All the staff I have met are extremely friendly and professional, and it shows they care about animals. I guess the biggest metric that makes this place worth bringing your animal to is how happy my large dog is when she arrives and when I pick her up. She obviously enjoys her time there and it shows in how she responds. The ability to look in on my pet with the web cams is awesome, it always brings a smile to my face when I watch her running around playing.
Socializing for our dogs
I like the people who work there, the care they take with the dogs, their positive attitudes and kindness. I like the cameras so I can watch my dogs. I like the photos and events. I like knowing my dogs are having a great time in a safe environment and will come home exhausted and happy.
I love how well taken care of and loved my pup Rufus is when I drop him off. The staff is always friendly and helpful too!

A suggestion would be that the staff wear name tags because I can't remember their names.

Pricing is very high across all locations. The only way to receive a discount per stay is to go more frequently which is unaffordable for most.
All individuals working at this location are friendly, professional, and my dog loves going. It's just the pricing.

I love how you treat my dog like your own. The amazing options you have for treats and activities. I enjoy being able to log on the cameras and check on her. The staff is so friendly and always excited to see her every morning. Keep up the great work!
I like everything. One thing you could potentially add is a dog walking service during the day to get the pups out of the yard.

The staff at Dogtopia in Solon treat the dogs like family and have fun activities every week to keep them active and provide enrichment. I feel assured my dog is in good hands when I drop her off and they meet her at the door with big smiles.

The service that I have received thus far is amazing. I love the fact that I can look in on my dog to make sure he is okay whenever I want to. The facility is clean and the staff has been very helpful and friendly. Rocco is so worn out when he gets home which is priceless. Thank you.
Human wise, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Dog wise, Mocha gets bananas excited whenever she goes for daycare and is always happy and tired when we get home.
