Personable staff, clean environment & a toy box play room suitable for my silky terrier. Since I have trouble walking, a staff member picks up and returns my furbaby to my car. Outstanding service!

I brought in my two golden retrievers for a "spa" day. Lori and her team do a great job and Daisy and Lucy looked terrific when I picked them up.
You can interact with a human, Elise was extremely helpful and friendly in getting us started at Dogtopia. She has a very positive attitude. In addition I believe Tina is safe at Dogtopia.
People are so nice and my dogs get so excited to come to dogtopia.
The owner and staff of Dogtopia Dublin are extremely professional, nice, and caring. On numerous occasions, they have answered my questions and have helped us with our dog. They have even taken our dog to the emergency vet when he injured himself. They called us immediately, too.
We always feel that they care about our pets and about our family. We know that our pets are safe with them and have a wonderful time when in their care. We appreciate being able to board our dog with them; too. He gets to play and exercise while being in boarding rather than just sitting in a crate or room.
We really enjoy being able to watch the webcam, too. It has been wonderful for our daughter to be able to watch while she is away at college.

Your staff is great the facilities are so clean!
My dog was totally worn out! Loved the added feature of being able to watch him on the cameras. Saw staff regularly cleaning the play areas and playing with the dogs. This was our first time taking him to a daycare and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Facility was very clean and staff was amazing. During out initial visit, the front desk person greeted every dog that was being dropped off by name. The dogs arriving were excited to be there, rather than trying to escape out the door. I love having access to the web cam as it allowed me to confirm my first impression; my dog was having so much fun!

I think the policy of having to pay a penalty for missing an appointment day is not fair or reasonable. I have already paid for the spot! And now you want me to pay extra so that you can sell that spot again to someone else? You are punishing a loyal customer!

Clean, professional operation that is set up to best serve dogs in all their sizes and personalities. They take their time to learn about your dog so they have the best experience. I really value that! I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend it.
My most recent visit I left my 2 dogs. I found 1 of my dogs' medicine still in the bag. They were never given to him for 2 days. And they were not fed their breakfast. Their food was still in the bag as well. Even though I didn't pick them up till about 12:30pm.
