Extend switchover so the coach that comes to relieve the coach from the earlier shift can be properly introduced to each dog. I’ve also seen a difference in the types of coaches, some interact with the dogs others don’t at all. Implement a reward system for coaches who go above and beyond showing your customers that they truly care for the dogs and enjoy spending time with them.

Staff are great and my dog really enjoys the days she goes to Dogtopia. She gets lots of activity and tires her out.
As doggo owners, the safety and well-being of our pets are a priority. Leaving them with the right people is always a stressful decision. Dogtopia in south Summerlin is the perfect choice for those who want ideal care of your doggos. The staff is fantastic! Friendly, kind and courteous. They are all well-trained and patient. The initial meet and greet gives you comfort that all the dogs have been appropriately screened for health and signs of aggressiveness. Do we endorse Dogtopia South Summerlin? Absolutely!

I love that they pay close attention to my pup and if something seems off they call/text/send pictures. It really shows how much they care.

The employees really seem to care about our dog. He comes home happy and tired out. I like that he gets a bath after his boarding stay.
The only take away is the web cams are not easily viewed at various times of the day. Walter was there for one week and I may have briefly caught him on camera only once.

Kindness and ease of communication
Overall, I think the care for my dog is good, and that's the most important thing. There is a lot of turnover of staff. I understand it's challenging, but it makes it a little more difficult to ensure that things happen as intended. I like being able to book Boarding and daycare on the app. Sometimes the systems are a bit confusing, particularly when boarding and trying to figure out how much things cost.
The staff and the availability to drop my Azula throughout the day and know she's being taken care of and enjoying herself
The staff is very friendly and informative. Availability is awesome, the webcams put our dog lover hearts at ease.
