Unfortunately, our scheduled ours of business are 7am -7pm
Once our location closes we are on a very strict time frame to get things done for our border and 730 closing will be much too late. Please give us call if you feel you are runny behind and we will gladly accomanadate.
Great service
The staff at Dogtopia has been just so friendly and welcoming! My golden retriever, Bailey, and I just moved to Knoxville from Nashville and getting him connected at a doggy daycare was a top priority. Having him on a routine of going to Dogtopia one day a week gets him much needed interaction with other dogs in a structured safe environment. The facility is also very clean which is always impressive and much appreciated!
The urine smell has unfortunately increased over time & is now unbearable. My dog fought us at the door the last few times we brought him and did not want to go in which is unfortunate because he used to love it. The nail trim costs are higher than expected and higher than our vet & other places have charged us. The staff is friendly & I see there are efforts made regarding the smell however I would not make high recommendations any longer.

Price for drop-off is high.
Our dog, Parker recently came back to Dogtopia after being away with a leg sprain The awesome folks at Dogtopia made sure to put her in a room with smaller dogs and looked after her to make sure she didn’t reactivate her injury.

I love how friendly the staff is, and they are so creative when it comes to the calendar of activities! My dog absolutely loves going to doggy daycare at Dogtopia and I would recommend it to everyone!
It’s very dog centric. Everyone I met who works there is absolutely wonderful. My frenchie Schmutz took to it no problem. They were so loving and kind to him. When I came to pick him up I could tell he didn’t want to leave he had so much fun!!
Facility was exceptionally clean. Play time well supervised & personnel extremely attentive. Good location.
It's a safe and clean place that my dog loves going to so much that he cries and waits by the door when we tell him he gets to go to daycare.
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Safe place for my dog to socialize and burn some energy. His favorite days are daycare days!
No pick up or drop off set times, very friendly staff
The enrollment and freeze process is cumbersome. You could make this much more user friendly for your customers for example it should be online and 14 day notice is a bit much.

They take great care of our dog when we have her stay overnight!
The staff is very friendly. They take care of your dogs and my dog is always happy to come there. They have cameras so that you can watch your dog play. And the services that they provide are excellent.

I would whole-heartedly recommend dogtopia to everyone! My only reservation would be if dogs don't handle crating well, but the staff was wonderful in accommodating my dog's particular needs! Thank you!
I think the staff is friendly but I think they should play with the dogs more and the dogs should have more outdoor time (even if it is cold outside)

I am on a weekly payment plan and it is frustrating that the days do not rollover.
Staff is friendly and great. However it seems they are always short staffed. Pick up times tend to take long; several mornings the store has not been opened in time and has made me late for work because it didn’t open until 15-30 minutes later; I’ve signed my dog up for spa treatment (bath/nail trim) and they can’t either do it all or can’t do it before pick up time and have to wait; cameras are hardley on anymore which usually means more crate time than free play time; no management to help address issues; staff is super friendly and doing their best and they can’t be faulted; short staffing and lack of management seems to be the issue;
