The staff is very friendly. I like how the atmosphere of a kids day care. They offer treats, pictures, and fun days like bubble day. My dogs love it there. If we say we are going to Dogtopia today they run around to find their leashes.

I really liked having webcams to see my dog while we were traveling. I also appreciated the staff taking my call to get an update on his eating.
The staff are so friendly, and we love all of the fun treats and activities they provide for daycare! Our rescued girl has grown so much confidence being at Dogtopia, and we'll forever be grateful for their part in her journey. Also love being able to check on her via live camera feed!

I feel like the staff really cares about our dogs and takes the time to get to know them. I feel really comfortable boarding them there knowing that the staff would notice if something is wrong with one of our dogs and would take care of whatever they need. So happy we found this place!
Huge staff, rooms are divided by weight of pet, and everyone is friendly, caring, and attentive. They even provide a webcam so you can watch your dog throughout the day. Additionally, they are priced reasonably and the people who work there clearly love dogs. Our dog can’t get in the door fast enough at drop off. Thank you Dogtopia NE PDX!

Caring staff and location
I have used the Dogtopia of DTC and the difference is night and day. No comparison. You’re cheaper for drop off care but I wouldn’t leave my dog overnight at your location. You don’t do nearly the job the DTC does.

Our dog, Maya, stayed at Dogtopia Norwell from 9/10 - 9/18/26. When I dropped her off I completed the form stating Maya needed to be given here Simparica pill on 9/15. The woman at the desk said she noted it on her account. I left a bag with all her food & the medication along with a note giving feeding instructions and noted she needed to be given her pill on 9/15. My son picked her up on the 18th and bought the bag home. When I got home the pill package was still in the bag - she was not given her medication. That was a little disappointing.
We checked in several times on the camera and looked like she was happy and interacting with the other dogs.
Getting a bill or invoice of some sort would be helpful - the only way I know the cost of her stay is I see the charge on my credit card
