The coaches were wonderful in supporting both Breezy and myself through her first meet and greet and daycare experience.
The way they know every dog's name and how the dogs love them. My dog, Ranger loves it there and he loves Eric!
I take my dog Lady to your groomer. Lady looks absolutely beautiful every time. We love going there and I am also going to start daycare now and then when needed. Name removed
We are repeat customers who have returned to give our sheltie Toby some active playtime during the day. We have trust in the Dogtopia crew to make sure the dogs are supervised at all times and get as much out of a play date as possible. The staff is extremely accommodating. I had an accident earlier this summer and needed a place where our beautiful little guy could get a maximum amount of exercise. While I recuperate, I have peace of mind knowing that we can bring him by daily and he will be cared for.
We requested to have our dogs groomed before pick up after a 7 day trip. We coordinated to have our dogs ready by 10:30am, but the dogs weren't ready when we came. Therefore, we were asked to wait for 15 minutes. We decided to wait in the parking lot. While we were waiting, we heard a lot of barking and someone yelling at the dogs repeatedly. It didn't sound like a nice place to be and it really concerned us. We have also since found out that no one stays with the dogs at night. That seems unacceptable to me.
I love that they know me and they know my dogs. Everyone is always so friendly and it’s obvious they are true dog lovers.

Nash's eyes were super matted and gummy with discharge, all at the same time. No one mentioned it and his eyes were obviously not wiped once. That tells me no one really looked him over the entire time he was there our ever wiped his eyes - even though I paid for a bath the day I picked him up. On second thought - I should have given you a lower grade than a 5

I would like to see daycare packages where you can purchase 10 or 20 days of daycare to be used rather than a weekly package.
My dogs have been going to Dogtopia since 2009. The Dogtopia management and staff have consistently provided outstanding daycare and boarding services during the entire 14 year relationship.
I went to pick up my dog, and I was disappointed to see her in a kennel. Seeing her in a kennel after 4pm generated concern from my wife and I. How long is she being kept in a kennel? What is her behavior like to warrant a kennel? All we ever hear is how wonderful she is. If there was a problem with her behavior, we would like to know at pick up rather than by happenstance.

Rudy explained every aspect and asked several probing questions to fully understand Charlies behavior, Charlies likes and dislikes and what would be a good introduction to the pack.
I really was concerned that since Charlie has been away from day care during COVID, he would not fair well. However, since the staff are constantly monitoring engaging and well trained they appear to know much more about managing my pups boarding which reduced my anxiety and Charlie seems to really enjoy his visits. Rudy knows his dog stuff and I couldn't be happier. I can say, that I am a satisfied and relaxed leaving Charlie at Dogtopia.
Knowledgeable, caring staff; convenient location
The people are great. The indoor facility appears well maintained. The only improvement would be an associated, outdoor play area.

We have been coming to Dogtopia at Midlothian since two days after they opened. We absolutely love the entire staff and as we keep adding to our fur family, they get added to the Dogtopia family. Currently our 1 year old husky/chihuahua/pittie mix comes at least twice a week- sometimes more when she needs to work out some puppy energy and our almost 7 year old black lab mix Tempe is a staff favorite (shhhh- she’s our favorite too!) We’ve had all our dogs board there and would never go anywhere else.
The facility was super clean friendly staff and took the time to address all if our questions.
We loved how everyone there seemed very engaged with our pups. We were impressed with the playroom and that we can watch on the app anytime we want to see what they are up to. We will definitely be using Dogtopia for Rufus and Maizey to meet new friends.
The staff was friendly and the ladies working with the dogs seemed to enjoy their jobs and gave each dog attention. I liked the fact that I could see the dogs playing on a webcam
