I love everything about dogtopia. The vibe, the staff, the play rooms, just everything.
Love the front desk engagement and monthly activities. Would love to see the pups outside more if weather and time allows.

satisfied and our dog is happy. Lola being a timid and shy girl it takes special calm and kind staff to care for her & the staff at Milford Dogtopia have been wonderful with her.

Great job with spa services and activities/treats throughout the week for our dog. They are always great at bringing her in and making her feel special so we always have peace of mind. The cameras are helpful too.
The feeling that my pup is always safe. I worry because I travel but, I know she is well cared for at Dogtopia.
The location and the appearance of the facility are excellent also the groomer did a great job with my dog. I only wish the cost for boarding was a little more affordable.

Staff is very friendly and you can tell they really care about the dogs!
The staff at the Short Pump location is phenomenal. They always make us feel like our puppy is being looked after and receiving the proper care. Our dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia and we know she loves the staff because we've seen many of them at dog friendly events around town and she always gets so excited to see them. The peace of mind that comes from the webcam cannot be overstated; we love being able to check in and watch her play!
Reliability - hours of operation and drop in ability
We love Dogtopia, and so does Minnie! Everyone we interact with is so friendly and happy to be around. Minnie can't wait to get out of the car and run inside, and she doesn't even say goodbye. Dogtopia is always available when we need them, even on short notice.
They really care about our fur babies. They are flexible and compassionate about your situation.
My Boyz are always pulling me into building. They can't wait to get in to join the howling party.
Maria activities for the dogs. Staff and availability very accommodating. Staff gets to know the personality of the dog and addresses their individual needs.
The folks at Dogtopia took such good care of my boy. I wasn't worried at all, because I knew they would help him adjust to other dogs, and make sure he ate and slept like normal. Thank you!

Love the people, the large playroom, hours available for drop off and pick up, cleanliness and overall wellbeing for my pup.

The staff is very friendly and takes great care of my pet.
Your place always smells, every time I take my dog I have to give him a bath. I have witness your employees mopping up the floor with the dogs pee a poop and then take that same dirty water and use it again. The ammonia smell of urine is so strong. I sometimes worry about my dog inhaling that all day.
I don’t like Dogtopia’s puppy policy of having them neutered or spayed so early at 8 months in order for them to go to doggy daycare. For that alone, I’m no longer interested in sending my two dogs here.
Friendly employees and Lola can’t wait to go play 5 days a week. She loves playing with her friends at Dogtopia!
Ease of scheduling, friendliness of staff, ability for dogs to have freedom to play with whomever they want to.

Dogtopia is the best because all the people who work there are the most caring, wonderful people. They make my day every day I go there. They take excellent care of my dog and are always so kind to me. I also like how easy it is to add days or change my dog’s schedule. Wonderful people and never a hassle - how many places can you say that about?
