Everybody is real friendly and helpful. They show nothing but kindness to my Rascal sounds.
They really care for my pup Henry when he goes for daycare and even boarding. I never have to worry if he's taken care of because he is. He enjoys going and arguing all his favorite coaches b and š¶š dog friends
You take good care of our Dog
Dogtopia is the best service for my precious Teddy Waffles and me. It was love at first sight. They are loving, professional, and caring, and they go above and beyond to ensure I know Teddy is safe and well cared for. He runs to them as if he is going to a second home. When I have to board him, or just give him a day of playtime, I am at peace knowing he is on camera, watching him interact and have fun in a safe environment. I highly recommend the entire staff and the Ghent location; they are the BEST!
Friendly and professional
Sophie and I love everyone at Dogtopia!! Sophie gets so excited when we pull in and never wants to leaveā¦.she comes home exhausted after a hard day of play! Staff are fantastic and take such great care of all the dogs. š©·. I never have to worry or have any concerns while she is there.
Friendly and attentive staff
Fantastic, friendly staff! They pay attention and noticed my pup was getting a little nervous at times and they adjusted her schedule and play room as needed. Pup has never been happier! New owners have taken great care of the facility and have made a lot of improvements for the pups ā¦ building an outdoor play space being one of them! When I leave town and need to board my pup, itās comforting to know that sheās being left with people who care about her and a space she knows (she goes to Dogtopia 4 days a week for daycare).
I feel like my babies (Charlie and Chewy) are safe there. And I love that i can see my babies all through the day!!!! I really like the folks there, everyone is friendly and it seems like they feel as though they have a stake in keeping the dogs in their care safe!!!! I would definitely recommend you guys!!!!!

We recently started bringing our French Bulldog, Lucy, to Dogtopia Pasadena and it's been a great experience so far. The staff are friendly and clearly enjoy the dogs, and the communication has been excellent. Lucy can play a little rough sometimes, and instead of just letting it go, they called me to let me know and asked whether I'd prefer they separate her or give her a short time out. That kind of check in says a lot about how closely they're watching the dogs. She comes home happy and tired every time. Highly recommend
Franky is so well cared for when she goes to Dogtopia - St. Paul!! Her behavior with other dogs has improved!! And so has her behavior while in the crate at home. Every time I say the word "daycare" in our home, Franky is waiting for me at the door. I absolutely recommend Dogtopia - St. Paul to anyone with a doggo at home.
We enjoy coming to Dogtopia. Iggy, loves it there. The staff are awesome and very helpful. Iggy found a home with his friends. Thank you for taking care of the Iggster.
I am so happy with everything about Davis Dogtopia! The facility is clean, the staff is caring and professional. My dog was a little unsure about going there at first but quickly adjusted with encouragement from staff. I recently boarded him for a few days and that went very well. One of the best things is that there is a webcam that I can access from my phone.
Charging a daycare and boarding charge is too much

$102 for an overnight board was insanely expensive. Wonāt do that again. Also the place is nice, employees are friendly but there arenāt enough dogs attending yet to make it fun for my dog- especially for the amount it costs. Higher price than other nearby daycare options.
The coaches know my dog and remember their quirks. Drop off times and pick up times are convenient. The folks I meet in the lobby are always so cheerful and happy to see us when we walk in. I also like that there is boarding with access to daycare and that there are grooming services available. I love that you can opt in for snacks and that there are craft and photo days as well.
We like everything about Dogtopia in Rocklin/Roseville and have been customers for several years.
The staff members are GREAT, the amenities are GREAT, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is without equal. Oh yes, and our Chocolate Labrador, Annie, loves her weekly Daycare visits and occasional overnight stays!
We wholeheartedly recommend Dogtopia.

It was incredibly informative. Our trainer was outstanding: also on time for the beginning of each of our six, weekly sessions. At the outset, he identified from what we told him - goals. And he added to those goals as well. When he explained that video was actually better than in home visits, I doubted that at the beginning. But then I came to be convinced that he was right: had he or another trainer come into our home, Buster, our puppy, would have been extraordinarily distracted by him, as he is with anyone else that comes to our house. The video, on the other hand, did, in fact, allow the trainer's full attention on us, as well as our full attention to him. I adhere to his philosophy: He, the trainer, was training us in order than we train our puppy. Excellent program and results. I would not have had it any other way. I also liked that when he was recommending something for us too purchase, he easily brought it up (from Amazon.com) on the screen for us to see. Further, I liked very much that the sessions were recorded, and that I had access to those recordings in order to readily find a particular subject when I needed to refer to it again.

Itās just such a different feeling tone than our other doggy daycare spots. We keep up our membership because I really appreciate having the late night option from time to time. But because youāre so corporate, you are perpetually understaffed. I watch on the camera all day and thereās way too many dogs for one person. It really stresses my pup out. She plays at the other doggy daycare spots, but at Dogtopia, sheās just in the corner. Itās way too chaotic for her. (and I really wish you had a small dog room. Sheās so much happier when sheās with other dogs size.) And because itās always understaffed, the one person in Park is so busy just trying to clean up and keep order, that nobody engages my pup in any play or cuddles like at our other spots. Youāre 30% more expensive than other spots. And I would be totally happy paying the extra if I thought it meant she was receiving elite care. But thatās just not the case.

Would like to see another stair play equipment in toy box since the other 2 rooms have at least 2.
