I think you guys do an awesome job! Everyone is super nice and caring and very understanding when it comes to special pet instructions. The only thing I wish you guys had is an outside play area for the dogs to go out in when it’s sunny out!

Everyone is so nice and wonderful with the pups. My girl always comes home so happy and exhausted from all the fun she has.
I brought my dogs there on a referral from a friend that goes there with her pup. I was very pleased with the daycare facility. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very nice and the Facilities are very clean. In the future, I do intend on using boarding and I will try it out for one night first when I am home and I will go from there. I will be using daycare as a treat for my dogs to get away for a day and socialize. I was very pleased overall

Benny loves playing all day and without Dogtopia I’d struggle to keep up with his exercise needs. Besides, it’s nice one of us gets to have fun while I’m at work!
Dogtopia has been such a wonderful place for our pup, Sami! The staff always treats her with so much love and care—she gets so excited every time we go up the steps to the entry. It’s clear she feels safe and happy there, which gives us so much peace of mind.
The team is also incredibly communicative and professional. Whether it's updates on her day or little notes about how she’s doing, they always keep us in the loop. We’re so grateful for the amazing care they provide and couldn’t recommend Dogtopia more!
I had advised that my dog drinks a lot of water throughout the day but when I picked him up he was panting and very thirsty. Drank an entire bowl of water in the parking lot so it seemed he hadn’t had a drink in a while.

I like that you offer everything we need for our dog, whether it’s daycare, boarding or even a spa day ! Also being as flexible and accommodating as you are is amazing!
Cameras of the play area. They are not working most of the time. Also would like to know more about my pup's behavior and suggestions from trainers. Staff is very nice and polite. More interaction of owner with trainers need to happen while picking up pup.

Watching the webcam I was struck by the fact that there was no human interaction at all for the majority of our dog's 6 hour stay. Of course there was no camera during the 2 hour crated time--we were surprised that our dog would be crated for two hours for staff lunchtime. That's a long lunchtime in any industry, and while cleaning also takes place during that time it would seem that there could be a staggered approach to prevent crating dogs for that long. After crate time, the person in the Gym walked around with a broom or mop, or stood against the wall, never interacting with a dog. That person was replaced by a person who did actually play with the dogs. Our dog loves people, and was moving around and playing when there was a staffer who interacted. Very disappointing. There are a lot of dog boarding places we could have chosen in KC. We will make a different choice next time.

The cleanliness of the facility, and the attention given to each pet....
The front desk staff is very responsive to both human and canine customers. Our dog recently spent two overnights and was happily exhausted upon her return home. We left our cares behind as we left her behind in Dogtopia's care. I do believe she knows when we turn a certain corner that Dogtopia awaits.
