Larger play space for the number of dogs in the small area. It’s actually too crowded for the number of dogs accepted compared to other Dogtopia facilities in the area.

Caring, detailed meet and greet, answered all my questions. 2 Daycare dates and my dog was happy and exhausted when I picked her up. I’ll have more insight after her upcoming week of boarding.
The facility is clean and staff are very nice.
The staff is friendly, helpful and they really care about the dogs. Just like kids, when your dogs are excited to go to "school" every morning, you know you've chosen the right place.
Zion loves coming for daycare and is happy to see all the coaches.
We continue to feel that we cannot board him in an emergency or go on vacation and leave him at the daycare we love due to the fact that there is no overnight staff onsite. After witnessing firefighters on camera last year clearing the rooms after smoke was smelled I firmly believe staff needs to be on site if dogs are in the facility. We feel safe leaving him for the day, but never overnight.

I love how friendly staff are with Meeko and how much love he obviously gets when he comes here! It’s nice that groups are separated by size and play style as well.
The care and attention they provide to all the pups is so awesome. They have such cool events planned to keep the pups active and entertained. My pup goes home after daycare happy, satisfied and so tired from playing and I love the fact they have downtime for them during the day so they can get rested before it all starts again!
O trust my boyz with NO ONE I am completely anxiety free when they are there!
I would like feedback on Daphne at the end of the day. Nothing too detailed. Also, I learned that you introduce different types of food and I would like to know what that is and have the chance to saw yes or no. Daphne is not feeling well today and I don’t know if it is just random, if it is something she came in contact with there or if it is something here at home.
Friendly staff, clean facilities, close to home!
The staff is friendly and take great care of my dog. The place is clean. My dog loves it there.
The staff at Dogtopia of Holladay is great. They are super friendly, and are always willing to help in anyway possible. My Husky (Chelsea) loves being a daycare. I am always impressed by how clean the facilities are and the many activities that are provided for Chelsea. When is time for her to go home she is always clean and very tired in a good way. The staff treat Chelsea as if it was their own pet. Thanks for the great service you all provide.
DOGTOPIA treats your fur baby as though they are their very own. The love and care starts with the greeting each dog gets as they enter the door, and it doesn’t end until they leave (reluctantly). The staff are as warm and welcoming with the parents as they are with the dogs, which makes for a great relationship all the way around. It helps to build trust and respect for each other. When I pull out his lunchbox, my dog Beans knows that means he’s going to school, and hang out with all his friends. I can’t park the car fast enough before he’s trying to climb out the back seat!! If only DOGTOPIA had a school bus for pickup and drop off services….that would be epic!!!!!
The staff is so friendly, and drop off/pick up is SO convenient! All we have to do in the morning is say, "It's time to go to school!" And the boys jump up and run to the garage door. That tells us they LOVE their friends and adventures at Dogtopia!
My dog is very happy to be there. And if he's happy, I'm happy!

I would like a bit more consistency around speedy checking and pick ups. At times there is quite a bit of a wait for no apparent reason. Otherwise very happy with service and some employees are really stellar, truly exceptional.
