The demeanor of all employees we come in contact with. Can tell they love the pups! Know ours is in good care.

The last time I took my dog, they tried to return the wrong dog and also didn't bathe her, even though I had requested that and verified it upon drop-off.
My dog loves it there. Also, one time we had to beat the airport and they let us drop him off before 6:30 am.

I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. For that reason, I am only able to have my dog visit Dogtopia for half days. I was surprised when I was informed that, although a full day costs fifty dollars, a half day costs thirty-five rather than twenty-five. In today's economy, five dollars makes a difference. I rated the service 9:10 because of this. It's my one disappointment.
My dog enjoys his visits, gets really tired (desired outcome) and has become much more social with other dogs as the result of time spent at
Dogtopia.

We love Dogtopia! Each associate genuinely cares for the pups and they are always friendly and helpful. And they also accommodate last minute plans if you have to go out of town on short notice. Highly recommend!!

when I pick my dog up after being there eight days, he had three days of food that they had not opened. He was so hungry when I picked him up he jumped into the back of the car and tore the food bags apart 😬🙄😳😡
