The end to end service and support of the management team and staff
The price was outrageous and way too high. I thought the daily rate was 40 per night and it turns out itās double that. All the boarding places in this area are not near this price. The staff was nice and the facilities are nice and the webcams were cool but I simply can not afford this facility

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our dog Eddy loves going to daycare and has a lot of fun making new friends there.
I was trying the spa service for the first time, and it was horrible. It was as if they kept the dog for two hours and then told me to them up. They called to say the one dog had fleas; the additional cost was $25.00.
The dog was still full of live fleas; I had to purchase spray and brush the dog at home and spray.
Paying $145.00 was no laughing matter but the service was laughable, I have videos to upload to google and other outlets with all those reviews that lead me there.
The owners and staff were so great! They make you feel like part of the family. I love that I can see my pet so much during the day via the class cams. The facility is clean and my dog has a great time!

Very clean with good drop-off/pick-up system in reception area. Also, itās so great there doesnāt seem to be a big turnover. Many employees have been on staff since location opened. A real bonus for dog care and consistent pet awareness!!
My dog always looks beautiful after he is bathed at Dogtopia and he is ready in a much shorter amount of time than at other dog salons I have taken him to.

Clean facility, friendly staff who you can tell really care about the pooches, lots of fun activities for their guests, and most importantly it gives our dog exercise, socialization, and burns off energy so we can sleep a little. :)
My dog is very happy with the environment and I like the various events that occur each month. For example, playing outside with bubbles and water from the hose. My dog absolutely loves both these activities.

As an original customer when you all opened, I feel like the consistency has declined. Usually when they prepare the dog to leave home with their owners, they spray the dog or wipe the dog and the dog would smell good. There is none of that happening. When I asked several times about it, the answer has been "they" are "supposed" to do it. Who is "they"? and the "suppose to be doing it part" = it is not happening at all.
We absolutely love Dogtopia in Woodbridge! š¾ From the moment we walk through the doors, we know Deebo is in great hands. The staff is super caring, attentive, and truly treats the dogs like their own. We love getting updates and knowing our fur baby is having fun, getting plenty of love while weāre away. We couldnāt be happier with the care and peace of mind they provide. Highly recommend! ā¤ļøš¶
