My dog Augie loves going to Dogtopia in Atascocita. He loves the coaches, and staff. He always has fun playing with his friends, especially on pool party and foam party days!
You take great care of my dog, Riley, and I feel comfortable leaving her there knowing she’s well looked after. The staff is attentive and caring, and Riley always seems happy when she’s there. I appreciate knowing she’s in good hands while I’m away.
Ive been bringing my dog multiple times for daycare. Lately Ive been disappointed due to a couple of reasons. The camera video is choppy most of the time while having full signal on my phone. Some cameras don't cover the full room or outdoor space. Last month I was charged for a daycare I did not request. Just today, my dog’s collar was lost and the girl who brought my dog did not show any sincere interest to help me. I understand it was busy but she brushed me away with her frustration. Why give me attitude when they lost the collar? Luckily I had an airtag on it and I had to find it myself with my phone. There was another girl that helped but was more pleasant as she was talking to the manager. However none of them had any remorse with what happened as I was dealing with the lost collar for over 20 minutes. The staff I dealt with when I signed up with this place has been professional and competent. It seems that it has gone downhill with the current staff.
