The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the care and attention they gave us and communication during the meet and greet.
Cameras in romper don’t work well. When they do, it is hard to see or is frozen for long periods of time.
Disclosing when there is sickness going around would be great also.

Staff is always welcoming! I love the daily themes like waffles, pup cups, pb&j, etc., and getting a report card or photo when I pick up my pups is delightful. We just started with Dogtopia in Parker, and I can tell my doggos get super excited when we drive to drop off. They have made canine and human friends and I believe they are loved and cared for by Dogtopia. I love the cleanliness and constant attention as well as "nap time" and outdoor playtime. It's just a great fit overall for my needs, my pups' needs and keeping a greatly welcomed business in Parker stay successful.

Love the friendly employees who are more than willing to work with us. The place is clean and a good environment for dogs. My dog cries with excitement as we approach Dogtopia.
Our dogs (3) love Dogtopia! They start howling every time we pull into the parking lot. The employees are always very friendly and I love that I can watch on the webcams.
Just moved to the area and Reggie started his daycare at Dogtopia! The staff are friendly and loving toward Reggie and I would highly recommend. Reggie has settled into his new daycare and loves Dogtopia..he runs in without hesitation and it is fun to watch him play during the day with the doggie cameras...First name removed
I love the Dashcam. I can check in on Chewy while he's there. The dogs are under supervision while they are on the playground.

I really wish you had an outdoor space so dogs could go outside. Maybe something behind your unit, even if it was paved and not grass, but grass would be great!
Front entrance smells like pee. Needs to be cleaned more often. If the entrance smells, I can’t imagine how the dog play areas smell.

Very friendly staff. My dog loves it there - hops out of the car and runs to the door. Also, I love that I can drop off a dirty dog and pick up a clean one!

My dog has come home with some minor bodily injuries (scratches and scabs on her ears). The most recent time I picked her up, her food bag still had a day's worth of food in it. I mentioned it to the front desk and how I think the staff forgot to feed her and they assured me she was fed every day and told me if there is leftover food then my dog probably CHOSE not to eat that day... my dog is a vacuum and would not choose to miss a meal. I had a good experience the first couple of times boarding her but I'm no longer comfortable bringing my pup here.

We like seeing consistent staff at Dogtopia who get to know our dogs. Our dogs are very excited to go to Dogtopia. Much more so than we've seen at other businesses in the past. The curbside drop off and pick up service is very much appreciated. We have already recommended Dogtopia to our friends and will continue to do so going forward.
Tallie loves coming to daycare at Dogtopia! She is so well taken care of and loves playing with all her friends!

I think general cleanliness could be improved for the dogs. My dog will either come home smelling like dog waste or astringent cleaner. Also, I think a clean giardia test should probably be a requirement for enrollment at Dogtopia. Otherwise, staff are friendly, and my dog seems to have a good time while there.
Frond desk staff is always friendly and polite. Django is a hot mess, but he likes it there!!
I take my dog to another daycare also. And their hours are longer. I can never get on your video camera.
Convenient for my dog to have some company with other animals, since I have acquired her on the death of a family member. She needs friends and the exercise beyond what we do daily.
My dog likes it so much at Dogtopia she'd rather be there than at home! :)
