They treat my dog very well (even though I know he can be a pain)! . I can check in by watching the livestream throughout the day. They’ve allowed me to bring my dog early on RARE occasions that I had an early flight to get to, and they were happy to do so- didn’t act “put out” AT ALL!!!! They are diligent to remove a dog from the group at the first sign of illness! They never hesitate to send me a quick text when they need to communicate with me! I’m very appreciative for the piece of mind I have when Henry is in their care!

The staff is very friendly. I love how we have the access to cameras and I just enjoy the whole atmosphere. I was referred by my daughter Aaliyah and it was so nice to be able to have Gracie be a part of Dogtopia. I recommend this to anyone this is a wonderful place for our fur babies
Heidi and the team are great. I love that it is smaller and more intimate, and they know my pets. Would definitely recommend Dogtopia to other dog parents!!!
Convenient location, comfortable indoor environment for the dogs, grouped by size, optional spa services so the pup is clean when he gets home. Accommodating with food needs and special diets.

Friendly and caring. Passionate for their work and taking care of my girl! I trust my dog in their care every single day. They make it fun with all the calendar events including special themed days, photo shoots, treats, and prizes! I would recommend dogtopia to anyone!

Dogtopia is the perfect place for my dog. My dog has attended Dogtopia for over 3 years.
The staff knows his name and he’s anxious to get inside to meet and greet new and old friends! I highly recommend this place!

The staff is very friendly and seems to care about the pups a lot.
Improvements:
1. Cleanliness. While the interior dog rooms might be very clean, and the front room felt relatively clean, the surrounding building interior and exterior seems run down and unwelcoming.
2. Monthly plans should be usable in any Dogtopia location. I subscribe to a monthly plan at Tysons. Actually, I've been thinking of upping my subscription from 3 days per week to 5 days. A few days a month, it would great if I could drop off my pup in Herndon instead. However, now I'd have to pay extra for that luxury.
Convenient location and friendly staff
The staff is always nice, welcoming & patient. They are communicative & attentive which is exactly what dog parents need, especially when trusting others with their pet. I love that you can watch your pet live & anytime I’ve called, they’ve been available. I like that they offer more than daycare. Services like grooming, training and special events is pretty cool.
Friendly, professional, and did an excellent job de-skunking my crazy dog! Also, you can get in fairly quickly for grooming.

Everyone was so accommodating and helped our pup adjust during a very stressful time. We had to come down to Hampton for an unexpected death in the family and this Dogtopia took such great care of our pup. Everyday after daycare he seemed so much more relaxed and slept well that night. We thank you all again for being the support to our fur baby when we needed it the most!
Services are awesome!
Appointments are easy to make, the staff truly seems to love the dogs, and seems to know the names of all of them. I LOVE picture day each month and the occasional raffles. If I was a pup, I would like Dogtopia to be my hotel.

Jackie is a very experienced, super caring groomer! She has "groomed" my puppy to love her baths and haircuts. My pippy recognizes Jackie's name and anticipates seeing her. I'm so grateful to her. And the reception staff are a total bonus!

My dog Augie loves going to Dogtopia in Atascocita. He loves the coaches, and staff. He always has fun playing with his friends, especially on pool party and foam party days!
