The staff. They love dogs and are wonderful with them. They make it fun.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Louie loves daycare, always excited to enter and tired out when we go home. Highly recommend this place.

Your staff are superb , they know my dogs name and genuinely seem to love animals . My dog will talk to me in the car on the way to daycare and the closer we get the more excited she becomes .

Add separate and/or outside potty area.
Service is good but every time I take my dog to daycare,
when we pick her up she is always so thirsty like she has
not had water all day.
I appreciate the friendly front desk customer service and the welcoming atmosphere when coming to the Pearl District Dogtopia.
Thought 4 plus hours was too long.
Hard to judge the quality of the grooming since he had to be shaved.

Daycare is the only service I’ve used. I have been very happy with the staff & the ease of booking appointments etc.
The facility is clean and it appears that the dogs are well cared for and supervised.
Special treats (pup cups) are available.

Dogtopia has been such a positive experience for our dog Lemon AND myself. They always have fun things going on for the dogs- picture day, different treats, games. Lemon is always exhausted coming home from spending the day with her dog friends and the amazing staff. As a dog parent, I love having access to the webcams where I can check in and watch her. Having that option is so convenient. When I’ve picked lemon up, I’ve gotten a few report cards and they are so cute to have. Thank you to the wonderful staff for treating Lemon like their own family. I never feel like I have to worry about her or her safety when I drop her off. - Lemon and Briunna

Friendly staff
The staff are wonderful! My dog is more confident leaving and coming to daycare. You all remembered her name after one day. Multiple staff members have complimented our sweet old lady, Lily. The staff remember me when I pick her up. There is never a long wait at drop off or pick up.
You always make me feel that my "Buster" is the most important doggie you see for the day. He loves coming to play with all the happy people and the happy doggies at Dogtopia Denver Tech Center. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dogtopia is always accommodating and the staff is friendly. My loud and rambunctious mini schnauzer loves it there!
The entire staff is very kind and courteous. They really take care in bathing Sasha. Every staff member you come in contact with gives you a greeting and says your name. My little dog Sasha can’t wait to jump out of the car and get in to see everyone. Sasha is a good judge of character and so am I.
I can tell they treat my dog good because she’s always so excited when she goes thru those doors. The staff is kind and helpful. I also love that I can see her via the cameras.
Convenience and friendliness. My dog always comes home from daycare tired and (seemingly) happy. I ordered a brush-out and he looked great when he came home.
I have a small dog. She weighs 19 pounds. I have voiced my concerns about her being put in a room with bigger dogs. I've been told on multiple occasions that:
- The other dogs are no more than 45 pounds
- The other dogs are no more than 35 pounds
- The facility is working to open the third room, which is never used
This week I found out from a friend who brings their 50 pound dog there that he is being put in the Toy Box because the dogs in the other room are much bigger and can hurt him! So, your team is worried about a 50 pound dog being in a room with 70 lb dogs, but not a 19 lb dog being with 50 pound dogs.
Plus the lies! Is the weight limit 35? or 45? or unlimited????? This is a violation of the agreement we signed up for. We were guaranteed that the Toy Box would only be small dogs, which held true up until about 8 months ago. Now if I want to keep my dog safe while there I have to agree to her be allocated to a small pen in the back, with other small dogs.
Attentive staff. Friendly. Clean. My dog is thrilled to go and exhausted when she comes home.
