Very friendly staff, Cleo did not seem nervous or anxious when I picked her up from getting bathed.

My dog has a wonderful time and comes home exhausted!
Well you could make your mobile app work. It still says I have to make a meet & greet appointment before the cameras will be enabled. I have talked to a representative on the phone and in person and it STILL DOESN'T work. I have changed my password (per instructions) 3 times without it working.
Secondly, one of my dogs, after being boarded for 4 days came home with kennel cough.

I took the time to ask about the extent of the training provided by Dogtopia to its staff and was very impressed. My greatest concern was around what they would do if a dog fight should occur - I don't think we could ask for anything more!
I also enjoy you much all staff members genuinely like dogs - and that they remember who we are every time we show up!
There is also a lot of effort put into the cleanliness of your dogs before you take them home at the end of the day which is very much appreciated.
Last thing - the convenience of being able to have their nails clipped during a visit is so helpful, especially for a working "dog Mom"!!!
Our pup gets very excited when we mention a visit to Dogtopia, so we know he looks forward to it. He has a lot of energy, and also comes home tired and needing rest, showing he's gotten plenty of play time.
Our Dante is treated like a king at Dogtopia of Elsmere--we feel incredibly safe and trusting with everyone (especially Jenna, Larissa, and Anahi) and could not be more grateful for his second home. We love you guys!!!
