The whole Dogtopia Clarksville team is AMAZING! Titan, our golden loves the opportunity to have a day visit or overnight stay.

Great grooming service. My girls look great. They obviously don’t experience any stress because they run into the building and into the back. I don’t like being asked to tip every time. It’s off putting considering I pay close to $200 every 3 weeks and you no longer have the frequent visit punch card anymore.
Knowledgeable and dedicated staff. They clearly are experts in animal behavior and care. They also demonstrated expertise and empathy in carefully explaining their process and procedures to my complete satisfaction and provided peace of mind.
The people. They all love dogs. In particular, they all love my dog.

Love that you take great care of our pups, have great customer service, a rewards program, app with doggy cam, and send our pup home with a ‘report card’ after the first day.

This place used to be great. I went in for the first time in a few years and the smell is beyond awful inside. This was not a one-day thing, it stunk for weeks. Maybe they got a indoor room where cats and dogs are free to pee? Either way, plan to change your clothes after being inside for a few minutes. I feel bad for the staff steeping in that. More importantly, I got misled into signing up for a sort of "subscription" for day care. They wont refund me, and worse yet, after calling and canceling, I am still being charged. Now they are not returning my calls, just sending loads of emails to send them feedback. My feedback is STAY AWAY!!!
I like the service y’all give. I tell you what I want and you give Maggie what she needs. Very friendly staff! When I call for an appt y’all find time for Maggie. Great service! Thank you.
Very welcoming and Truffles went with them without hesitation or looking back. When I picked her I she was very happy
Appointments are relatively easy and the staff are very friendly. Package deals are good if you routinely take your dog in for day care or know for sure a specific time you’ll need the services, but I miss the option of buying discounted visits in bulk that have no expiration. That’s a lot more convenient for those of us that don’t uae this service regularly.
The hours are great, easy to schedule an appointment, easy drop off and pick up. Staff seem to be excited to see our dog making it reassuring to leave her without worry. We also like the camera so we can check in on her.
Once I drop my dog off with Dogtopia staff I no longer have to worry. I know she will be taken care of. The staff are always so friendly

I was greeted by friendly staff who booked a spa treatment for my English Springer Spaniel. The cut, wash, blow-out, nail clip, and toothbrush went well, and my dog was returned to me 4.5 hours later. I thought I had an appointment, but the person I spoke with the day before didn't make the one I had asked for. It wasn't a problem; they accommodated me anyway. This was my first time in Dogtopia, but it will not be my last. I was very pleased with the results, and my dog was also happy with her day at the spa.

Very happy so far! I was worried about my boxer with people anxiety but my heart was so full when I was watching the video and saw the staff member leaning down to hug and pet him and he wasn't scared. He allowed it and wanted more love. It usually takes multiple interactions for him to become comfortable. This happened on day 1 -
Just consistent and reliable. I drive 20+min when a different location is 5min away because we used to live in Roseville and just really like this place. Another girl who lived in my building also lived 20+min away and she also brings her dog there still. I’m sure other locations are nice but I’ve heard this location is best by far.

Amazing! This is the only place that my nine-year-old Aussie will go to be groomed. The groomer must be the nicest person in the world! Nola is not upset when she sees the building and doesn't seem distressed when she comes out -- this is truly a first. Thank you!
Excellent loving care given by the staff at dog topia, I would send the hospital and at home. Do you so there for almost 5 weeks very well taken care of I highly recommend the octopia on beach boulevard

Everything is great. That said, if it was possible, having additional staff around drop-offs and pick-ups would be helpful, although I understand the staffing/cost challenges.
Everyone is always excited to see our girl when she comes, and I feel like they genuinely love dogs.
Our dogs LOVE being there! We can watch them on the app so we don’t feel bad leaving them when we travel.
