They treat Chloe really well, she's a little over 15 years old, so I have concerns about how my little fur baby is treated so I like dropping her off knowing she will be ok.
Great experience so far! I get to come home to a happy, exhausted pup at the end of each day, making my life significantly easier. The staff are friendly and extremely accommodating.
Very organized and clean. The dogs appeared calm and relaxed. I observed the dogs entering the facility and were excited to be there. The staff genuinely cares about the welfare of your precious fur baby!

You seem to care about the animals that are at your facility. We never have a problem with booking our dog any time and she seems to be well cared for. The employees care about the dogs.
From the moment you walk in the door, the staff at Dogtopia welcome and treat you and your dog like family. They are always very pleasant and friendly. You feel comfortable and confident that your pet will be well treated in your absence. They have doggie cams so you can be reassurred of this! There are need for good quality dog care, people are always looking for something suitable for their dogs. So less sales pitches would be nice. Too much could make them confused and it would not work for both sides, I guess.
Very informative staff. The treated Oenny like she was their own dog. The video cameras are the best!

We love Dogtopia! When we turn onto the street, my dog starts getting excited. She drags us out of the car because she can’t wait to see all of her friends- both dogs and staff members!
While I’m so glad she has fun, my favorite part is the crafts- they’re so great!

We only use grooming and we have been very pleased. Her nails are always trimmed nicely and she smells really good!
Absolutely everything! Dogtopia is amazing inside - my Shelby loved the two times that she was there.
The staff is very welcoming, and it's more than obvious that they love working with dogs...
Shelby will be back for another fun day in a couple weeks. We may even bring Daisy (Shelby's big sister)..
I would like to see the walkers interact with the dogs more. Most of the time I just see them walking around. My dog is also a small dog, so she gets out in the small dog section of the room. A lot of times the walkers don’t go into her section, they stay in the other part of the room. I just want more interaction with dogs.
