Everyone is very friendly and you know your dog is in good hands!
It seems like there aren’t that many brain simulating activities as once advertised. There is also almost always a weird smell coming from my dog after the stay- does not smell good.

You should have given enrolled members a heads up when you were about to raise your prices so significantly. We were shocked by the charges when we just picked up our dog from boarding. Way too expensive for the level of attention dogs get.
When I picked my dog up from his spa service (bath only) he was still wet and was not brushed after being dried. I was frustrated that I had to dry then brush him when I got home
Love the activities and creating environments that are fun to keep my pup entertained. New management team is a huge improvement!!
The staff is very friendly and helpful, my dog is always very happy to go and feels safe there. I feel reassured as a dog owner. The ability to check in and see him play with other dogs or get cuddles from the staff is really cool! Different membership options for different needs…weekly activities, Spa & boarding options! Love the online site & easy booking options. I also love the little report cards … Dogtopia is a wonderful place!!

After a great evaluation and being told my Charlie was great, I decided to drop him off for a full day. I was very upset to look at the cameras and find that he was literally in a pen isolated from all of the playing dogs ALL DAY. He wanted out so bad. I was very upset and asked about it when I picked him up. I was told it would be looked into and shouldn’t have happened. I received a call later that evening from a lady that was in charge of that area. She stated that the policy is that dogs under 9-10 lbs don’t get to be with all the other dogs. I was NEVER told about this policy. In fact I was told that the dogs were separated into a small dog group and a large dog group.
I respect whatever policies you may have. However, to not disclose those policies to people is wrong. I paid for my dog to be in a pen all day and that is not ok.

If there had been anything to dissuade me over this period, I would have never have put up with it. Not the case.

I previously sent my dog here to play during the day. He started coming home with patches of hair missing on his tail. Though I spoke with the staff about it, they said they didn't see anything throughout the day. Once he stopped attending, his hair grew back.
When we needed boarding for a trip over spring break, we thought to try again, hoping that with the passing of time, the issue had resolved. He came home from boarding with hair missing all along his tail and a sore at the end of it. As he continued to lick the sore, it became red and raw. To date we have had to spend 800 in vet bills to try to address this issue, but are still having trouble getting the wound to heal, and are looking at possibly having to dock his tail. No mention was made concerning the wound when my father picked him up, and he didn't think to look, as he thought the staff would communicate any issues at the time of pick-up.
Staff was super friendly and my crazy puppy had a great time. She will be back!

Turner loves to go to "school" which tells me he is happy there. If he is happy and comes home tired......I am a happy mama.
Frankie is OBSESSED. I just ask if he wants to go to "school" and he takes off for the door. The only negative in my opinion is the pickup and dropoff wait time. And honestly, I don't know if there is a better way of organizing it. I start work at 6am, so I am late on days I drop off Frankie which is fine, but there can be such a long line in the morning, it can take 15-20 min to get him in. So we have started arriving at 5:40am just to wait the 20 minutes and hopefully be the first ones in. And then for drop off it usually isn't bad, but there have been days where it is pretty backed up. I almost wish there was a drive thru for drop off and pick up, or a second entrance/exit. But I understand it is probably being run the best it can. Besides that we love you guys, love the friendly staff and love being able to watch my boy while i work. Thanks!!

Everyone I've met at Dogtopia DG has been very helpful and friendly. They have been very welcoming to me and to my dog, Heidi. I like the webcams so I can check in and see how Heidi is doing when she's at daycare. I had a very good experience when getting Heidi groomed as well. The facility is very clean.
I love that my dog always feels loved by everyone at Dogtopia. My dog loves attending everyday.
