Friendly, professional, responsive and oriented around the best interests of the dogs. I especially like that all staff are certified with an emphasis on understanding behavior. The ability to add other services, like spa days and boarding if needed, are also great benefits.

Very friendly and you can tell they care for the dogs.
I think the overall experience was a good one. I need a place to board my dog for this week end, so my first visit was a meet and greet to see if my dog had the right temperament. She passed but then was required to three all day stays before she could get boarded. I was not informed the additional days would cost me additional money. I have two days in and will be back for a third because i am invested at this point for the weekend. But i think a little more transparency either on the website on when i inquired would have been helpful. Not sure i agree with the policy of having to pay for the extra days just to make sure that i can then bring her back for the boarding. It seems that you still have the right to after the three visits say you don't think she could be boarded there, but yet i have paid for several days of care that i didn't need just to try to get her boarded. Again, i understand and appreciate the intake process to make sure the dogs will be able to get along with each other. And everyone i met was very friendly and professional. But dog care is not cheap and i am not sure i would have started the process if i knew i had to pay for several days of care before it was approved for me to then spend an even larger amount to have her boarded, when that is the only care i needed to begin with. Again, i think it was just the transparency of the costs and process.
I appreciate how communicative Dogtopia has been, and you’ve answered all of my questions. At the Historic Phoenix location, Rachel and Abby led me through a very friendly, thorough meet and greet, and got me set up right away to check in on my dog via the web cams. Thank you!
They have pretty much everything we could ask for
Staff is very friendly, our dog always enjoys going to play.
Everyone was so nice, so helpful, the app was great. It was a little pricey for two dogs that shared the same space, but I know they were safe.

The dogs do not go outside besides just once a day.
I see multiple dogs go in crates when they are just playing with each other and not causing any issues.
Some of the workers put some dogs in the crate a lot more than others when all they want to do is play or get attention.
Things to do better:
Have dogs go outside more.
Have two workers per room for big amount of dogs because some workers are clearly not able to handle many dogs at once

Staff could be better at customer service and taking care of the dogs in the play rooms. There have been a few times where I can tell messes weren’t cleaned up and my dog was allowed to play in it and came home smelling like pee. There have also been times where dogs were not escorted and were just left to go either upstairs or downstairs by themselves. Overall, I appreciate everything you guys do but there are some things that would make me hesitate recommending this daycare to anyone else.
Very friendly staff that know my pup and very organized and clean.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful during our Meet and Greet and made us feel comfortable.
Very communicative, website is easy to use. I like that grooming is offered in addition to daycare and boarding all at the same place they are comfortable at.

I can’t schedule grooming consistently. This has been a perpetual problem with the app and not the new system.
Loss of turnover of staff means i am constantly training staff what to do with my dog.
Often long waits at the car to be helped. Sometimes 5-10 minutes. No one comes out and I don’t know if they are not at the desk or don’t know I am there. Number one thing you could improve would be to get a drive-over door bell.
Friendly, professional and my dog loves it
Our Frankie has been going for the past 3 weekends and comes home wore out. I’m confident that they will take care of him with lots of Love and care while we are on vacation. I love the cameras. the options of different snacks we can pick from is great.
We are still very new to the program and I think don't fully appreciate the system yet. Seems like a lot of dogs in one room!

Friendly people. Nice facility. He has tons of fun and comes home tired.
