I love that all of the employees at Dogtopia in Maplewood are so kind and know who I am and my dog when I walk in the door. Luna loves going to daycare and gets so excited when we arrive.
The workers are friendly and very kind to the dogs. Being able to see the dogs on video is great. Our dog runs in happily each visit. That tells it all.

I've been taking my dog to Dogtopia for at least 5 years. In that time I've purchased 10 days of daycare at a time, when I pick my dog up on the last day of my pass I've always been told it's the last day and offered to renew for my next 10.
I'm currently out of town and my dog went to daycare on Monday, I received an email Monday afternoon charging me for 1 single day of daycare. Nothing was discussed with me last time my dog came in (I was the one to pick her up, presumably when my 10 pass expired?), and nothing was discussed with the person who picked up my dog this Monday, i was just charged for a single day with no discussion, no offer to buy a different pass, or any conversation about payment at all. This is incredibly frustrating because I'm out of town and can't address this right now. Even if policies have changed I would expect some form of communication, but I don't think they have since my sister did not get charged like this for the same day. It just doesn't feel like the staff care about me or my dog like they used to and that makes me more uneasy about leaving her there, especially as she gets older.

My dog has been coming to this location for a little over 2 years now and for the past 3-4 months every time he comes home he immediately gets sick, usually being a combination of diarrhea as well as vomiting. As of late the symptoms have been getting progressively worse every time he goes to daycare with the last time being that he projectile vomited all over our couch a large amount and the vomit was all feces, within 30 minutes our other dog who’s a puppy, did the same exact thing. Both dogs proceeded to have diarrhea for the next 2-3 days. When asked the staff they said they both are constantly eating poop even though the try to stop them which for the puppy makes sense because he’s been doing that since we was a few months old but for the older dog, he was a regular at 2 other daycares, he goes to the dog park at least 1x/week, he lives in a high rise, utilizing the dog run multiple times a day and not once ever have I seen him eat his own or another dogs poop. Dogtopia has been one of our favorites up until recently and I fear the management switch and current caretakers are falling extremely short. Sadly I don’t think we can trust dogtopia anymore and will be finding another daycare & boarding facility.

Everyone is so friendly and they treat my dog like one of their own. And my dog loooooooves going there. She’s been going 2 days a week for a few years and she gets excited every time.
Professional, responsive and cost! They did a fantastic job with both our dogs-Jax and Finn. Would highly recommend them!

Demi loves going to daycare to get her energy out, socialize with the Staff, and play with other dogs. Dogtopia provides such a piece of mind for me to not have to worry about her needs and if I can make it home to “let her out” in time while I’m at work all day in meetings that always run over. The staff at Dogtopia is wonderful and I can tell really care about Demi. They provide fun activities for the dogs and I really appreciate the cute arts and crafts they do for the dog parents. I recommend Dogtopia Frederick highly to my Federal coworkers who had to return to the office full time as a solution to their dog daycare needs as well as my family, friends, and neighbors.
There continue to be technical glitches with the website and the telephone system. Return calls made by staff at Fairfield Dogtopia identify as coming from Lebanon, CT, which creates confusion and slows communications. I shouldn’t have to drive to the venue to make appointments, but have resorted to doing so on more than one occasion.
A fabulous safe place to bring my Husky. Great staff, web cam allows me to peek in and see what fun my pup is having in her happy dog day. Reliable care. Lots of friends to romp with.Its been great for our pup socially. Also a relief from worry of leaving her home for several hours a day alone. Our Pup needs a busy environment with stimulation. She can chill if she wants to or have fun runs and wrestling with her possy. We love it!

Friendly professional people, webcams, a very clean environment, well organized operation. Obvious the employees are well trained and care about their furry guests.

i was viewing the webcam and watched as one of your staff put a rope around the neck of my Koda she struggled as she didn’t like it and your staff proceeded to pull her around the room why this was happening i don’t know i got in my car and went and picked her up she will not be going back there again
