The people are the best! I wish I was better with names so I could name them all - but the people are just wonderful. Our pup (Jethro) is young, high energy, vocal, mischievous, etc - so he’s not an “easy” dog. But the staff make it seem like he is! They’re so sweet and I can tell they genuinely care.

I also appreciate that we can watch the cameras to see our pups, and that the play area gets cleaned frequently, and that there’s always someone actually watching the dog (hasn’t been the case with other daycares).

I was a founding member of the Garden Home location, and my dog attended regularly for over a year. Managers and staff told me repeatedly that I could use unused days anytime in the future, and then, after over a year of coming here regularly, that suddenly changed and I was told that’s not true, and my unused days just disappeared.

Then, my dog got pneumonia from the shared water, and almost died. She was in the hospital for 2 days, which cost a LOT of money. That pretty much clinched it for me. We stopped coming.

I haven’t been a paying customer for more than a year, and I recently had (yet another) new manager reach out to me requesting I update my card so they could charge me. Turns out my dog was accidentally checked in, and if my card on file hadn’t been expired, I would’ve otherwise been charged for someone else’s dog.

I wish this place had more consistent management, messaging, and safety precautions for the dogs, but unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Everyone there really cares about your dog’s experience.

Friendly staff and a clean environment make it easy to pick up and drop off. Staff consistently seeks ways to ensure your pet's stay is enjoyable. They find different methods to ease a pet's nervousness when introduced to the pack and watch closely to prevent unexpected rough play or the occasional stare down. They intervene early before issues escalate. They also offer various services such as baths, grooming, and wellness checks. A camera system is available so you can monitor your pet throughout the day. I'm very satisfied with their services and how well they care for my pet.

Staff is so friendly and really loves my dog.

We are still getting to know how everything functions there. Everyone seems really nice. I want to take time to watch Oakley to see how she does.

I believe they are an awesome team and make Dogtopia a very special experience for dogs of all sizes,

I have and will continue to recommend Dogtopia to family, friends, associates at my office, the veterinary where Bogie is care for medically, stores where I purchase dog supplies, and anyone who asks me about a superior dog care center.

Everyone is so welcoming every time I drop off Luna.

Our Kona loves coming and spending the day with her friends. When we need to travel we are very comfortable leaving Kona for the length of our trip and know she will be in good hands

I love that the dog is well taken care of and in a safe place. I especially like that he has free time with other dogs and he’s not just stuck in a kennel all day. I like that the staff interacts with him.

I also love that Dogtopia does good things for the community and good things for their employees. I am more than happy to support a company that employs people with meaningful work that is healthy for the employees as well.

Great staff, caring, and friendly! Accommodating if my schedule changes for pickup. And, my dog is always happy to get out of the car once we roll into the parking lot. Highly recommend them to others!

The staff is amazing. They are caring and treat your pup like family. They have events to keep the pups entertained and share photos and your pups experiences from the day. My puppy loves going to play with the staff and all his new friends. When I pick up my pup from daycare he runs to each staff member before he even comes to me, which makes me feel good about how much he loves them, it's like he is thanking them for another fun day!!
