Considerate care . My pup can’t wait to go and is happy and tired when he comes home . His weekend stays have gone very well too !
Think if a dog shares a cage with another dog there should be a discount applied. No sure the dog wash does a complete job and really scrub...especially around the face.

My dog has such a fun day there and he gets tired out playing so much!! Stark seems so happy when he goes!! he’s such an active dog that he needs it. Such Great staff. Great hours. I love that they provide food for the dogs and the grooming is amazing. :)

Great work taking care of Inconceivable Princess Buttercup and helping load her into the car after I had surgery. You folks do good work and she feels comfortable with your staff and facility.
Now the reason you didn’t get a “10.”
This is the second time you’ve had her and you gave her a bath which I paid for but never ordered or authorized. I only approved her nails getting trimmed and Dremeled.
They are very nice & care about our fur babies.
My dog was there this week. Came home smelling and soaking wet! We have asked several times for her not to get wet when she is there because she is never dried off properly and she smells. No one came to the front desk. I was waiting in the lobby for a while over six minutes. I had to go outside and yell over the fence for someone to come to the front desk.
Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I really love that they encourage and give a day of daycare prior to boarding. I have nervous dogs and by the end of the day they were starting to look more comfortable.
Love the care shown to our dogs;
While I understand them, I don’t care for the dogs being put in crates. It’s too much like a shelter, which can be traumatizing you’ve gotten a dog from a shelter. I definitely would not board my dog there for that reason.
As new attendee would have liked an actual report on how our dog was. Good or bad. Did he eat, sleep, drink, etc. something for the first couple visits would allow for a better understanding of whether this works or not.

Staff is very helpful and welcoming to Ella and me. I appreciate the Webcam services as well as the hours available for Ella to have daycare.
Your service and how well the dogs are treated are wonderful. I am so happy to find a excellent place to take Teddy for daycare and boarding. You all are so respectful and careful with the puppies. I thought the place in Oregon was good but not even close to your quality of taking care of the puppies. And Teddy is so tired at the end of the day. I can't even imagine why anyone would not bring their puppies to Dogtopia in Fort Myers, FL.
Easy to book an appointment. Very clean facility. Someone is in the room at all times with my puppy. Good prices. Friendly staff. My pup is very comfortable when staying there and not upset when she comes home. I like being able to check on her with the video cam.

the thing I LOVE among many things is the fact that they memorize the dogs and their names. When you come in the front door they will immediately say something like, "Hello Sprout" or "Oh, we just love Sprout." They make you feel like they love my dog as much as I do and I'm sure they do love all dogs or they wouldn't work there. My Sprout loves going to play time and boarding and I'm very confident leaving him in these great employees care!
This was our first visit but won’t be our last. Carrie the groomer did an outstanding job on our standard poodle and we are very picky! Great job Dogtopia!
Staff is friendly and every member is a true dog lover. I have a very energetic,overly excited and vocal Brittany.
The staff always greets him with love, hugs and belly rubs. My boy can be mischievous, and is redirected appropriately. It is clear the staff is knowledgeable in dog behaviors and how to appropriately correct or redirect. Love the staff at Oldbridge dogtopia
