Dogs seem to be well supervised..folks working there are delightful

Dogs are safe
How every employee treats the dogs like they're their own. My dog gets so excited to go to Dogtopia--it's his favorite place, so we know they treat him wonderful.
The staff are great. Unfortunately every time we have a good set of staff and a manager, they leave. I know it is due to the lack of compensation given to them. I am aware of how little you pay them as it is obvious in the indeed ads. $16.50 is far to little to pay everyone and then $17 for a manager is ridiculous. That group of people are your bread and butter. As a manager myself I know it is less expensive to pay employees more than it is to keep training. You are losing good people and the reason is so obvious. They know our dogs and their personalities and every time you have to hire a new person it is less safe for our pups because they are not aware of the idiosyncrasies of each and every dog in the room. There are also days that too many dogs are in the gym and could use for the opening of the roomper room for safety purposes. However, this is not possible at the cedar mills location because you are not running with a full staff. Which again comes down to lack of pay.
The staff is amazing! Our dog, Teddy, loves going to Dogtopia! He goes once a week and this is definitely the highlight of his week! Keep up the good work folks!

There's 1 to 2 coaches at all times with 5he dogs. Facility seems very clean, rooms where dogs are are kept tidy and clean

The 12-1 dog to human ratio is often not practiced. The team seems to spend more time cleaning than interacting with the dogs. Lots of feedback was provided on the first day but none after that. Even when asked for feedback only general responses like “good” or “they had fun” is given. This gives the impression that they are not as focused on the dogs as we were lead to believe.

Exceptional care and attention to my dog
The staff is professional and caring. I feel comfortable dropping my furry family member off at Dogtopia of Union.
We did the puppy preschool. Having more access to view the dogs and what they are learning throughout the day instead of them being in the training room would be nice. More communication around what skills are being worked on each week and some written report card as to how they did on each skill (maybe homework on what they need to work on and how to do that at home). Over all the staff was friendly, and accommodating, the venue was clean and our dogs enjoyed going! It would be nice to offer some smaller group daycare 3/4 dogs for those dogs that aren’t good in a room of 15+ dogs. Over all we were happy but we are unsure if we will return due to the large amount of dogs in each daycare room as we know his doesn’t work for our dogs!
Dogtopia provides the highest level of both care and customer service.
It is amazing to know and trust that my sweet pup is loved and tended to when I am away.

I am very pleased with the Grooming service. My Dog has a very heavy coat and needed to have a bath and a good brush out the Groomer did an excellent job! I would highly recommend Dogtopia Grooming services!

Everyone that I meet is so friendly and accommodating. It is obvious that they really care about the dogs, aways addressing them by name. I just recently started going to this facility and I could not be more pleased. I once needed help getting my dog in my car, and one of the staffers was quick to help. Also the hours that are available are very generous. I am very lucky to live only a few minutes away but I would travel a distance to bring my dog here.
I like the fact you offer chicken + rice lunches. I like that your facility is open until 10 pm; as I have to work 10 am to 7 pm

Love the care that the staff at Dogtopia show the dogs that are they for socialization and boarding. They make me feel good when Lucy is there for play time knowing she is in good care. I have only good comments to stay for Dogtopia.

Everything. But most of all the staff is amazing at Shrewsbury location. They take such good care of our Winnie girl. Making reservations are easy and they so accommodating especially w Winnie special diet.
All of the staff really know our dogs and treat them like their own! It gives me such peace of mind.
My dog has a best dog friend. But my guy had to miss 2 weeks. This weekend they took videos of the reunion. There was lots of chasing and singing while the other dogs watched on in amazement. When I saw these I also howled with joy.
