Everyone at Dogtopia East are incredibly amazing! Professional, courteous and absolutely a pleasure to be around. My dog loves going to Daycare and interacting with the staff/playing with her BFF'S.

My dog is well cared for and comes home tired. The team at Fredericksburg does EXCEPTIONAL nail trims and it is better than my vet. I enjoy the staff, who always take time to greet me and check in with me and my four legged companion

Very accommodating to their client's needs. I usually take my dog once a week, but I had a last minute change in schedule for a week long jury trial and they were able to take my dog every day for me. I don't know what I would have done without them. They seem to genuinely love the dogs they take care of and are very sweet to them.

First, both of my dogs came back with severe bloody diarrhea and vomiting.
I was overcharged by $90. When I asked why, they said they “forgot” to add something when I first asked the cost before boarding. This is the second time this has happened, verbatim, and both were confirmed in emails before I agreed to book.
There was no video on the app
I gave them the exact amount of food for the stay. They gave me the bag still half full
I have used this place a few times and loved it. I will NEVER go back, and will be telling people I know that use it as well my experience. Completely unacceptable
