I bought the spa package because it included a bath and a brush out. She was not brushed.

Dogtopia Tanque Verde Tucson--we've been sending our boys here more than 5 years and they're always happy to go, happy there; and happy of course to be picked up! The entire staff is fully committed to the dog's good experience. They are always warm and attentive and completely deserving of our trust. We recommend them without reservation.

Friendly staff
I specifically labeled meals AM and PM and he did not get the right meal in AM. Also asked and left note to feed him before picked up and that wasn’t done. Overall really like Dogtopia but this time missed the details.
Have toys or small group playtime available at periods during the day as part of the daytime experience.
Maybe 5-10 minutes of staff giving individual attention to a dog by petting or playing.
Victor was great. He understood with rescue dogs that dog parents are very mama bear about them and listened to my concerns. Thank you

The crew first. They are so friendly and appear to love every pup that comes thru the doors. The facility is clean and bright and I love that I can check on my pup with the webcams.

There are a lot of dogs in a relatively small room. A bigger space where the dogs could run around would be more fun.

All the employees at this location are amazing!! They remember who your dog is and have a great relationship with your dog. Being able to watch the dogs via a webcam is tremendous.
