Always fun and enriching for our dog. Daycare at Dogtopia is a wonderful way to build social skills with other dogs and provides needed exercise especially during cold winter days. Love the staff and we are thankful to have this high-quality dog care service in our community.
Friendly staff who really seem to care about my dog.
We have had our puppy groomed at Dogtopia in Ft. Collins several times and your groomer always does a great job. She doesn't miss anything and always does exactly what I ask for. I can tell my dog is not nervous when she goes in and always comes out happy. I tried someone else once based on scheduling and I regretted it. My dog is a Standard Poodle, so she's not fast or easy to groom.
My do loves daycare! She runs in, greets everyone and loves being there !
I really like that my puppy had a chance to play with the regulars there. I like that I can periodically check in on her throughout the day. I like that there is dedicated lunch/nap time. I like the friendly staff. Drop off and pick up is very easy and seamless.
The staff is always so kind and friendly and responsive. There is always something fun and special going on and pictures for every occasion. Our dog is always excited to come and see her friends. I couldn't be happier and recommend it at every opportunity!
Watching the video feed I did not see staff interacting with the dogs much and several dogs were kept in the kennel longer than the lunch period with some dogs scratching the kennel and no one paying attention until the dog feel asleep. There was no report card on how the dog did and staff seemed impersonal after the first evaluation day.

EVERYTHING! We love the Friendly and Professional atmosphere. Pricing is fair and reasonable. All of the employees are super Kind and Attentive to our Mini Cockapoo, Hank Aaron and us. Hank can’t wait to get inside when we pull up to Dogtopia! It’s like having a second family.

Offer 10 half day packages
I have been a customer since December 2020. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. However, if you must know, it is frustrating when I leave (without noticing) that my dog does not have his collar on when I arrive home. This has been an increasing nuisance for me at least once a month since perhaps in the autumn. Thanks for listening.
affordable - great staff
I love the personalized service and attention each pet receives. This has been the only provider my fur baby was been acquainted with since I adopted her almost 10 years ago.
My dog LOVES going to Dogtopia, but as a pet parent, I worry a lot about how distracted the staff is by their cell phones in the rooms. They often miss things that could be stopped before they become an issue, or punish the wrong dog because they didn't see what led up to the incident. I get that it's a solo job and would probably be boring without their phones, but it really is a safety issue.
Too many dogs and no outside time
When I first came to Dogtopia of Harrison Avenue I had just adopted my puppies and I was afraid that I would have to start going into the office as COVID became manageable. I was looking for a place that opened early and would take intact dogs as my pups were not old enough for their surgeries.
That first meet and greet was like taking a kindergartner to school for the first time. Being able to watch them on the webcam helped alleviate some of my worries.
It’s been 4 years now and they love going to daycare and the special events. The coaches are great and I know that they are being well cared for.
My pup loved spending time at Dogtopia, and I believe that the staff likes being with the dogs. However, customer service could definitely be improved. Information wasn't readily given, and I had to ask in order to receive. For example, we weren't given information about what to bring, times of half or full days, and the new customer deals without asking first. When coming to pick up my pup for his first few days, I asked how he did with his crate and behavior overall, but they didn't really give much information.
The process is simple and everything was well covered and explained on the initial appointment call and during the meet and greet. Staff have all been great to meet and work with as well.
My dog loves it there and I know she is safe when I’m out of town or at work :)
The sound of happy barking dogs. Seeing the dogs playing with each other or just chilling out and taking it all in.
The cleanliness of the facility. The spa is perfect for bathing the pets and the fresh smells are very nice when they are picked up.
Most of all, I love that I can view my pet on the cameras and knowing when they are down for their naps.
And lastly, I love how anxious my pet gets when I pul into the driveway to drop him off.
Staff is amazing! My dog is so excited for daycare and loves her time at Dogtopia. She comes home exhausted and is always so excited to go back! I also love the spa, cameras and special $5 treats on fridays
Location is great. Staff are extremely efficient in checking dogs in and bringing dogs up to front at end of visit. We can tell they truly care about the dogs. Location is very clean and our dog never has a “ kennel” smell after a visit. Our dog happily trots in upon arrival and is excited about going to Dogtopia.
