The staff is very friendly and they seem to really love working with dogs. I appreciate that it is very easy to contact them and if I call there is usually somebody there to answer during business hours. If not they return calls promptly. Scheduling is also easy.

Coming from a previous Chicago Dog Daycare owner & peeps.... YOU GUYS ARE THE BOMB!! If i ever were to do a dog space again DOGTOPIA would be it! You all are genuine, caring, honest & funny (DEVON OMG the photos!!) You appreciation for clients coming from a corp. entity is shocking & LOVED! Your caring gestures with your fundraising is HONORABLE. The daily calendar events are HILARIOUS! You guys JUST HAVE IT GOING On! I didn't check the cameras 1X while I was away this weekend and even for Pee-Wee Yaffa her 1st time in her life boarding & I trusted she was still being cared for and didn't need to hover!! Make sure you write an expiration date on your giveaways if you want them to expire otherwise you still have to honor them no matter when they are “cashed in”.

People who work there are great and they absolutely love dogs, flexible hours, easy app to book daycare and overnight stays and schedule curbside p/u, when I pick up my dog- I know she’s had a great time and was well taken care of.
My dog is treated as if she were their own. Nova loves to have play time with other dogs.
My puppy is well cared for and comes home tired!
