I am beyond thrilled with the staff at Dogtopia. From the very moment I walked in the door, I felt relaxed, yet energized by the staff that greeted me. The interview process and registering was seamless, easy. Stella has anxiety issues, yet, the staff knew exactly how to handle her, pick her up,lead her away from me. I love the care and attention she receives with you. Your Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about dog personalities,and how to care for them. Everything is spotless and very clean. I love coming in for pick up watching Stella on camera and through the window. I actually am thankful for you, as you have not only provided Stella with a happy and safe environment, but have given me complete peace of mind. Thank you very much and Blessings to you all. Friendly and helpful staff; good communication; staff knowledgeable about and responsive to work with my dog’s health issues and restrictive diet.
Very loving and gentle with my 4 year old husky who doesn't easily trust everyone with his paws. Nicole always manages to get his nails and teeth done in addition to giving him a spa experience. They're also so good with taking care of him in the day care, he has a lot of fun and is always happy coming from dogtopia!

My dog loves being there. Staff are good to her and accommodate my needs. I appreciate that they bathe her, brush her teethe, cur her nails at reasonable costs.
Wish there were someplace outside to take the dogs. But understand that's not possible given their location

Friendly staff, convenient location, my dog always comes home happy!
The staff is great, and are always excited to see the pups that come in. My pup always comes home exhausted, and that is the goal! Personally, I think the daycare is way overpriced for what is offered at the center. Other daycares in the area offer outside play with pools and toys, and multiple play rooms to play in.
I like that my pup is always able to play and socialize with other dogs and constantly supervised during the day.
You were referred by one of our good friends indicating you provide feedback on the dog. We received no receipt,and no feedback . We brought in an adoption dog of ours which we only have had for 2 weeks . We were disappointed no information was provided.

Some days the office is not open at 6:30 am and there are several customers waiting outside the door as we try to drop our dogs off before work. It would be nice for the business to consistently open at 6:30 am no matter which employee opens.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming to my little pup! They’re very affordable and provide tons of fun activities to keep our fur babies happy and busy.

On a different subject, I recommend the company consider increasing their daycare hours. Dogtopia would likely gain more clients who work in the healthcare field by remaining open until 8 PM on weekdays, as well as expanding weekend hours. A large percentage of hospital staff work a 7AM to 7:30PM shift.
I realize that staffing may be an issue, but I thought it worthwhile to provide this feedback. Also, the Chesterfield location is very close to several local hospital systems. Thank you for your consideration of this suggestion!
Everyone who works there knows my dog and greats him with a big smile. It makes me feel good that he's going to be loved during the day while we are at work.
I had my first consultation with my dog Gangsta. I thought that the associates were great. Gangsta had an accident in the lobby and Kye was so sweet. She said that it was ok and that it happened all the time. She made me feel as if I were dropping him off to spend a few hours with an auntie or something. I signed up for a 2 day plan and am very confident that Gangsta will be in good hands. He has some getting us to at the facility but I feel that when he finds his best friend (dog) he will be fine. I like the fact that they open early for us Emory University employees as well. Great looking out for the community. I was referred by an employee Imani and her dog name is Luna.

Everybody is very upbeat positive and clearly loves stocks! Great place for them to hang out and be with other dogs to socialize and get lots of exercise!
First night for meet and greet as great, all A+ and A on my pup’s “report card.” Had a solid plan moving forward after speaking with the owner but was then asked to bring my dog back the next day for “resource guarding” which wasn’t anywhere in her “report card.” So I complied.
The next day every time I checked the webcam I didn’t see my dog anywhere, no phone calls, but then went to pick her up and was told she couldn’t come back unless I commit to bringing her every Tuesday for $53 a visit to “see if we can get her ready” to board in July, with no plan or guarantee that boarding would even happen if I brought her in weekly as suggested. Staff said she was aggressive and had to be removed from play? As I said, no communication about this until pick up and I never saw her on the camera ONCE the second day. The first day she was great, by your own staff reports.
The whole conversation the second day was completely different than the first day, felt like a deceptive “cash grab” for lack of a better phrase, and left a really bad impression on the business practices at this location. Very disappointing!

The staff is great, and I always feel safe leaving my pup with them. They pay close attention to him and follow our requests for feeding and more.
We love how much care, attention, and affection goes into taking care of our pup! The staff are always so nice and helpful. The monthly activities and treats are great. Our dog is always beyond excited on her daycare days and we know she enjoys them very much.
I like the dog centered way Dogtopia is run.
Friendly and professional staff. Can always count on the staff to have fun, interactive things for the dogs to do during their daycare day. And the convenient location downtown is great for all those that don't have the luxury of a yard for their dog to exercise in.
