You guys are the BEST! Every single time I walk in with Cheezit we are greeted with joy, love, excitement and we can’t thank you enough! He comes home happy and exhausted and can’t thank you enough!
I appreciate you taking a care of Coco at Dogtopia. One thing I’d like to point out is that I often smell strong fragrance from her fur when I take her back from the boarding. I believe the fragrance is from the disinfectants being used to keep the areas clean and I’m wondering if Pets could be kept away until the area is clean and dry.
Overall, the staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about the dogs in their care. The facility seemed well organized, communication was easy, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.
Unfortunately, our experience after boarding was disappointing.
For Bridget’s three-night stay, we provided one pound of her regular food along with clear feeding instructions. Under her normal feeding schedule, that amount typically lasts her 4–5 days. However, when we picked her up, all of the food had been used over the course of just three days. I’m not sure why she was fed significantly more than instructed, and I would have appreciated an explanation.
More concerning, since bringing her home a little over a week ago, Bridget has been dealing with persistent diarrhea. We ended up spending an additional $200 on a veterinary visit, and we’re still waiting on a definitive diagnosis. While it’s impossible to say exactly what caused the issue, it began immediately after her stay, which has understandably been concerning.
I really wanted this to be a place we could rely on for future boarding because I like the concept and the staff seemed to genuinely care about the dogs. However, having Bridget come home in worse condition than when we dropped her off was frustrating and disappointing. At roughly $240 for a three-night stay, I expected greater attention to her feeding instructions and a healthier outcome overall.
I was unhappy with the fact that my older dog, Rafa, was literally prevented from playing bc he was cornered and humped during playtime. I reported this but it didnt stop. He was very unhappy when I left him there.

You guys have been great but My pup keeps getting sick. It’s daycare and like a kid I know it happens. This is the second time I’ve paused bringing him. First time he had a swollen eye. This time he refuses to eat followed by a 4-day stomach bug. I’m not blaming you guys just informing. One thing that is under your control I the cameras. The majority of the time they aren’t working

You haven't disappointed me. It's just that we have no friends or family in the area who would have need of your services.

Everyone is so friendly, helpful and smiling from the moment you walk in the front door. The facility always looks great, smells great and it shows pride in their "camp". They make it very easy to schedule an appointment as well as to drop-off and pickup. We are fans of doggy daycare! Thank you to the team at Dogtopia.
It offers so many services all under one roof. We use the grooming services and are very pleased with the results on our dog.

We love being able to check in on our dog via the webcam. We don't watch it a lot, but it makes us feel better that she is being treated well by the staff and is getting along with the other dogs.

Dogtopia staff always greets us with excitement. I feel comfortable that our puppy has a fun place to release energy by playing and learning to communicate well with other dogs.
We love the caring staff and excellent care that Tara receives every time at Dogtopia. We also enjoy the monthly pictures and look forward to each one. Tara gets excited when she knows she is headed to see her doggie friends and it's a good feeling for us to take her there.
Not allowing play and stay any longer unless your pet is a “member”. Not everyone has extra money to spend on monthly daycare. I’m stuck because I like the way my dog is groomed there, but I don’t want him sitting in a kennel all day. I feel like it was more about money and not the clients. Just really disappointed in the “new” management. It also seems there has been quite a bit of turnover since we started brining our dog two years ago. Just not the same “Dogtopia” as it was in the beginning.
