The staff at Dogtopia Union is the reason! Everyone is warm and kind and shows true love and care about my puppy. My puppy loves the people there and I trust he is in good hands there.
All the workers are so friendly and caring to all the dogs, that come in for daycare. I would definitely recommend Dogtopia in Downers Grove to any dog owner that is looking for a place for their dog to stay.

We were not informed of the '3-daycare requirement before boarding is allowed' until after the evaluation when they did not bring our dog out. The person completing our evaluation did not seem confident or knowledgeable and the questions asked seemed repetitive and irrelevant (i.e. does your dog bark at dogs through the window at home... does your dog bark at people through the window at home... has your dog shown any signs of aggression? ... has your dog ever shown aggression to other dogs?... Has your dog ever shown aggression to people?... Has your dog ever shown aggression to kids?...etc.)
We will most likely board here due to lack of other option in our area but the intake process seems like its run by teenagers and did not make me feel confident.

I was not disappointed, but I would like the facility to explore more outdoor options. The staff is very nice and caring towards my fur baby.

My dog reaked of pee when I picked her up after 10 days. Her bed was ruined, washed x6 and pee smell wouldn’t come out. It was insanely expensive for the fact it doesn’t come with a complementary bath or even a spray down when you pick your dog. Everything that I took with her to Dogtopia was thrown out due to extreme pee smell.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable. The cameras as to me being able to check on my fur baby well I'm away at work.. the report process is so cool. it feels very inviting for me to leave my fur baby there.
Friendly staff that both of my dogs like as well as they always come home tired and happy. We also love seeing them on video when we board them so we know they are having fun.

Great service and supervision. Super friendly and fun staff. My dog absolutely loves the wonderful ladies at our dogtopia. He knows what "doggy daycare" is and is always super excited to go. Spa services are wonderful too! Love getting my pup back smelling all clean.
I have a membership at the Blackhawk Dogtopia. I take my dog there on Saturdays to make him socialize and play with other dogs. Last Saturday the girl taking care of the dogs in Beach didn’t do a good job at all. My dog was constantly put in the crate. I checked on him 5 times throughout the day and all 5 times he was in the crate. While in there my dog was constantly barking and was very stressed about the situation. I don’t pay and bring my dog to daycare to have him in a cage. He could have been home by himself and not be stressed! Also during his stay overnight in June he was not given his medication and instructions were not followed. He came back home with a big ear infection and thinner. You are hiring too many irresponsible young kids to watch the dogs. Super disappointed with Dogtopia.
How kind and outgoing the staff is every single day. They go out of their way to make the pet parents and pets comfortable and happy.
Staff our wonderful and very friendly. My puppy loves going to daycare and did very well being boarded for the first time.
Check on the Dogs more. We pick are dogs up and they had poop all over them.
