Staff is nice. Rooms are big for the most part. Priced well.
Everyone is kind attentive and caring towards my dog. The place is very clean. App is helpful and easy to use. We like that there is a live stream too.
I appreciate the attention to detail regarding care; especially, the roaming style of play vs. rotational play. Cameras are also a big plus!
Open hours are convenient
Our dog is a little wacky, and she always gets great treatment at Dogtopia. It makes it so stress free for us to travel knowing she's taken care of - thank you so much!

We love the friendliness and safe space for the dogs. Activities are always a blast and for us the flexibility of the hours are a plus.
I love that my dog is always eager to go to daycare and that everyone seems to love her. I also really appreciate the webcams that allow me to check on her during her stay.

It was very easy to check Waylon in and pick him up. My only complaint was there was no way to access video streaming. The app said there was not an available stream.
Everyone is friendly and thorough, and I love bringing my dog and having the coaches greet him with excitement. I am always anxious he will he the “problem dog,” but the way they treat him reassures me that is not an issue.
They were awesome with Raven and Raven seems to really enjoy her time with her new friends at daycare. We look forward to continuously having a happy and meaningful relationship at Dogtopia in Frederick .
Dependable and nice staff
The hours of operation are really convenient, especially with my work schedule. The staff has always been friendly and quick to respond via text when I have a question or request. My dog always runs right in with big tail wags, which is a solid indicator that he’s happy to be there. :)
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful, clean and new facility. Was very impressed when I brought my dog in for a Meet and Greet. Immediately booked a boarding visit for him! I also love that there is access to a webcam to see our dog!💙
More space in the room for the dogs.
