We originally thought there would be some activities or learning opportunities for the dogs while they are at daycare. Something like that should be included instead of dogs just on their own all day.

Kindness and caring
We had been taking COCO to a different daycare in town. It felt like that daycare just put a bunch of dogs in a room and let them entertain themselves. We decided to try Dogtopia, yesterday was COCO's first day and I have to say I am very impressed with this place. They have cameras and can see employees socializing with the dogs all day (Her other Daycare does not have cameras) The employees are friendly and call the dogs by name.
This was her first time and she enjoyed it. I could tell by her demeanor when I picked her up.
Way to go Dogtopia!!
The staff were very welcoming. I was nervous about leaving such a large dog with strangers for the first time, even though I was confident he wouldn't misbehave. I left feeling confident my boy would be ok, and having access to webcams to check on him throughout the day was really great.
I'm a bit disappointed about the lack of outdoor space, and I'm not sure how the dogs do their business.
We will definitely be back.

I had my dog boarded at dogtopia one time before and the experience was great. My dog was happy when I picked him up, he was clean.
This time however my dog seemed scared, he was acting as if it he couldn't wait to leave. He loves riding in the car but this time he appeared scared and withdrawn. He smelled horrible like dried urine and his coat was sticky and waxy. His paws were yellow! He was at the groomers 4 days before he was dropped off.
Unfortunately I had emergency surgery and boarding my dog was a last minute decision. I understand things happen, people get busy but I have never seen my dog act in the manner he did when I picked him up. I am usually with him 24/7 and he his happy and friendly with everyone. When I got him home he was withdrawn and distant. I don't know what happened or if anything happened. All I know is that my dog was not himself, he was dirty and smelled. I know I can't bring my best friend back to dogtopia.

Nothing yet. I’ve only brought my pup I twice so I don’t have enough personal experience to go 10. Everyone at the front desk that I’ve met has been awesome.

Centralized services that are available. Makes great sense instead of multi retail services spread over the area.

That was asked to recommend them, I would, but it would always tell somebody to check out other places as well. $40 a day is just ridiculous.
Felt like my dog's group was largely ignored. When the bigger dogs would get too rough or hump eachother or something, they would be separated, but the small dogs barely had anyone looking at them all day so thst behavior was happening consistently throughout the day with no one to intervene.
I loved everything that was provided. Everything came out how I wanted it l.
My dog, BB, loves DOGTOPIA! She rushes in to be greeted by the friendly staff. I love DOGTOPIA because it is so convenient and easy, and I know that when BB is there, she is well taken care of!

Dogtopia is an AMAZING dog daycare/boarding spa service with amazing staff! They are very attentive to your dog’s needs! The cost is very reasonable and the staff is very flexible during last min arrangements.
