The crew at Dogtopia is fantastic!! I know when I leave my pet for the day, she is well taken care of. Lucy loves going to doggie daycare. I highly recommend Dogtopia of Bel Air.
Walter gets plenty of activity. If he stays one week, he gets bathed.
Convenience, activities, the employees, the pictures, the foam parties, my dog is happy. And they get to play outside at this location which I love. It is very nice to have a place I can take my dog for overnights and not worry about him at all. Above all, my dog barks all the way there - he knows when we get on the Chisolm that we are headed to dog school. :)

Friendly pup loving staff, fun activities, outdoor play yard and ease of scheduling! Marlee gets very excited for “school” and comes home happy and tired from all the fun!
They are always so nice and great with him.
It would be helpful if the staff would wear name tags so we could better learn and use folks' names. I wish the cameras were left on during the 12-2 nap time (turning them off makes it feel like there is something to hide). Finally, I would like to encourage your company to invest in training for the staff to help them know how to handle and engage dogs during the day. It seems like the dogs just mill about most of the day, but pack training like they do at Canine to Five helps with behavior and stimulation for the animals and would be more rewarding for the employees, as well.
I was told my dog received a bath and brush out while in care, and he came back to me covered in urine. The front desk person told me he had received a bath. She looked me in the eye and said he received a bath. This was our first time boarding at dogtopia and we will not be coming back

Customer friendly and pet friendly and knowledgeable. My little Corgi was as happy as he could be after his visit to the West Frisco location.

The staff is very friendly and the place is always clean. My dog is bery tired out when we pick him up. I also love that I can look in on him when I'm at work. That's a big part of why we chose Dogtopia in the first place.

My goofy beast LOVES his days there. With their Webcam I get to enjoy it too. He gets great socializing time and, good for me sometimes, is worn out from playing every time. Thanks for making my Rameses' days that much more enjoyable!!!
My dog loved it!
Staff is very kind and responsive. Goldie seems to enjoy her time there. When she sees me grabbing for the leash we use on the days we take her there she gets very excited. Spa services are convenient and easy to book. We've only boarded once, but everything went well. The app is great for scheduling and checking in on the webcams.

I like that you guys can take my dog last minute whenever needed. I love all the events that are constantly happening. I love how everyone shows compassion and care for my dog. I like being able to view my dog on the webcams to make sure she is doing okay and having a good time.
