I can tell everyone genuinely loves our babies, and as a pet owner that makes me feel like I can trust them. Over time, I’ve felt the need to check the cameras less and less until now, where I really only check when I miss my girl. Issues are addressed immediately, as well, and the facilities are very clean from what I see at pickup and drop off. The only thing that can be improved on is the internal coordination and communication. Sometimes, a sweater gets left behind or a bowl doesn’t come back, or feeding instructions that get texted might not be passed on. It’s also a bit disappointing that the curbside requests don’t seem to get noticed and I have to call Really minor, but would make all the difference for me convenience-wise. I love the app, being able to schedule visits, having camera access, etc. And I WISH WISH WISH I got pictures and videos of my baby girl texted to me throughout her day, and a little weekly report card at the last pickup of the week would be soooooooooooo cute!!

My pup Xena has been going to Dogtopia for over three years now. When I first started she went twice a week. Then, last year I started working full time and am so very lucky that she loves going every single day (sometimes on Saturday cuz she can’t believe she’s not going to school). The boarding and spa is amazing and the employees couldn’t be more accommodating, kind and wonderful. It is clear every single person who works there loves their job and loves EVERY single dog there. Couldn’t be happier (and my dog couldn’t be happier) and am so glad Dogtopia of Temecula is our daily place for my dog to play and be adored! Love that they raise money for service dog training for our service members!
The Dogtopia workers are great. They really care about the animals and care for them as if they were their own. They even gave my dog a birthday gift! I also really love all of the special events they do for the dogs from holiday snacks to photo ops.
The hours of operation work well for week days. My boxer is tuckered out once I get her home for the evening, having played her little heart out with her pooch friends and humans at Dogtopia. She truly loves the place and I appreciate the way the staff care for my dog daily and on extended stays.

The available hours for daycare are great; it is a clean and safe environment; I can check in on my dog on the webcam; but the best by far is the staff in the Fort Mill facility - they are AMAZING!!! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and extremely caring people who spoil my dog as if she was their own. They also have lots of different fun activities for the dogs to keep things interesting, and mine is worn out when she comes home - a happy, tired pup is a wonderful thing :).

My dog Quincy goes to daycare there twice a week and has been to several overnight stays. He always seems happy and eager to go and be with his friends. The staff are so friendly and caring and I feel he is very well taken care of while there. I’m so happy to have discovered Dogtopia having recently moved to Wilmington, DE. They came very highly recommended.

I board my dogs at Dogtopia twice a week, and they absolutely love it! The moment we arrive, they jump out of the car and head straight to the entrance, eager to see everyone inside. It’s clear they enjoy being around the staff, who treat them with genuine care and affection as if they were their own.
Every time they come home, Harley and Draco are happily tired from a full day of play. The team often shares feedback with me, letting me know how well they get along with the other dogs and how they’re always a joy to have in the group. That kind of communication reassures me that they’re in great hands.
The facility itself is spotless—always clean, fresh, and never with that “dog smell” you sometimes expect in boarding places. It’s obvious that Dogtopia takes pride not only in caring for the dogs but also in maintaining a welcoming environment for pet parents.
I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dogtopia has become a second home for Harley and Draco, and I’m grateful for the peace of mind knowing they’re safe, loved, and having fun.

I absolutely love Dogtopia in Town Center. I can’t remember if I discovered this place earlier this year or last, but I’ve been grateful ever since I brought my baby here. The staff is truly AMAZING—so friendly, attentive, and patient. Whenever my dog has an extended stay, I always get the cutest pics and updates, which gives me so much peace of mind. Highly recommend!
