My dog has gotten sick twice now after staying at Dogtopia. Our most recent stay we booked pick up times for Christmas Day (which we’ve done in the past) but Dogtopia was closed. I wish the app had made me select a different day for pick up.

The staff is always very friendly and accommodating
So i bring Archie a lot … however when I brought him this last time I was slightly disappointed … it was around 8 am on Friday morning (the 26th) the sheet for bacon day wasn’t out so I asked the girl at the feont(never seen her before) she was eating and said she would add him… he probably was never added or got his bacon. Also, she was not very friendly like at all , don’t know if she was having an off day or what , i don’t know if she was the one responding to texts that day but if she was that would make sense because just didn’t feel as friendly there as usual either…. I also usually get at least one picture of Archie throughout the day and got none this time and Archie also had a spa day that day , he is always allowed to go play after his spa day and i was never asked if he could this time and he wasn’t on the video when i checked so im assuming he didn’t get to go play after the spa. Overall this visit was very disappointing and not like they typically are .
The staff is amazing. I am always welcomed and greeted with a smile. They also treat you like family. Candice loves going to doggie day care. She is always excited. She loved being spa day and being hampered. I have been bringing her there for over 5 years. The daycare is very affordable. I would recommend the place to any dog parent.
Smoking out front. Not a good look. My wife had mentioned it smelled like smoke the last time we went to pick up our dog and this time seeing 3 employees directly out front smoking was, quite honestly, breathtaking. We get our dogs groomed to smell good, not like cigarettes. Wildly disappointing.

Everything! My dog, Jacks, LOVES Dogtopia! She knows when we turn on the road that leads to Dogtopia that she gets to go play. We love that she can have social interaction with other dogs, it wears her out, and she occasionally takes advantage of their spa for a bath and the dreaded nail trim!
you offer my dog a place to be a dog. and to make friends and learn how to be nice and play. plus the baths are good.

Well I always went to 156 branch .
7 years I had an appointment for the 19 of December they called me on Thursday said Had down for 18 th .
Long story short. They said they couldn’t get me in. Made an appointment with you . Dog looks fine . 85.00 was the price they didn’t tell me the price til I was there . It was almost 15 higher.
Jenny was very nice . I’m going to keep looking maybe I will go back to 156

My dog loves coming to Dogtopia for daycare and overnights! He happily goes in which lets me know he’s happy to be there. The staff knows who he is, greets him and gives him attention during the day. I like that I can check in on him with the webcams and that they offer other services while he’s there. Everyone has always been very friendly and supportive. They are quick to respond to requests and the web site and app are easy to navigate.
Everyone is friendly and they all know and love my pup. Very responsive. Pup is always happy to be dropped off.
They took us in fast and my girl was spoiled and looked fresh and clean
