The people working there LOVE dogs as much as your customers do! While what they do there is called work, it seems rather that they are entertaining their best friends -- and their "parents!" Fun activities, photo shoots, treats....wish there was a similar place for us to hang out. 😊

The pups get a lot of social time together. My pup is thoroughly exhausted and happy after a play date or boarding. He practically rips my arm out of socket to go into Dogtopia.
I love the safety practices that are in place, how hard the canine coaches and all staff work to help all the dogs become polite/confident/well socialized and the constant training /coaching that is tailored to meet the needs of each individual dog.
Everyone that works there clearly loves dogs and are committed to making sure they have “the best day ever”.

My dog seems to enjoy being there. She doesn't argue about staying there. I like being able to check in on her via video once in a while.
Everyone was very friendly and the dogs all seemed very happy and well cared for. Seems organized and have good procedures and policies in place.
Don’t send an acceptance letter until the dog is picked up.. I got my letter then told my dog wasn’t a candidate.. , and maybe have people watching dog behavior body language prior to letting something happen… also deter dogs from getting into other dogs faces.. use it as a training model to help dogs feel comfortable in a new place.

Great concept of Doggie Day Care (and for boarding). Our English Bull Dog loves just being around people and at Dogtopia we can roam all day with supervision of course! We always feel comfortable knowing he is not is a crate or "suite" by himself for hours on end. We will never take him to another Day Care.

My dogs love to go to Dogtopia, whether it’s for boarding or just a nail trim. The employees are friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. We’ve been customers for years and have no intention of going anywhere else!

We love Dogtopia. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is the first time in 10 years that I have had a dog-and let alone had to board him. Thankfully, we have had a great experience and Bolt enjoys himself at each visit-even if he has to get a bath!

When I tried to drop my dog off at the reservation time on my way to the train station there was a sign that said that they don’t open until 10 that day. It caused a lot of anxiety. Refund
The staff remember faces and dogs, and always care about the wellbeing. Odin and I love to come in and see Alyssa as she always has a smile on!
It's very cleanily, this helps with keeping the dogs healthy and out of the vet. The staff is amazing and takes good care of dozy.
the front desk people are very nice and sweet - a couple of the people in the daycare rooms seem not too interested but dogs seem happy
