We had to take Abby to the vet after her stay because she had contracted conjunctivitis, also known as pink eye. Not sure how that happened.
Loved Phoenix grooming he looked great.
Management and all employees are obviously dog people. Bobby is very welcomed and very well taken care of during his visits. Everyone has gotten to know him and appreciate him.
1. My dog likes to come play with other dog friends at Dogtopia and doesn't whine or resist when I drop him off
2. The staff is always welcoming and know my dog by name when we get there - even if we aren't there everyday
3. I feel my dog is safe, and don't worry about him being there, getting food, not getting along with other dogs, etc. I can also watch him on the cameras when I want
4. My schedule from week to week is crazy, so being able to schedule last minute and/or drop my dog off for 1/2 a day, or a full day, is awesome.

Friendly, efficient service. Cameras in the spaces. The staff are genuine and share their affectionate observations of my fur baby. This instills trust and faith that my little one is receiving good care.
We were there just for a first evaluation. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful in answering all of our questions, and she was very reassuring and pleasant. A pleasure to work with at your front desk!

The staff is super friendly and I can tell they truly care about the doggies. My pup is always super excited when he figures out he’s going to daycare =) The spa always does a great job! It’s awesome to know that I’m leaving him in good hands.
Was able to get a same day meet and greet scheduled and was able to book boarding for the next day. The facility is nice, clean, and family run. I’m intense about leaving my dogs in someone else’s care and the staff was patient, kind, and answered all my questions. They also offer doggie cameras while boarding which were great to be able to check in on Kona and make sure she was ok and having a great time. Would 1000% recommend!

I’m a new customer. On my first visit I was happy to find a very clean facility, and the staff were also very friendly. My little dog doesn’t like to be separated from me but was relaxed with the staff and while mingling with other dogs in her size group. She is 9 years old now and has been staying at her old day care since she was six months old. However she appeared to have no problems with the switch to Dogtopia. I had to board her for several nights recently. This was her first time staying at Dogtopia after our initial visit. I was pleased to see that she was her usual happy little self when I picked her up. She had been given both medications correctly also. I would definitely recommend this Dogtopia facility. SG, Durham
I’m not sure if it was because it was a Monday or if things have changed, but I noticed some differences compared to my dog’s previous experiences at Dogtopia back in 2020. Back then, we received report cards, photos, and the staff seemed to interact more with the dogs, both on camera and during pickup. During my recent visit, I noticed that many dogs (around 80%) were jumping at the doors wanting out, and the trainer inside didn’t seem to engage them or initiate play.
I was planning to bring my dog at least once a week, but I’m unsure about continuing under these circumstances. Any insight into these changes or adjustments to encourage more interaction would be helpful.

The staff are very helpful and clearly care about the dogs. The webcam is very important since our puppy is just 18 weeks old and we’re very protective! The cost is reasonable and I like the flexibility. Thanks to a very good service!

Activity and socialization is great, facility is very clean and well run. App is super easy to use, booking is simple.
The front desk staff was awesome but I wasn't satisfied with the services provided.. I brought my dogs in for spa services but after I picked them up I noticed their eyes were still dirty, residue around their sanitary areas and the mess was still there under their trails.. Had to go home and clean them up. One of my dog's ears weren't cleaned with either and I don't think they smelled good. I do a better job at home.
