Our dog got very sick while under your care. We were still charged 345 dollars.
Love how friendly everyone was and how great they treated my puppy. I also loved the cameras, and the follow up via text while he was there! Made me feel good to know he was being well taken care of!
Had a greet and meet and everyone was nice and polite. Ask to have a nail clip for my dog and was told yes. I waited five minutes, and he was ready. Steven did an excellent job.

Dogtopia Aurora is fantastic! I particular loved the customer service and felt at ease leaving Roxie there for the day. The facility is clean and fully equipped with essentials. We got a tour on the day of Meet and Greet and learned more about the mission of Dogtopia, how excisting!
Having the webcam to see your furbaby during the stay is even better! Definitely strongly recommend Dogtopia to anyone who is looking for a doggy daycare.

Everything about Parker Dogtopia and the folks that work there is absolutely wonderful! They work hard, are very kind and knowledgeable about all the doggies that are in their care. When I drop my dog off I know she is “in very good hands”! She loves everyone that works there and all her buddies she sees each week. 😉
The team is exceptionally caring to our pups, and they provide training, social cohesion, and shared knowledge on how we care for our pups in a healthy way.

Staff is friendly and professional. My dog is happy as soon as we pull into the parking lot, she is barking and wagging her tail. When we get inside she is greeted by staff who know her name and she is happy to see them. My dog is well cared for whether she is there for half a day or boarded for a week. My dog is part of our family so when I bring her to Dogtopia I have peace of mind knowing she’s being treated well.
Hours and the friendly staff, also the politeness I receive when I have a question
There have been times when I couldn't see my dog on camera. Since he's a little guy, they have been put in the corner or a room with a non-working camera. Part of the reason I chose Dogtopia was because I want to see how my dog is throughout the day.
Also, when TikToks or FB posts are made, it's mostly the medium or large dogs. It would be nice also to showcase the little ones.

Staff needs to be more involved with dogs ( playing and make them busy). It would be better if they can have some outside time as well.
I love Dogtopia, but to be clear, this is only about the Grooming appt last week.
My dog looks fine, but $165 is too expensive.
