convenience. Very kind staff, super clean environment for my dogs.
My dog came home with bite mark ALL over her. Along with deep, brand new scratches or wounds I should say. Her ear was was bleeding from a scratch/wound. Her under belly had a HUGE ozzing bacterial infection. And she had a stye in her eye. NOT HAPPY WONT RECOMMEND
Excellent friendly service. I love the diverse staff, it’s wonderful to see people a color. Welcome to work there. I’m always graded in a friendly way and my dog, George, is always taken care of. I feel fantastic taking Jorge to Dogtopia.
Front desk/office not manned…we waited out front for about 10 minutes to pick up my dogs. Someone was rude when I called on the phone. Doesn’t return calls. I had left a message in the morning and I had to call back (around 5 pm). That’s when she was rude.The place did not look or smell clean. Not good for business!
The ONLY good thing was the job the groomer did. Dogtopia used to be a wonderful place. Not anymore I’m sorry to say.
Everyone was so nice. I watched the webcam and enjoyed watching the dogs get singing and dancing performances. The dogs were obviously loved and taken care of.
We love the staff and care our pup gets. They know him by name which we appreciate. When I picked him up yesterday it smelled of pet urine in the lobby. Attempt to address the odor with fragrance odor devices do not appear to be working. I would recommend that the lobby be mopped with a strong disinfectant at least twice during the day. Dogs come in and pee on the desk and staff spray and wipe to clean. It needs more than this.
My dog Tucker has been going to Dogtopia for years, and I’ve never had a bad experience—quite the opposite. He’s always greeted with a smile, and the staff genuinely cares. It gives me total peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands.
3 months ago, I was taken to the hospital by ambulatory. It wasn't sure if I was going to make it or not. But you jumped in and took my dog Zebulon Levi and you care for him and took very very good care for him while I laid intensive care and fought for my life. You never once asked me for payment or anything you only want to know how I was getting along. And you sent me pictures in real time to update what my dog was doing. To me that was priceless. Now I'm back home on the road to recovery and my dog looks fabulous. Thank you
Dogs haircut was great! Unfortunately the facility smells very strongly of urine from the moment you walk in the door.

Everyone is friendly and they love the dogs! Vinny loves going and all the dogs seem happy when they come in and out. Vinny has good friends to play with! It’s great for him and his mind-loves going to school!!

The folks at Dogtopia are so kind and they treat my big, energetic boy like he is family. I can tell how good they treat him by the way he acts when he sees each of them. Communication is outstanding and availability is great too.
The employees here actually love all the dogs and the dog parents. They are amazing! This service has so many beneficial features for my dog. It has built strength in his body, helped calm him down and allowed me to have quite time when I need it.
I love that I can bring my sweet boy any day that I chose and it can vary week to week

They love the dogs, and know them by name! The management is friendly, wants to do right by the customers, and is determined to make Dogtopia of NE Omaha function smoothly (although changing software packages sometimes makes that goal challenging).

Said our dog bit another dog on our first day of vacation in Florida. Made us scramble to get him picked up right away and now he’s been staying with 3 other dogs no issue. Has never shown aggression. Dogtopia wouldn’t share video of incident.

When dogs are in the gym area, it would be great if the worker in there with them would interact with the dogs.

The staff are great. However, there is an inconsistent level of cleanliness. Some days our dog comes out of a day of daycare smelling ok, but other days the stench of urine is hard to justify the play group. Because they are laying down as well as running around, the kennels should be wiped or sprayed down a few times a day . As well, probably every pet parent would appreciate a paw wipe down before daily departures. Our dog sometimes boards there as well, and we really worry about the hygiene factor. In the playroom, maybe instead of mopping the urine and excrement with the mop and pail, a hose with clean water or other one time cleaner is a better idea. The mop and pail just spreads the mess around..
