All the staff I have met are very friendly, courteous and attentive to

I feel my dog is safe when there and gets a good amount of socialization and exercise.
The attentive staff and their love of dogs
The staff are amazing and so clearly really care about what’s best for the dogs. I love the attention to detail (cleaning practices, quick responses to questions, physical safety of the dogs including “time outs” when necessary, etc).
The only other thing that I would like to see is restarting the “play & trains” and other classes.
Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The staff know every dog so well, and Charlie LOVES going to daycare.
Everything! Everyone's been so loving and kind to us. Never have to worry about him while I work, he's always coming home happy (I'll also occasionally have to have him there overnight, same thing, never have to worry). I even get texts asking if they can give him treats, the staff is just the best.

My pets don't hesitate going. We feel confident they are treated well. Love the cameras so we can watch them. This visit, we received pics of our babies with at note that said "we missed you".
Great staff, friendly, dog lovers, take an interest in me as well as my dog.
They treat my dog so well and she enjoys going to Dogtopia.
Staff is friendly, my dog is always well cared for and loved when there, and we’ve never had any issues with staff, other dogs, etc
We left Sandy overnight at Dogtopia and she came home with severe diarrhea. I called the next day and was told someone would call me back and no one did. I am feeling that the sleeping accommodations (or water not clean?) are not working for her. Perhaps Dogtopia should offer other one on one overnight care at your house with a pickup and drop off service? My dog would do better sleeping at home even with no one around.

The staff are very helpful with special needs like helping me get my two dogs in and out of my car.
Pets are kept busy with stimulating activities, exercise and grooming needs like teeth brushing and toenail clipping.
My dog loves going to daycare every week! He plays his little heart out and then comes home exhausted. Daycare night is my favorite night of the week!
Everyone is super friendly and always makes us feel welcome. I have recommended this location to many friends and co workers.
I portioned out the exact quantities of food for my dogs, but it was not fed out appropriately. It was disconcerting to receive a call while on vacation asking if we wanted to have our dogs feed until we returned.

Quoted two different prices. My dogs nose was bruised from dragging I’m sure.
I know my dog is safe and he is always happy to go there. I also love the fact I can watch him on the webcams. Everyone there is so caring.

However, sometimes there is a unusually strong smell of dog urine and my dog even smell after I bring her home. Most times the smell is tolerable.
My only suggestion would be to ask the facilities to work harder to clean up after the dogs. Or rinse and disinfect the mop and bucket more frequently

Friendly staff, live camera feeds
Dogtopia is a daycare that puts your pet first. They are constantly watching, caring and engaging with dogs during daycare. They offer great amenities outside of daycare, fun games that mentally stimulate the dogs, and great additional events that keep us as parents entertained. Knowing that I can check in on his day via the cameras and that he does get much needed rest or sleep during the day, are both extremely reassured that he is enjoying the day but not over-exerting himself. I recommend Dogtopia to all pet parents, as the cost is worth the day.
