The care and attention given.
Our dogs are well taken care of and have a lot of fun!
Everybody we met with was very personable, the people made the difference for us.
Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. I would have liked to see my dog playing to ensure it’s a good fit. I’m uncomfortable with my dog not being able to potty/play outside. We have a senior dog who unfortunately has accidents and I would hate for my puppy to learn from doggy daycare she can potty inside as my senior dog does. Otherwise seems like a wonderful place for pets to socialize and play.
They gave special attention to my dog who was having difficulty adjusting to her stay

Clean and friendly place .. they took very good care of my puppy while I was there and after I left. Picked up a very happy and clean pup when I got back
The location is clean and I always feel like my dog is well cared for.
My only suggestion is to try and personalize boarding. We received no feedback on how our dog did during the stay. As it was our dogs first time ever boarding we were hoping there would be some information to know how our dog did, for future trips. Because we didn’t get any feedback from the employees we have no clue if future boarding should be done at Dogtopia or not. And whether or not our dog enjoyed the stay.

Personally, I love the front desk people. Always ready with a smile and they get the pups right away. They are so kind.

We filled out the online form requesting a meet and greet. I received email communication and confirmed an appointment for 2:30 on Sat 7/22 for our puppy. When we arrived, the appointment had been written down for a different day. The front desk ladies also asked for vaccination records which we weren't notified was needed for the meet and greet. The ladies were kind enough to do the meet and greet anyway, however we were not shown anything in the facility nor were we explained anything about what the facility offers for our puppy. I thought this was really strange and it made me extremely uncomfortable that we weren't even asked if we would like to see anything. I am not comfortable sending my dog to a place that feels so disorganized. My husband bought a 3-day pass before the two of us had time to discuss anything, but as far as I'm concerned we will not be utilizing those passes.
