We've been taking our girl to Dogtopia in Milford for about five years. The staff has always been very friendly and taken good care of her. I feel very comfortable leaving her in their capable hands.
I recently needed to find a day care for my best four legged buddy to avoid a noisy project at home. He was accepted and stayed to play. Oliver came home happy and tired! A week later I took him back for play days two days in a row. The staff is wonderful and he happily trots to the back with them to join in the fun. Thankfully, he also excitedly greets me when I return. Smiles all around!
Prompt response to questions and email. Awareness of how my dog is. Dogtopia staff are very pleasant and concerned.

From the moment we walk through the door, the staff treats us like family. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing GiGi is in a safe, clean, and loving environment where she gets to play, socialize, and just be her happy little Diva self.
GiGi absolutely loves going—she gets so excited the second we pull up, and that says everything! The team is attentive, caring, and always keeps me updated, which I appreciate more than they know.
If you’re looking for a daycare where your pup will be genuinely cared for and loved, I can’t recommend Dogtopia of Sun City enough. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our girl!
You all are too expensive. I love everything you offer, but wish more was included in your price- such not having to pay for the daily treat or every five visits you get a free treat. Since you raised your prices I think twice before doing an extra day.

Great staff, that provides the best experience for dogs
No one mentioned to us when picking up our best bud that he got very sick with a virus he caught during his three day stay. I called the store to advise who answered the phone to know about this and advised her of his condition. She informed me management or owner would call me back regarding this. Have not heard from anyone by phone or email even just to check up to see how he is doing which is terribly disappointing/hurtful; that staffers really do not care about their clients/guests. No different than the pediatrician checking up on patient for fur baby! Not looking for anything in return. (Vet cost a bundle-$150- with visit/medications.) He got dropped off weighing 28lbs and three days later when we picked him up he weighed 21lbs! Loved your location and camera in play time but right now, too upset to return for sitting/boarding.
We love how everyone there loves our baby! We trust them to take care of him and he loves them too!

We only come once a week but, I love that I can drop her anytime. Tye people are really wonderful and they seem to enjoy their job and the dogs.
The caregivers are so nice, and attentive to the pups, and the customers. Always greeting with a smile and pleasant conversation. My pup really enjoys going there, and thats important.
The staff was very professional, caring, knowledgeable, and concerned about my needs, and the needs of our pet. They addressed our pet by name. This was special.
My dog likes dogtopia
Good customer service and flexible. I appreciate the weekday hours. I wish you had daycare on Sundays. And the facility smells too strongly of urine, especially by the end of the day, so I do wish you could open windows, especially in the front lobby, or you install air odor filtration.
My dog Ivy is always happy at Dogtopia! I love having access to the cameras while she's there so I can check in on her, but I know she's in good hands while she's playing at Dogtopia that I don't always feel the need to check them! Ivy boards through the weekend a lot while I work and while I appreciate knowing that she's safe and cared for, she probably enjoys the Sunday Bacon even more!
My pup and I both love Dogtopia. Staff are friendly, caring and communicative. The place is always clean. Staff has a handle on everything and I know my pup is taken care of.
Everyone at Dogtopia of Latham is friendly and professional. From daycare to grooming, I just love the place!!

I feel that I keep getting charged incorrectly for my monthly enrollment. Sent an email to the general manager in regards to it, but never got a reply. Other than that, I love it!
We took all of our dogs to Dogtopia for 15+ years. Tysons location. Recently a lot of staff turnover. Our dog was bit by another dog in 2025 and the situation was not handled well by staff.
My little Sammi loves Dogtopia and I love the way everyone welcomes her and cares for her during the day and when she has sleepovers there!

Coco absolutely loves going to this doggy daycare for both daycare and boarding! The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely great with dogs, which gives me so much peace of mind. All their services, from grooming to daycare and boarding, have been consistently excellent. Highly recommend!
