Our sweet Lottie loves doggie daycare! She gets plenty of play time and is wore out when she gets home, which is a good thing since she's still in her puppy stage...lol
Our dog can’t get enough of Dogtopia. She looks like a circus animal walking in the door. Couldn’t be more excited if she tried. All of the nice folks who work at this location are so kind and caring. We love it here. If we could, we’d bring her more often. The hours are so convenient.
Pricing is so high. I don’t want to undercut your business but I am considering finding a dog sitter on my next vacation because the boarding fees are so high. But everything else is great. I definitely feel like my dog is safe and well cared for at Dogtopia. And the location is super convenient
My dog cries all the way there with excitement. A good feeling as a dog owner. You know she is in good hands and has fun!

We love Dogtopia but it seems consistency in retaining employees and committing to services that are offered have become increasingly difficult.

Easy check in and out. Friendly Caring staff. Safe play environment with supervision. I would not leave my dogs anywhere else.
Everyone works so hard to keep our furry friends safe and healthy and happy—I can tell that they really care about the dogs! My dog Java has become so much more confident and comfortable around other dogs and people which is so great to see!
The staff (current and past) are always awesome, patient, and kind—my only complaint would be the high rate of turnover. I wish more could be done to retain the employees. So many wonderful people have come and gone. I am hoping that you are able to get a trainer again too—I sure miss that and I know Java does too!
Overall I am very pleased with daycare, boarding, and spa services. I love all the safety measures in place, cleaning practices, vaccination requirements, and the canine coaches ensuring that the dogs interact in safe/healthy play.
It seems that the things I mentioned above regarding staff turnover could be fixed and I hope the owner puts some effort into that!

Friendly help the minute you walk in. I’m a 5 year customer and I love how well everyone knows me there. They know me and they know my dog. It’s like dropping off with family. I have recommended Dogtopia to lots of friends. Happy to do it.
You can see the care that every employee at Dogtopiai gives to each individual dog. It is easy to book daycare and/or boarding appointments online & it’s easy to have the dates adjusted, if necessary.
First and foremost for me and my family is the kindness ingredient of customers as they enter a building or leave a building, this was the feeling and what staff had done for us when we first came to visit with our dog. This stuff makes us feel like we're one big family, I love the activities and the treats and the different days and the videos that they share with all of ask for parents. Facility is clean there's lots of space for dogs to run and play, love the fact of downtime for the dogs to rest the offering of lunch and snacks or we can bring our own from home. Also the hours for daycare they have boarding they have Spa times it's a full service extravagance
I love how friendly and personable the staff is. I also love how kind they are and how many different activities and enrichment opportunities there are for the dogs. Most importantly I love how much Maric loves it at Dogtopia. It’s one of his favorite places on the planet.
There have been times when I pick up my dog after boarding when the staff is super friendly and I've even gotten a report card in the past of how he did. This time the person at the desk didn't say anything at all after I stated who I was picking up. Just disappointed in the inconsistency. People are always friendly and helpful at drop off.

I love that dogtopia offers activities for the pups during nap time! We always love hearing about how otter enjoyed whatever the treat was or the arts and craft they made with him.
Cordial employees who recognize me and know my dog by name! We have occasional daycare.
Like I've said earlier I wish the hours were friendly for those who work in healthcare, 12+ hour shifts. I work 7am-7:30pm so I can't pick up my dog until 8pm, and they close at 7pm. I also wish the days could roll over into the next week; if I can't bring my dog in one week I wish I could bring him in twice the next week since I've already paid for it. I've mentioned both of these things before.

The staff is very friendly. I do wish they would play more with the dogs. Some team members do but others do not interact with the dogs much at all.

I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia. My dog Scout absolutely loves going to daycare. It’s clear how comfortable and happy he feels there.
The staff are incredible. They genuinely care about the dogs, and it shows in how they interact with them, always attentive, patient, and full of energy. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my dog is not only safe, but also having a great time with people who truly enjoy what they do.
The best part is picking my dog up after work and seeing how happy and exhausted he is.
Dogtopia has been such a positive experience for both of us, I’m really grateful to have found a place my dog loves so much.
