The Farragut staff are absolutely amazing! They are very informative, professional, and patient. We are so thankful to be a part of Dogtopia community!
Friendly staff. App makes it easy to schedule appointments.
Customer service is obviously amazing but the thing I like the best is knowing that I can drop off my four legged partner, and he comes home tired, and Happy from playing with all of his friends. He sleeps better, but he is super excited every day when we pull up and that speaks volumes.
Literally nothing
The staff is welcoming, friendly, personable, and clearly committed to their work. Everyone has a big smile and dog-loving vibe and energy as they greet every dog and their humans.
I have a VERY high energy mixed breed puppy. She needs an extreme amount of exercise daily. Dogtopia of Union is not only the remedy she needs, but she is excited to be there. I am beyond thankful for the staff for working with her; from her very early nervous days, to her excited pees, to her parkouring off their legs- they have been there to help me through it all. It is wonderful to know I can trust the staff for her care when I am working crazy hours at the hospital. Their hours of operation are wonderful. I can always reach out to them via text if I need anything. They offer video during the day if I want to see her with her friends. All around amazing 5 star service, would highly recommend! ❤️🐾
The entire staff was so welcoming to us and our dog. They gave us a thorough tour of the facilities. There are cameras in the front lobby so that the pets can be viewed. The air conditioning in all the boarding choices is a big plus! Prices for all services were clearly explained. It was comforting to see that all open play areas are constantly supervised.
We are so happy with our first experience that we will be returning!
I love everything about Dogtopia, just wish they’d try to engage a little more with the pups that are laying around most of the day. Maybe provide a few more “petting” and attention to try to get them engaged with the other dogs.
Other than that I feel they do a great job!

From what I can see in the cameras, there is not much stimulation for the dogs. They just seem to walk around dazed. They interact with each other for short moments, but there are no toys and the caretaker just walks around looking at their phone. It would be nice if they could play outdoors. They seem confused and just poop/pee inside.
Staff are amazing! They treat my boys as their own! They have lots of fun activities for them! It’s great!
The staff are very friendly to me and my dog. Grooming is better than that of the place we were going to before this. Prices are very reasonable, easy access with plenty of parking. Videos at the the front desk showing happy doggos playing. Love this place.

We are greeted enthusiastically each visit. Our dog LOVES Dogtopia.!!! The staff is super accommodating. i LOVE TO SEE Petunia in the toy box ON THE WEBCAM. GROOMING IS OFFERED AND ALWAYS SUCCESSFUL. THE STAFF KNOWS EACH DOG AS THEY ARRIVE,
Our vet uses Dogtopia and recommends it as well for 1/2 days exercise and socialization. I trust the staff to keep her safe and loved while there.
They take such great care of my dog and I feel very comfortable with my dog in daycare and overnights.

It’s a good service because there’s always somebody with the dogs and is also a camera. You can watch the dogs most of the time and they also take good care of the doggies.

Our elderly Greater Swiss Mountain Dog loves hanging out at Dogtopia. He gets to socialize with other dogs and assist the coaches, which he takes very seriously. He's a working dog after all.
