The staff is friendly, courteous and takes good care of our favorite pet while he stays with them. Their attention to detail on his bathing and grooming care is comparable if not better than a professional groomer so it is a no brainer when we take him there!

I did not have a good experience at Clarksville Dogtopia, but I was very happy that you were able to accept my dog, Morgan, over 3 days including Christmas Day as you were very busy. The main problem was connection with your website; it did not work. I had set the reservation for the 3 days online on the weekend, and it seemed to accept it. Not only was the reservation itself, but I could not reach Clarksville Dogtopia at all and could not use the Webmaster to see Morgan in the gym. Next time I will get a reservation way ahead by phone.

Below is the email I sent regarding my dog stay for the Christmas holiday.
Hello my name is First name removed N Last name removed and my dog Bella Last name removed recently stayed at your location for 2 nights
Wednesday 12/24 and Thursday 12/25.
I picked her up Friday 12/26 @ 8am, and was told her bed was just placed in the washing machine due to Bella having a accident on it. I was asked to come back to pick it up, but couldn't make it before you closed.
I noticed that Bella has a red make on her nose. A mark I know had to come from her being in a cage and running it on the cage. This is what I didn't want to happen while she was away from home. This is the second time we used Dogtopia for boarding. The first time I had no issues, I assumed that Bella would be in a cage free area again.
I am disappointed that this has occurred.
She doesn't do well in cages, the only reason why I selected Dogtopia so she would not be placed in a cage . I assumed she would stay in the same type of suite/ glass , non cage area.
Even if placed in a cage for a short period, she would not have a mark like this.
I find it hard to understand why nobody noticed it either, nor asked me what type of housing I wanted for Bella.
I also asked for a invoice to be emailed to me, I have not received it.
I would come to the location in person, but I have to go out of town again first thing in the morning.
So I would appreciate a phone call, from a manger or supervisor to find out why Bella has a very red mark on her nose.
I have added photos, you can see it was a mark when I picked her up, and had gotten worst as the day ended.
And we don't have a cage, and she has been home all day. We went t no where, and was not around any other animals.

Hank loves going to Dogtopia! It’s the only place I’ve ever boarded him that I don’t worry about him! I know he’s being cared for and is happy!
Dogtopia staff and coaches are the most caring and professional people. Our pup loves going to daycare and we are so happy to have found them.

My dog has gotten sick twice now after staying at Dogtopia. Our most recent stay we booked pick up times for Christmas Day (which we’ve done in the past) but Dogtopia was closed. I wish the app had made me select a different day for pick up.

I’ve been impressed with one the one hand, the knowledge base and expertise of the staff. On the other, the kindness and compassionate treatment of me and my dog has been pretty incredible. This is a well-designed program and service, but it’s the people who really make it work!
