Drop off flexibility
More staff at the front desk during pickup and drop off hours. Especially the morning drop off hours if possible.

I am thrilled with both the facility and the staff. I recommend Dogtopia to a lot of my neighbors as a wonderful place for daycare and boarding. I also love the Spa services that are able to be performed during the daycare stay.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, and my dog loved going there. I also loved all the themes. However, I would start to feel nickel and dimed with the pictures and extra treats. It would be nice to have some of the extras/perks included with the weekly fee.
I wish there was bigger space to play and more outside time. I also wish there was a larger outdoor play area.
Lastly, there is also an odor that would stick to my dog. I think it may be a combination of the cleaning solution and dogs. Somedays the odor would be worse than others.
Kept clean and odor free. Very easy to communicate and interact with the center for scheduling via the app, or direct via text. They are responsive. Our dog is very happy here.
I love that the staff knows my pup's names and personalities. They are also accommodating with my schedule. It's always clean. It's fantastic all around!
The coaches are friendly & take wonderful care of Charlie.

Very friendly and personable staff who are SO nice to my dog. Responsive when I call. I love that I can check in on my dog during the day on the webcam. She CRIES when we get close to the building when I drop her off so I know she has a wonderful time.
We have had our dogs attending Dogtopia for unlimited daycare and boarding since July 2024. The staff have been friendly, attentive, and a second family for us and our 2 rambunctious German shepherds. The dogs love going to daycare and love the staff and coaches. It is evident that the care is reciprocated. We are grateful for Dogtopia NASA and would/have recommended them to our family and friends!
I like the theme days, the special events, and the photo shoots, and all of the coaches and staff are really good with the dogs.
Availability and service are great!
