Would be great if the notes in the app for grooming/spa can be seen by the team working at Dogtopia.
I dropped my dog off for daycare and grooming and only his nails were done versus a full bath, de-shedding etc.
They were great at providing a resolution of rebooking my dog in and discounting the nail service but this is of course still an inconvenience to them and to me that they aren't able to see the notes to the groomer.
Better clarity on the groomers availability would also be great - it's not clear on the app when the groomer is available and that leads to a rejected appointment.
Aside from that, would like to better understand what protocols are in place for people who bring in their dog that is sick, for example with kennel cough. Unfortunately this is something my dog picked up and understand this is just the nature of daycare but if a dog shows symptoms, would like to understand if this dog is sent home or quarantined vs getting the whole pack sick.
Everything. The staff is amazing and they take wonderful care of the dogs. We've taken our dog there since they opened, and it's always a great experience. They have events for the pups and celebrations. So, they're engaged, playing and socializing. I can't say enough about Dogtopia Greensburg. 💗
Friendly employees, clean, nice design, always events happening, cameras are super helpful for owners to feel confident and comfortable about their dogs there. I like when they let the dogs outside to play, wish that happened more often.
The attention and care given to my dog is excellent!
All the employees there are so friendly. My dog goes right with them when we drop her off with no hesitation and she is super happy when we pick her up. She seems to be very well taken care of when she's there.
Very bad services
My dog started going to Dogtopia from when he was weeks old and he is now 7 years,. He loves going to this daycare and we had very good experiences. Recently from the past few years once the management changed we started experiencing lot of billing issues. The Manager is very very rude and not willing correct any of it. The newly joined staff are NOT well trained they make lot of mistakes during drop off and pick.
The staff have been very nice the first few times we've been there with our dog. I appreciate also being able to watch the play room while my dog is there so I can ensure she's behaving.

Everyone is very friendly, I feel that Mya is well taken care of, she enjoys her time there and she comes home exhausted. Knowing that she is well taken care of, makes dropping her off stress free. Thank you for all that you do!

Easy to make appointments, convenient location
My dog was there for grooming. I had to call after four hours. Why did it take 4 hours? Someone should have called me to inform me it would be that long. My dog is an English Cream Golden Retriever. I had trimmed his fur months ago bc I couldn't get to Dogtopia due to medical reasons. When I took him, the tech saw and knew his fur was trimmed and explained to me they don't cut Retriever fur short. I understood her reasons. When I picked him up, his tail is trimmed as if he has a poodles tail! I never had an issue prior to this visit. However, I do plan to continue using Dogtopia grooming service.
I love everything about Dogtopia! My pup, Williow, goes to camp there and has such a fantastic time. Everyone who works there are awesome. I know that my girl is safe, happy, and loved whenever she is there.

I like that you have a special room for small dogs, employees seem to genuinely like dogs. They can get a bath while they are there and you don’t need reservations but can just drop them off.
Staff was so kind and attentive. We had a death in the family and had to quickly get to PA. The team was so great about getting us in and making our dog feel at home.

Courteousness and quick service
I cannot tell you how reassuring it is to go away on vacation and know my dogs are safe and being well taken care of. Every staff member genuinely makes us feel like they love having Reese and Dixie at Dogtopia.
Also, Victoria does a FANTASTIC job with grooming.
