The facility is very clean and inviting. The employees are very friendly and helpful they really seem to enjoy their job. I really like being able to check in on my Sadie thru the online camera anytime I like. I also like the differs themed days offered for the pets to make them feel more than just a dog.

The staff are all very friendly and my dog is actually excited to go there. I never have to feel bad about dropping him off. In fact I feel the need to take him occasionally to get a good grooming and have some play time.

They are very friendly with both the dogs and people. They always welcome my dog with open arms and he comes back from day care tired.
The entire staff is wonderful! All are friendly and welcoming. They greet Finley Grace by name and take the time to answer any questions I may have. They go above and beyond with special activities like Prom, WoofStock, Arts and Crafts for holidays and Bubbles. I recommend Dogtopia to all my dog parent friends!
The staff at Dogtopia In Fairfield is great. Our dog Brutus has the best time with them and his dog friends. We highly recommend it to anyone who loves their dog and wants them to have a great time and get a lot of exercise with other dogs.
Staff are all very friendly, efficient and they are awesome with the dogs. Daycare Services and bookings are also very flexible and easy to book. The webcams are a nice added feature, as well the facility is always clean and there is always sufficient drop off parking!

There is such a caring vibe that eases leaving my big boy. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will take time to answer questions. I know my pup is still skittish and sudden loud noises scare him, the staff has been wonderful with him. I love the webcam, I can check on my big boy during the day. I like that the staff checks my pup every time he comes in for daycare. I have referred a few friends to my Dogtopia. Everyday he is in the car and before we turn into the parking lot, he howls and whines and I can't move fast enough for him, that's how excited my usually laidback and calm boo gets. Such a good feeling...I am grateful to have found Dogtopia.

I decided to resume daycare for my pup. First it was a huge price jump despite being a member before. Then, while watching the camera to check in on my pup, it was clear the girl working there did not want to be there. Dogs got NO attention and at times the way she was yanking on dogs, was very rough. I figured I’d give it another day and brought my pup back. He literally refused to get out of the car, I had to carry him in the door. All day he looked SO sad at Dogtopia, and I specially asked if he could get a little extra loving, not a single time was he loved on or played with. Considering he is a new pup after taking a break, you would think they would work with him to get him comfortable. I definitely NO longer recommend this place. Too many other issues and now terrible pup care.
