I love how they keep me updated on my dog's day to day. I love how they use positive for enforcement and help him be his best self even if he makes silly puppy choices. Bruce Wayne is so lucky to have such wonderful daycare providers!
Very personal staff. I like that the staff have all worked together for many years showing they can work as a cohesive body.
They seem to know just about everything about every dog, and they only take in a limited amount daily so each dog gets the attention it needs.

Gracie Button really loves coming to daycare — it’s clear she enjoys her time there, and I appreciate the care your team gives her. One piece of feedback I wanted to share: I’d love to see more built-in enrichment activities for the dogs that don’t come with an added cost. I think it would really enhance the experience for pups like Gracie who thrive on stimulation and play.
Also, while the facilities appear clean, there is a noticeable odor upon entering the space. I understand that can come with the territory, but it would feel more reassuring to walk into a space that smells as clean as it looks.

Dogtopia is such a wonderful place to bring our dog. They are so good with her, and she gets to interact with so many dogs. She loves going to Dogtopia, and when we arrive gets so excited.
I like the idea of having the meet and greet to ensure that both the dog and the business are a good fit
The whole atmosphere. The trainers are very friendly and interested in what issues ur dog may have. They even offer helpful suggestions
Staff is kind and supportive. I feel very comfortable leaving my fur baby with them!

The staff is fantastic! Te'a provided terrific feedback from Lucy's Meet & Greet to help her feel more confident and behaviors to redirect. Like any anxious Fur-Mom, I watched the live webcams on Lucy's first day; I was pleasantly surprised to see the staff give her (and the other pups) attention with head scratches while maintaining a tidy playroom.
We're looking forward to returning tomorrow!
They accomadate my dog when ever I need to bring him, Very nice staff, a lot of different activities for Rudy to do, and he loves going, very excited when I drive up to the bldg.They keep him active, he sleeps when he gets home. Very Happy.
I appreciated the care shown for Buddy- the groomer took the time to make sure she knew the needs Ana Buddy’s personality before starting, and the outcome was terrific. He looked (and felt and smelled) much better. His paws were nicely trimmed, and we have a clear follow up plan to keep his claws trimmed and thick long fur coat clean and untangled.

I like that my dog is able to socialize daily and I can check in on him through the app/cameras while I’m at work.
The staff is amazing!! The facility is super clean! My dog is so happy! We love the monthly activities and treats that go towards the foundation! It’s a win win!

We appreciate the sincerity of the staff and how nice they are to Harley. He enjoys going there for his spa day :-) There must have been a lot going on with his tail because it seems so much smaller and even shorter. He's tuckered out today which is typical. We will be back.. . or Harley will be back.
Friendly staff and informs us when there are any issues or reaches out if needed. Live that there is a al la carte menu for the dogs too.
