it was normal procedure to let me know - I am still not being clued in on why the room changes with each visit.

Dogtopia-Dublin is the best! We’ve taken our pup to several daycares but Dogtopia is by far the best. The team is so attentive to our pup and updates us on how she is doing when she is being boarded.
