The facility is clean and the correct procedures are taken to make sure that the dogs are all safe. My dog, Noodle really enjoys his time there and he is wiped out when he gets home. ALSO, he doesn't come home smelling awful - I feel like other places I've taken my dogs to they always come home smelling horrible.

The receptionist was extremely friendly, I liked the card of my dogs I received when I picked them up. I like that it's a very inviting place for my dogs and you have video cam available. The follow up by employees is amazing!

Friendly caring staff always willing to help. And I know they care about the well-being of my dog.
My dog seems happy, staff are kind and attentive l.
We like the early drop off - letting us get to work on time. Love that the dogs are not put into crates for extended periods of time. Dogs are free to roam throughout the day and there are areas where they can lay down if they choose. It's great that there are grooming options if we choose to add on a service.
Everyone is very friendly and great with my dog! She was excited to return!

I believe Dogtopia could improve if they have a higher ratio of k9 coached to dogs in a play room or have an max number of dogs in a day. This is so the coaches can pay more attention to the dogs to stop any bad play behavior.
The team is great and so friendly. Just would like it if my dog did not come home with her face so full of dirt and pee on her body. her bottom is sore too after being there.
Not sure how to prevent that or what happens in the area the dogs are at during the day, but that is my only complaint.
The groomer is amazing. She did just as I asked. All personnel were inviting and willing to please and listen. Very happy all their services.

My dogs love it there
That they offer special treats and I can watch my pet on camera. The staff really try to meet my needs especially with feeding Kody. Also have special days like pajama day and the compliment boarding night.
