Great staff
Everything and everyone is so amazing
I appreciate the care an attention you give Emmet even when you have so many other dogs to care for. I am greeted with a smile and good conversation every time we drop off and pick up. I know the staff loves my dog.
The staff is so friendly and my pup Levi gets so excited every time we walk up to the door. The staff greets him like they really know him and he just runs off with them to the back for daycare. It makes me feel so good knowing he loves going and he has a good time since he doesn’t show any signs of fear dropping him off and picking him up. We moved a few months ago to this area and I was hopeful to find a doggy daycare he loved as much as the one back home and this has been the perfect fit!
Very caring with the dogs
The staff are very nice, caring and helpful. I love that if I have a few down minutes at work I can watch her in the camera. It’s also very convenient that if she needs her needs her nails cut or a bath she can do all that in 1 trip. Oh and we love treat days.
Friendly, convenient, and my dog loves going to Dogtopia! We brought him to another place first and he was coming home overstimulated. I saw a picture of him there and he wA hiding under a chair. I don't see any of that behavior coming from his time at Dogtopia. Love it!
The price has gone up almost double from when I started brining my first dog. 50 bucks for daycare is insane
I live that I can drop off on the spot and board my dog for days in a row if needed without necessarily having to reserve in advance and that you are open on Sundays. It is very convenient. I feel good that my dog is there playing with a lot of other dogs and that there seems to be enough staff there to take care of all of them. I do wish that they were able to get real outside time and that Dogtopia had a pickup service. I also would like to know how long my dog is out in the crate for when it’s past thei nap time because I have come to pick up my dog and noticed she may have been in the crate. Overall, I have been very happy so far.

I know when I drop off my girls that they are going to have the best time! Everyone is so friendly and they all care so much about all of the fur babies. My girls start talking the minute we pull into the parking lot. They are so excited and ready to play!

The owner and staff at Dogtopia Bakersfield are so wonderful. I’m more than happy with how they treat my dog and how they handle any concerns I may have. I love all the activities they do with the dogs and how they know everyone dog and owners by name.

After taking a little break for her spay surgery in January, Rosie recently started attending Dogtopia again and she’s now in a bigger room!
I was honestly a little worried at first since she’s still very much a puppy, but the team completely put my mind at ease.
The staff is incredibly attentive and focused on safety. They do such a great job making sure the dogs’ temperaments are well matched and that everyone is comfortable and happy. It’s clear they really know the dogs and pay close attention to group dynamics.
I truly appreciate everything they do, not just for the dogs, but for us pet parents too. It makes such a difference knowing Rosie is in such caring and capable hands.
