Friendly staff. My pup seems to be making "friends" with staff and other pups. I appreciate that I can drop Maggy in at any time without calling ahead, and it seems like the staff does everything possible to help her integrate.

Maybe the side conversations at the desk when people are picking up their dogs. I've watched people have to wait because conversations are taking place, and it's not about the dogs. Also, saying see ya later, have a great night, or enjoy your day would be good. We pay a lot of money and it's a bummer that some ( not all) front desk peeps are not as welcoming, and have lately had a tendancy of putting their needs first before the pet owners whom are wanting to get in and get out.
Also, the dog poop on the sidewalks and in the gravel along the building is so GROSS! This is becoming more and more common. Could you have dog bags outside since it seems that some owners are not willing to pick up after their dogs. And, it's not the employees responsibilty to pick it up, however it looks trashy when it's there for a long period of time.
Everyone is kind, energetic, and cares for every like like their own.

Everyone is friendly and so excited to see Autumn when we drop her off. Facilities are clean and always being cleaned. I enjoy looking in via webcam throughout the day when our pup is there.

I love everything about Dogtopia NW Edmonton... from the pleasant greeting when we arrive to the activities you do to entertain the pups (and me from afar!) to the kind and gentle way you take care of the dogs to the cleanliness of the facility. It is a really wonderful place to bring my pup!

When you walk in, youāre greeted by somebody with a smile on their face that seems in a very good mood. They knew my dogās name even though heās only been there one other time.
I love being able to watch him on video during the day and it seems like the place is very clean

My dog is well taken care of
1. Jet LOVES to visit. He's so excited when he arrives that he completely ignores me!
2. The caregivers are extremely friendly, courteous and clearly love animals.
3. Occasionally, there's a mistake in billing. They fix it immediately. Having that occur is, in my opinion, a better indicator of a good service than simply not making any mistake in the first place. In other words, good resolution of "issues" is even better than not having any.
4. I check in a lot with the video feeds - all the dogs seem engaged, and it seems the caregivers are very good watching behaviors and avoiding conflict early.
5. The place is kept very clean, unlike dog parks!
6. The flexibility of hours and ability to arrive last minute is very helpful to us.
7. Again, Jet, our Shetland Sheepdog loves it, so we do too!

You are open on time, you treat the pets well, you don't keep them in crate time out too long but long enough to clam them down.

The employees at Dogtopia Cherry Hill are always friendly, but more importantly have shown the utmost care for my dog. Iāve had to rely on their expertise for difficult situations and have always come out feeling more and more cared for. I canāt say enough good things.
Chole, our rescue was adopted through Blues City but spent time at Dogtopia. We did our meet and greet with Dogtopia. She loved it there. We just had our 1st grooming there.
Wonderful people, very knowledgeable ,and kind.
We like everything about the services at Dogtopia Burlington. They are friendly, professional and caring to us and our fur baby. The activities are sweet and fun and the chances of getting special photos are really high :).
My only suggestion is to improve the camera in the Romper room so that I can see her more easily.
