Clean friendly and ZZ seems to be happy to go
My dog got really sick and was so sad when I picked her up. It was the sickest she’s ever been. Not sure what happened but won’t be bringing her back.
Staff is friendly and can answer questions you bet have. I know my dogs are well taken care of and that they love going. They would go every day if I let them. They are getting a little older though so it takes them a day after to recuperate from their activities.
I can’t say enough great things about Dogtopia of Garden Home. My puppies absolutely love going there—they come home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for every time. What matters most to me is how comfortable I feel leaving them, whether it’s for daycare or boarding. The team is incredibly attentive and provides excellent communication throughout the day, which gives me total peace of mind. It’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs, and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
Everything about Dogtopia is amazing. Everyone is friendly! Cadee loves going and can’t wait to get there every morning. They have to chase her at pickup because she doesn’t want to leave. Thanks for taking such good care of my girl.

I love everyone here and how loving and caring they are to my pet I just wish they had a full time front desk person somtihrs u call and no one picks up or you stand in the front awhile waiting for someone to come from the back they seem to have to cover all areas perhaps this would be a better system if they had a full time phone and greeter drop off person I have literally recommended this place to many people at dog parks they are amazing with animals and are all very kind I appreciate them all

We love Dogtopia. Everyone there is amazing and really cares about the dogs. Diamond loves going there. She loves the people more than the dogs. She gets so excited every Saturday when we pull into the parking lot.

Everyone that works at Dogtopia treats our pup just like he’s their own. I have never trusted a place more with my boy. Our dog goes twice a week and it’s the best money we spend on him. He thoroughly gets tired out and has so much fun playing all day. We are using them this summer for boarding and we can actually feel comfortable leaving him knowing he will be in great care. The staff is well trained and extremely knowledgeable. Will never go anywhere else!

We love sending tank to daycare. The staff is always looking out for him and he develops so much as a dog there with social skills. This has been great with socializing him and keeping him active and healthy.

We have grown to love many of the staff at Dogtopia of New Rochelle over the last few years! To have a such a high level of comfort leaving our pups in great care, is priceless. They have made it easy to communicate with them and we appreciate the flexibility to accomodate Sky and Zuko and our family's needs. Pricing continues to be a challenge for us as both dogs are always charged full prices. After being loyal customers for so long, it would be nice to be offered a sibling discount. Also, we've always been charge for 2 suite boardings, even though both dogs share 1 suite for overnights. We would appreciate better video capabilities as it often doesn't work/connect, or the stream glitches. We would love to work with you to find ideal pricing models. In all transparency, we are looking at other alternatives that are not as expensive when we are gone more than 2 nights. Kindly find a great groomer soon. And, pay your staff well, they deserve it!
I love that when we walk through the door - Blooper is the star, I’m just the guy holding the leash. Blooper loves Dogtopia - he arrives happy and leaves happy (and tired). Team members Myia and Blanca make it easy to leave with confidence!
We send our almost 4 yr old husky Blu to Dogtopia in Cherry Hill NJ for about 3 years now 2x per week. Blu absolutely loves going there. He is so excited in the am when we tell him he is going "to school." Staff is loving and kind and treat our babies like their own. Their manager, Savannah is wonderful with our Blu and parents. She always goes the extra mile to help. We love that we are able to watch our dog through webcam inside and out during their play there. So happy to have found Dogtopia for our Blu. We know that he is in good hands there.
