I have been bringing my dogs to Dogtopia for almost 20 years and cannot say enough great things about Matt and his staff. They are so caring and professional and the entire team truly makes you feel like family.
Even though I have moved out the area, I still bring my dog to Dogtopia; they are so worth the drive and I would never leave my dog with anyone else.

The team is great! They are accommodating, professional and clearly love our pets! The only reason it’s not a 10 is that usually we don’t talk about dog daycare in casual conversations and one of our dogs just seems to sit in the corner all by himself, not sure why

Very flexible, lots of activities, my dog is always tired after it and she's so excited about attending day care whenever she comes. Also boarding is always wonderful
Friendly staff who make booking services easy.
My dogs love the playtime with other dogs, bubbles and attention from staff. At the end of the day they are so tired from all the activities they are calm and relaxed. When they are boarding there they get their food and can get treats. My mini schnauzers were able to play with dogs their size and they were constantly being watched and I could see what they were doing in the webcam.
maple loves to go to dogtopia! we had a couple of issues in the past with pickup but the manager was super quick to solve the issue, and we haven't had any problems since. dogtopia omaha west is great!!
Karre goes above and beyond with the dogs and also the parents. The entire staff is amazing. The facility is spotless.

Convenient and attentive
We have been going to Dogtopia for 5 years now and we’ve always loved visiting! Everyone is super friendly and our dogs are so excited to visit!
I started a Subscription on a Saturday, and I cancelled by the next Saturday. I was told I had to cancel the previous Saturday, which is the same day I ordered the subscription. I ended up paying for 2 weeks that my dog never went to because she got sick.

The dogs are not left unattended. There is always 1-2 people watching, interacting and walking around with them. No chairs to sit in and plant face in phone while ignoring the pups (seen that almost daily at our last dsycare). Employees know each dog and treat them well. Facility is clean and staff is friendly. Glad we found them just before they opened. It’s been a great experience…I don’t even care I have 5 days credit at former place about to expire, it’s so much better at Dogtopia NW Raleigh.
When I call the front desk most of the time no one picks up. Of course, all of the attention should be towards the dogs but I feel like someone should be at the front at all times. Also, daycare and boarding is a lot more expensive compared to other chains and establishments in the county. And there are other establishments that have an outside area as well.

The hours for drop off and pick up, camera access, the amount of playtime the dogs have seem more than other kennel companies

Our Great Dane gets such wonderful care every time he is there.
I loved the ease of being able to schedule daycare either through the app in advance, or through a phone call on the day of. The front desk staff was always so kind and approachable, you can tell everyone loves their job and the doggies that come through their doors. Last but not least, the webcams are a big plus! I loved being able to watch my dog get up to fun and play and know he is safe and secure at Dogtopia!
They treat your pup like part of the family! At drop off she runs to them and is excited to go play with her friends. They offer special events and/or treats. They make the separation a FUN experience for the doggies! <3

I think your assessment process is very good. I look in the cams sometimes and I can see how happy they all look and how generally well they all seem to do. My dog was new to this kind of thing and while he was anxious at first, after a few months now when I check up on him I see he's way more playful and relaxed. I also really like the little specials you do. Grooming specials will remind me to have him groomed regularly, which is something I intend to do regularly for him but it just kind of slips by me. The people who work there are great too!
