The staff is very friendly and attentive. Watching the webcams helps me feel confident, not only that my dog is okay/active, but that he is being watched and cared for constantly. There is always a person in the room with the dogs to keep control and attentiveness.
Outdoor space would be great!
We bring our dogs Gigi and Max twice a week and have been really pleased with the experience. The facility is consistently clean, the dogs are well-supervised, and the staff works hard to keep things running smoothly. Sam is an exceptional manager: organized, warm, and she genuinely knows each dog’s personality, which means a lot to us as pet owners. The best sign is that our dogs come home completely worn out and content every single time. That tells us everything.
We have used day care as well as boarding, and our dog is so happy to go in & also leaves happy (& a little exhausted) when he comes out. The staff is friendly & conscientious. Love the full spa treatment.

We’ve had a great experience with Dogtopia of Tysons Corner. Our dog, Grace Michael Jones, absolutely loves it and thrives on the attention she gets. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and communicates really well. We trust them completely—she always comes home happy and tired from playing with her friends.

My husky loves coming to daycare 1x per week and always gets her energy out. One thing that I wish was a better process is drop off. There are times where I am waiting up to 10 minutes depending on how many dogs are also waiting for drop off. I am late for work sometimes due to this. If more staff was available to assist with drop offs, I feel it would be more efficient.
From the moment I called to set up the meet and greet until the end of my pups first day ever at a doggie daycare, they took extra time with me to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable, especially given my dog has a long medical history. The tour of the facility was thorough. When I went to pick up my pup at the end of the day, they shared how many steps/miles he went while playing! They called midday to let me know how he was doing. When I picked Hugo up, I am pretty certain he wanted to stay longer! I feel very comfortable leaving my pup in the care of the people at the Deerpark Dogtopia!
Zippy loves going and I know the staff all love dogs and are attentive and kind to him. I love. Watching him on the video camera!
I love Woodbridge Dogtopia. The staff is amazing and the manager is great! They treat our 4-legged children as if they were their own.

Do monthly payments rather than weekly payments. It’s very annoying and inconvenient at times for the most part.

Everything ! the fact that I can drop off my dog at any time on any day. Everybody always greets me with a smile, and the boarding facilities are really good. He loves just hearing the word DAYCARE!

Very convenient, the staff are all very nice and my dog loves going.
I love bringing my then pug puppy to daycare. She has gotten so much exposure to other dogs and her socialization skills are so much better. I don't know if she's excited to be there or not but she sure is tired when I pick her up.

Everyone at Dogtopia of Norwalk is amazing, and have been great to our dog, Teddy. They always take great care of him when he goes there, and it has become a home away from home for him.
