The folks there know my dog and he loves them, so I know they are treating him well! I took advantage of a discount for a grooming session and am very pleased with the results. Great place to safely bring Rölli while I work!

Such a great atmosphere for the dogs, and the staff is so attentive. My dog is taking lessons from Laura, and she has done a fabulous job working with my rescue husky mix, Tiny dancer. She is like a new dog. I am a senior citizen who has 3 spinal surgeries, so we are working toward my pup becoming a canine good citizen dog for my mobility issues. I couldn’t ask for a better training and day care environment and would highly recommended dogtopia.
Some of the staff who supervise the Dog rooms sit in the corner and play on their cell phone for long periods as opposed to actually interacting with the dogs. Some of the staff are not prompt about mopping up urine on the floors.
Other staff were excellent about roaming around the room and even when sitting down were interacting with the animals, talking to them and making eye contact with them.
I don't have to worry one single second about the kind of care my dog is getting while he's there.
Webcam—doesn’t always work but it’s useful when it does
Daisy is usually skittish around a big group of dogs. But she LOVED going to Dogtopia! And I loved the people there. Great place.
My pup, Charlie, is always so excited to see her friends, both the pups and the people!
I don't know. I really loved the place, but my dog was kicked out due to a incident. He can come in hot, I get it, but would of hopped that after 3 months, behavior issues would have been seen, watched for, and trained out of him. My dog would come with wounds almost weekly, but was never told, we need to work on X, or we can't help with X, but so and so could help train him. then a big incident happened and we were kicked out. I wish, there was a plan or issues were try to be address (in whatever way), vs just let it go until a big incident happened. From my view, the signs were there, I payed a lot of money for my dog to be there, and it seemed as though things got worse vs better over time. We were asked to bring the dog in less days a week, so we did that, but that seems to be all that was done.
My dog is always happy to go to Dogtopia and when I pick him up, he is healthy and in good condition. There have never been any issues in the many times I have used their services. I recommend them often.

Our dog Rupert has made so many friends, including girl friends! He loves going and is completely tired out when we get home. The staff is wonderful, very nice and great at handling situations if they arise.

Overall great place for my Dog, amazing environment. I’ve had too many encounters where prices aren’t explained and are misleading. I suggest that services with add-on and prices should be explained before being added.

I love being able to focus on work knowing that Bentley is in great hands while I’m away. Everyone at Dogtopia is so friendly and genuinely cares about every dog in their care. It’s a breath of fresh air knowing that Bentley isn’t home by himself all day, but instead spends time playing and socializing with his friends. As a bonus, he’s always exhausted when we get home, which works out great because we both are! I highly recommend Dogtopia to any dog owner looking for a safe, caring, and fun environment for their pup.

Poor communication. Inconsistent. It feels like every time I have called to discuss something i’m told one thing and then it never happens. The issue with the exit bath has been extremely difficult. I specifically called during my vacation to verify an exit bath would be done the day my pet was leaving. Was told one thing and then an exit bath wasn’t even completed. Was given the reason there’s matting when in fact there was so little matting in one place.
Very disappointed in the services and care of my dog. I will not be using this location anymore. I’ve already canceled future stays..
