Friendly staff hours of business
My dog was severely dehydrated when he got home. Not sure how is was being fed when at the doggie hotel. But I would not bring him back unless I have to.
I was able to watch my babies even if I am miles away. There are also training activities on their day care stay. On top of it, there's initiative on what to do in case of emergency. One of my babies got stomach upset, immediately they discarded the home cooked meal I prepared and gave him a medication. Everything is back to normal on their pickup day. I'm just so grateful to have them back.
The team is great. They love my pups and vice versa. They are committed to their safety, and they employ creative ways to stimulate the dogs, do photo shoots, etc. I also love that I can board my dogs where they play. My two puppies boarded for 20 days which is quite a long time. It didn't phase them a bit. While they had each other, I know it is the people that made this possible.
Everyone is always welcoming and pleasant.

THE STAFF is the top highlight. Evelyn, Jordan, Grace, the list goes on. The facility is impeccably clean and well maintained. They don’t “watch” my dog. They love her. All the services are right on site including the spa and boarding. Thank you for taking care of my princess!!! ❤️
Our dog loves Dogtopia, as do we! She is well cared for and gets excited when she knows she is going to daycare.

Staff is always friendly and professional. Quick easy drop-off and pick-up.
First and foremost, our dog is always happy to go there. He always comes home tired, and each time he goes back, he's excited to be there, even if he has been boarded for a couple of days and he's going back for a daycare day. Every person in the front is friendly, and they're always so accommodating if I need help scheduling. When he comes in, they all know him and greet him with enthusiasm. It makes dropping him off feel good - you know he's in good hands. The facility is in a location that's close to our house, so it's very convenient. I really like being able to see our doggo on the cameras at any point. It's also so nice that the timing of drop-off and pickup is flexible each day - our schedule changes, and it's so lovely to not have to stress about getting him there at a specific time or being there at a specific time. The monthly activities and snacks are so fun, and special things like having his picture taken on his birthday or Halloween are just so personal. We fondly call our dog our favorite child (since our 3 kids are adults and live in other states now), and Dogtopia is a very special place that taking our favorite child to feels good. We say he's going to "school" to play with his friends, and it's so amazing to know he's well cared for while he's not with us.We are so grateful, it adds so much to his days.
My dog and I feel like VVVIPs especially when boarding. I love the text updates from the staff on how my dog is doing, what she is eating, her poops, whom she is playing with … it’s wonderful how communicative the team is with me! It’s really reassuring knowing my baby girl is being cared for and loved while I am stressed on a work trip. It’s one less thing I need to think about!! My pup LOVES the attention she receives. Thank you for always taking great care of us!
