Customer service was good and the app/cameras were really nice. We would prefer the dog is taken outside to potty since we are still house training in order to not reinforce negative habits. For that reason we may look for a different boarding service while training our dog.
Thank you for your feedback! Weather permitting we take all of our pups outside 4 times a day. Playroom floors are made from compressed rubber to reduce the impact on dogs’ feet, joints, and hips. The material is also easy to clean and reduces odor. Best of all, it will not adversely affect your house training.

Your billing process and prices, lack transparency. There is never any receipt offered or provided when concluding services. I never know how much I’m paying for the service or how much my card is being charged and even when I ask questions it is very difficult to get clear answers about the charges.
This week I was required to bring my dog in for observation before boarding and I was not informed that I would be charged for the service. My credit card was then charged without informing me that I was being charged or what the amount was. I had to identify the charge on my banking statement.
The lack of transparency and pricing feels dishonest. It is a simple expectation of your customers to be informed what they’re being charged for and when their credit card is being accessed and charged. There should be no unexplained and unexpected charges.

Our dogs love the play and attention they get there. I feel like they are safe and trust they are being watched well while I can’t be with them.
The evaluation process was done in a way to limit nervousness
There are too many dogs. I watch my dog and she and other dogs just pace. The calendar led me to believe there were enrichment activities for the dogs. There is nothing for the big dogs to do. The person stands and watches them. The social media site is misleading.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff who work hard to provide the best service offerings to clients & our
fur-babies. Also, visibility of our fur-babies, via camera, of our fur-babies is very comforting to our entire family.
Not clear if my dog gets exercise outside. Would appreciate learning if dogs are allowed outside at all.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I like that I can watch my dog on a webcam. I also like that the dogs are provided with rest breaks to avoid overstimulation.
